Bhaiyo kabhi bhi galti se aisi ghtiya or fraud company ke chakkar me apne paise barbaad mat kijiye aapki mehant ki kamai hai soch samjh kar shopping kijiyegi. Ab aisi ghatiya company ke liye kya review?

Shopclues dint refund my money yet… m taking followup for d past 1 month and dey r oly saying v appriciate ur patience and understanding for d same… if u cant resolve a customer query den close down shopclues…i don kno wats wrong with dis site y dey r delaying to do thier wrk on time… if v had not paid to them dey wud hv made a case upon us by now… cheaters…refund my money now. Guys u r goin to loose all ur money shopclues is being a threat to other online shopping companies…these are losing peoples trust. I wud rate "0" for dis and not "1" if dey dont refund my money soon.

It is the worst online shopping app I have ever seen in my life.
They don't deliver the product and tell that they delivered the product
They don't even bothered to atleast call once before sending the product back.
They are so much careless about their customers and business

I ordered Bajaj OTG oven from this site and I received the product damaged. I requested for a replacement on 8th April. It has been 2 weeks and there is no progress on return. I have sent almost 10+ clear images of product and packaging from all angles but still I am being asked images after every 2-3 days. Looks like they do not want to replace the product and waiting when I get frustrated and stop following. I will never shop again from this site.

I had purchased 2 products, a shirt and few pairs of socks. But when I tried to change it as the size was small and the quality of the product was pathetic, they took nearly 15 days to reply me and that too after 5 reminders. And even after that, they replied that we cannot change or return the product.

Will never buy anything from they again.

Hie, everyone I ordered an item from shopclues.com. They deducted money on the first attempt from my debit card as cash on delivery is not available with this site(best way to get money& hide from the customers as they have money nd u dont have the product). After 4 days I got a sms stating that my order was cacelled due to non availability of courier facility in that area.( I ordered item in sector 29 chandigarh, an easy available option and a posh area) sms said u will get refund in few days. After 8 working days I still have not received my refund back. When contacted customer care they never pick's the call. By chance they picked call the c care guy they had a very rude tone, the cce even said "me kya karu agar tere paise wapas nai aye hai to" and abruptly cut the call. Now I am afraid that the money which I have paid will never come back So people beware this site is fake, they will seduce u by giving big offers and low price and when u order they will deduct ur money and will not deliver the item nor refund ur money. *******472 my contact number. Attention! Before purchase TV from shopclues site online!
In last week I have purchased samsung HT5100 40 inch led online through shopClues site.
First of all I got delivery very late as expected date. (No issue)
But after delivery I really shocked. Delivered product is for ARAB country and not for India and due to this samsung enginner reject to install. He said for installation it they will charged 5000 and will not service if any problem occured. For any further service they will charge 5000 for visit and failure part cost will be different. When I contact to shopclues site they don't have proper information about this. One thing every customer have to check whether it seller warranty or Samsung warranty. Reject if cluse something like sellet warranty.
