Good and Bad

I have done two orders with FemThings and have gotten everything I've ordered, though I have to usually wait a few weeks and gets multiple small shipments. I've bought some clothing items and some bracelets. I like the bracelets, but the clothing is so-so. It's obviously not made to American sizing, and even though I'm a med/L here, I have to order XL for things to fit. Thankfully I have a daughter and smaller friends so I can give stuff away that's too small. Paying 20/month for the membership basically forces me to go in and order every month and use the $20 coupon code, so it's a "wash"... but that means I need to find $50/month worth of stuff to buy to get the free shipping with it as well. I'm not sure how long I'll keep doing it, but since it's close to holiday time, I have found some good things for presents.

SCAM - Stay Away!

I ordered from this website one time and have been getting fraudulent charges from them ever since. After going in circles with customer service, who could not assure me that my information would be removed from their system, I have had to cancel my card in order to stop this. Their products are low quality and the staff are unhelpful. There are better sites to order cheaply made products from.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! I ordered this bracelet on the 11th of September and still have not received it and i emailed them for the correct tracking number when i have looked up the order number they gave me and it says "status not avalible" and all they say is the tracking number is correct and that all they can tell me now is to just keep an eye on my mailbox. I called them and left a message and still haven't gotten a call back or an answer to where my package is! This is ridiculous. I even paid for It to be expedited! I will NEVER order with them again.

Well in my case I received my orders within a week or two so I didnt have to wait like others. I just dont like how Im automatically registered to their membership! Contacted them and cancelled my membership, their customer service respond fast. I think that Im not the only one who experienced being automatically registered to their membership... what I can advised others is once you enter your email address to their site make sure that you contact their support to cancel your membership right away. I think in that case you wont see any $20 charged in your bank account.

I order a bracelet, and a month later I was charged $19,87 for a membership that I didn't ask for nor glisten for. I didn't even create an account with them.
They deserve zero rating, not one.

I ordered 3 bracelets from the site, they arrived as scheduled. However, I was then charged for a membership that I never agreed to($19.95/month) for an additional three months. I have emailed their support team numerous times to tell them to stop charging me, and they continue to charge me. I've filed dispute claims with my credit card agency.

I purchased 6 bracelets (3 separate charges) on November 29... FINALLY received 3 of the bracelets on Dec 22 -- and as of Feb 4, have STILL not received the other 3. I contacted the company numerous times -- and was told "we have just shipped them; you should receive them soon" -- then later "they are on back order and should arrive in the next several weeks"... both times they offered to give me a refund; the first time I said "no, as long as they are on their way". The second time (several weeks ago), I asked for the refund -- which they never gave. No refund & no bracelets. And as for the 3 bracelets I did receive, one of the 3 broke two weeks after my daughter put it on. TerrIble quality. This business is a pure scam!

I ordered two bracelets. And that's it! A month later I'm getting charged for a membership fee I didn't buy. I'm trying to contact them but there is no phone number and everytime I try to contact them I get returned to their FAQ page. I'm pissed!

I ordered bracelets from this site 12/8/16 and never received them! They have yet to respond to my messages and how convenient there isn't any tracking information or any phone numbers for this 'so called company'. I have disputed all these charges with my credit card company and will be filing formal complaints with BBB.

Scam! BEWARE!

Offers free bracelet and offers a second with free shipping. They have a so called club with a membership free of $20. Once you buy the first bracelet they will begin charging your card for a membership even though you did not select to join. They state they have a disclaimer but nothing is there at all. You are not loosing your mind, it's not there. Never received product even though ordered over a month ago. Lots of data out there and everyone says the same thing. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Ironic scam

Q: I ordered several bracelets from this website on 12-1-16. The money was charged to my bank account on 12-5-16. The website says delivery take no more than 3 weeks. I have YET to receive ANY of my bracelets, that were going to be Christmas presents, and now they've charged me nearly $60 in monthly "Membership" fees because they counted my 3 separate purchases as 3 separate customers! I've emailed their customer service, and not reply. Calling my bank today. How ironic that a website that claims to help support women, is the same company that's ripping off us off.

Fraud Alert

This site took my money for items I have never received and they do not respond to customer service inquiries. They don't list any phone numbers and only have a single email address for any form of contact. On Facebook many people report being charged for multiple items they never purchased.
I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Don't buy from this site!
