Today so far so good. I just hope in the future If I place an order and you cancel it You Don't wait 4 days before notifying me that it has been canceled. Because that happened and I lost $63.00 because the order was put on a gift card my sister sent me for my birthday and I no longer had the card it had been thrown away. If I had been notified earlier I would have still had the card and could have used it for something else but that didn't happen.

Was not able to get with chat as item was listed as free shipping and order says shipping amount charged. I spoke to an associate who told me shipping would not be charged but I was charged $2.99 for shipping.

Lately, my orders have not been completed. Items are randomly cancelled by you and refunded. Then I watch the quantities of the items I tried to purchase go down one by one. That's not convincing me that you didn't have any. This has happened at least 4 times on purchases I attempted in July.
