This company is a scam. I ordered some simple rings for my daughters and god daughter two years ago for Christmas. They cost very little (and are only worth very little), but what I didn't realize is that in VERY small print at the bottom of my order it said that I was enrolled in a membership. Membership for what? Over the course of a year, I ended up with almost $200 in membership fees (small charges every month that were easy to overlook) before I caught it. Once I caught it, I called to cancel which they grudgingly did. Now I just noticed that they started charging me again so I will have to deal with them again. DO NOT order from them because they will continue to find ways to charge you. Sneaky and dishonest.
I haven't used them since 2017 and they've continued randomly charging my account for random $2+change amounts. When I contacted support, their excuse is that the charge is for "saved shopping carts, electronic access to un-used gift card codes or custom account modifications". They claim the charge will be refunded to me in the next 5-10 business days, but it never should have occurred at all.
I purchased from this company over a year ago and continued to get small charges on my credit card, continually called company who assured me that they would not bill again, and FINALLY had to block them from my credit card!
Cancelled membership months ago. Out of the blue I get a charge to my bank acct. Cancelled AGAIN and asked for refund. Will see what happens.
Like others have stated, they charge you for a membership monthly. I didn't notice until I was in the hole for over $200 after I purchased a $1.99 bracelet.
When I placed an order (and I never did receive the whole order) the order confirmation email said, in tiny print wayyyyy down at the bottom, that I'd been enrolled in a free two-week trial membership, if I hadn't caught it and canceled it, I would have been billed for being a member... not sure whether this is even legal, but it's definitely unethical. I will never order from them again. (And I would give them zero stars if I could.)
I had purchased a ring on this website. It must be in some fine print because it also signed me up for a monthly membership that I have been charged for each month! I have requested to cancel the membership and it still has yet to be done!

Same thing happened to me as several others here: ordered something, the 'membership' is hidden in the fine print, and got months of charges for it. Just spoke with the company and they are giving me 3 months credit and gift cards. Don't support this scam outfit! They also seem to have other branches, sweet simply vegan is one I find, so beware of others.
No where did I get a membership or any indication of such and I didnt see this charge for months not sure even what was bought or by who. They wouldn't tell me or cancel it when I requested. I'm disputing it all
This company does warn you about the membership. I placed an order and knew about the membership. They received my cancellation, told me my order was updated, and shipped them anyway. They then charged me for three months of membership over a two month period. There is no way to cancel the membership because I don't even have an account on their website. I called my bank for resolution, hopefully enough people will call their banks to red flag them.

We ordered a couple of bracelets on line and now have been charged $19.87 for 3 months in a row. WHAT THE HELL? What kind of scam are they running?
I never agreed to a membership, I only ordered 2 rings, which I have not received. Just noticed they took 19.87 out of my account, even though I told them to cancel me.
Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!

Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
