Customer Service Fail

Kapal ng mukha ng ibang sellers dito. Sila na nagsend ng damaged item, sila pa galit. Tapos pag nagreklamo ka naman kay shopee pagpapasa pasahan lang nila yung complaint mo. Ang tagal pa ng resolution kung meron man. Never click order received unless you're 100% sure it's damage-free and you want it. Otherwise, you'll have to shoulder the shipping fee back to the seller if they block you or they're impossible to reason with. Yung ibang Chinese shops naman, sasabihing magrerefund pero palitan mo muna yung negative rating. Dapat refund muna bago palitan yung rating! Once mo lang pwedeng palitan yun e. Pag nabago mo na, yun na yun kahit d nila ihonor yung refund. Beware of the shops below.

Couriers suck!

Saw that delivery was out for that day (in the app), so was at home all day to receive the parcel. But it didn't arrive (it was even a Sunday!); instead, the next day it said on the app: "delivery failure, customer unavailable." what a lie!
Then the next day, around past 3pm they sent a text msg informing me that there was a delivery for me and they were already in front of my house! I did not hear their phone call because my phone was not with me at that time, and i did not hear anyone knock on the gate!
Really. Couldn't they have knocked on the gate like "normal" people, too?
Now i don't know if they will do the delivery, or not. So unreliable!
Been using shopee for a while now, but this courier so far seems to be the worst: J&T

Hope they will pull their act together!

Return of items

Buyer beware. If your item is damaged and you did not buy from the shopee mall you would have to pay the courier to send back the item to the seller. But shopee does not tell you this anywhere on its site. And their customer care talks so fast with many irrelevant words and info to bury this one stark fact. The same sleek style when you write them. I discovered this only when I called them directly.

Ang bagal ng delivery nyu. Di ko alam kung yung sistema ba ang sadyang mabagal o yung tao lang talaga ang makupad. Palitan nyu na kaya mga tao nyu baka pag iba na ang nagwork jan baka mas mapabilis pa serbisyo nyu. Yung pinadeliver ko nung Sept 17 pa nasa Cainta sorting center hanggang ngayon andun pa din. Anu aantayin nyu pa bang manganak mga yun para dumami. The last time na nagpadeliver ako dun din yung last drop off office bago na out for delivery kaya sure nilililliman pa muna nila yun para mapisa mga itlog at dumami tapos pagtumawag ka sa Customer Service ang sagot "wala pa naman sa deadline ng delivery date dahil sa 23 pa po ang estimated delivery date" ang ganda ng sagot panalo talaga mga tao ng Shopee kaya kahit abot kamay ko na yung inorder ko dahil nasa Cainta nalang wala ako magawa kundi magantay kung kelan sila sipagin at mauupo na lang ako hanggang dumating and delivery date ng item ko. Kaya SALUDO ko sainyu mga pare koy kayo na ang mga over paid yet less service naman!

Shopee used to be a great help for consumers who are looking for a variety of products at a more affordable price. This is not the case now since customer reviews are NOT IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. Positive reviews are being prioritized. This marketing strategy would MISLEAD shoppers about the current status of the products. What if the quality has changed? This information is hidden since negative reviews are not readily accessible. Customer reviews are very important to protect the consumers. Hope this concern reaches the Shopee management.

Shopee is the worst online shopwebsite. You can even fulfil orders properly. 6 out of 7 orders all cancelled by Shopee. Unbelievable. How do you remain in business when you cant even fulfil orders because of your pathetic system? Then you spend millions on advertising to already well overpaid soccer players like Ronaldo, but you cant even get 99% of orders fulfilled. Honestly, Shopee is just a joke. I feel sorry for Filipinos and their lack of decent online shopping options. Lazada at least can fulfil orders although they are far from competent in many regards either. But Shoppee omg never could there be a more incompetent online shop such as Shopee, you guys win the award for that one!

It was so disappointing. The courier sent an update that the item was on its way for delivery that day, but no package arrived. I contacted the courier and they responded that they don't know the address and they will 'try' tomorrow. BUT no package arrived! Address was clearly stated yet they make excuses.

I made an account with shopee the day before and tried using the new joiner's voucher but had trouble with it. I contacted customer service and not only was I accused of violating the terms and condition, but was also replied in a very rude way. First off i have no idea how i could've violated anything having owned my account for such a short period of time. After only my first email asking why i couldn't use my voucher, i was replied by such an ill-mannered employee who explicitly said "your account is suspended. The decision is final." and then proceeded to tell me tell me I've violated the Terms and Conditions in the same email and finally deciding to end my query, without me being able to ask any further questions or even send a replying email.
Abruptly ending queries made by customers shows that they have no interest on working on consumer satisfaction, even when it takes as little effort as sending emails. Also, saying "The decision is final." is so audacious seeing as i was not even going to negotiate on my account being suspended, because why bother? There are tons of online shopping platforms way better than shopee.
Why would consumers ever want to support a platform that only cares about the needs of its advertisers and disregards people who actually "funds" their business. I would give zero stars if i could.

I've posted a screenshot of one of the worst things that happened to me using their services. Their response is just an example of how incompetent their customer supports are.

Yes they have cheap stuff there, though almost all are fake. But saving a few coins isn't worth the stress.

Before I order especially online I make sure to read all the reviews first, because it helps a lot. Second, read it carefully about the refundable or not refundable so even if you order and received it by mistake then you can still call to return with no cost and no hassle. Third, you can try 1 item per order to make sure your order can send it to you with exact date. Fourth, don't order expensive Item's like gadgets. Fifth, upload recording app on your phone so that in case you will record all your conversations while you having trouble for refunding the items you can still have evidences. Sixth, not all 5 star came from buyers because most of the 5 stars goes to worker's of that site that you really like for business you know what I mean. Seventh, don't be fooled for a scam and he very careful ordering online. Thank you! And have a safe ordering! I hope this one help!

Shopee is okay for small things but if you buy something like a TV, CELL, or other major priced things you could be in serious trouble. With LAZADA if you have a problem you let them know and they issue you a prepaid authorized label to send back to them using LBC. NOT SO WITH SHOPEE! Shopee directs you to handle things thru the seller! Good luck with that. I recently bought a "Samsung Original" cell or so it stated in the listing. When I got it it seemed like it was used or a display model and i reviewed it as such. A week later it stopped working. I took it to a cell technician who quickly told me it was a FAKE. The seller will do NOTHING and Shopee so far is doing NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE! I WILL STOP USING SHOPEE.
