Please dont buy any products from shopclues. I had very bad experience recently with a Smart TV purchase from Shopclues. In the product description page, they showed advanced remote and they delivered some cheap normal remote. When I raised return request, they say it was not mentioned anywhere in the product page - So weird. And, the next day, I found that the product page itself is removed from their site. They stopped responding to my emails.

Delivery tracking was awful. The gave timing 20 days to deliver the product. But, it got delivered in 11 days. But, their system showed as dispatched status till 20 days and they refused to take any complaints.

So, please dont buy any product from shopclues.

And if you try to write a review or rating on the product, it won't get submitted, you will be shown'page not found' error.

Shop clues claimed 5 time quality check but i don't think so, a single quality check.
I have order 5 stage water purifier but not delivered on time, I try to return the product but huge time taken finally replaced the product after many calls during 5 months. Again, supplied product is damage & poor quality. It is continue water flow without any filter of water. Output nozzle is broken, cartage is old etc if you try to filter clean water output is more bad quality even not equal to DJB water supply. So that I don't recommended to purchase.

I have couple of times shopping from Shopclues.
All of their services are useless.
Very worst website.
Shopclues app is useless.
Products quality is very bad.

Products never comes from time.
Always late delivery.

First of all, the interface of the website is too bad to find anything. Second, it's full of advertisements. Third, pathetic delivery services. I would never recommend anyone to buy from shopclues

Cheaters... I paid the money to purchase the product on 16th may 2017 and my last shipment date was scheduled on 25th may 2017, its been 10 days passed and I haven't received the product. So called to shopclues customer care to complain about my shipment problem, and I got the reply, that the product is already delivered(but I haven't received any product yet). So told them whole story and they registered my complaint and told me to give the proof of delivery, (which I haven't received).

So, In-short guys this is a fraud company, will initially keep their price lower to attract the customer and once the payment is done, you will be in a trap of them.

My product cost was just 170 Rs and I got the trouble and headache which cost me 5000 Rs.

I will never purchase anything from this fraud company again.

I had ordered cupboard for my kid but I didn't like the quality so next day immediately I dropped a request for return but last ten days they are saying somebody will call for pickup confirmation and now today I called up he is saying product can't be returned as quality is good. They are really disgusting also don't have to courtesy and call up customer to provide information now I called and asked to transfer his senior he kept on hold for more than 15mins after that he is saying senior is busy will give call back... They are fake and don't deliver good quality also... Please don't shop from ShopClues... Really very very bad experience... ShopClues is a fake company...

NEVER EVER BUY FROM SHOPCLUES

Well I think I did repeat my mistake by buying on Shopclues, and this is lesson that some people never improve.

I did receive one runner less in delivery, I asked for getting that that delivered, customer executive asked me to return the whole order. I did place return order and still no has turned back.

Shoping on shopclues is like giving yourself punishment with your own money. No one cares here for customer, if you dont have any problems in life and want some then welcome to Shopclues, they will make your life hell for some time with your own money.

Last time two years back they tortured me like hell for the refund of my *******/- rupees for around 2-3 months against the undelivered /cancelled orders, I thought they would have improved by now but this is great example that you should never forget your lessons learnt in past.

If you have got easy money and cant even spend on gambling then go for Shopclues and I bet you will feel lost enough every time you buy here.

Shopclues - The biggest fraud of ecommerce

They say we provide Return and Refund., but they are lier they not going to give you any services.

I ordered a mobile from shopclues. I got the product and same day i found battery is defected, so i file return request., but i made mistake. I choose 'Quality Issues' while i returning a product.

Till that day daily i call them and daily i need to repeat same story again and again. They says we will update your return request. Another day same thing.

After many calls i tried and say them to give me ans in 'Yes or No'. Is return possible.

His ans... NO, We are not going to process any return.
If you have problem with mobile visit mobile services center, and if they not provide services than you have to show us memo then we will provide return.

Now, we all know Service center requires around 15 Days- 20 Days to inspect your mobile.

Shopclues return policy: 10 Days.

How i'll show them memo.?
When i will get memo, they definitely give ans. Sorry return Policy expired...!

Also sellers details are wrong, otherwise i can directly contact seller.

Delivered product was damaged, marks and stains every where. It was a used product. Ordered for a LG head phone which was not original at all. Package was open not sealed. No company logo. Very very bad customer service. DISSATISFIED.

I have ordered one combo pack which should includes, one OTG cable + One car mobile charger+one Aux cable+One USB cable. They took 104 INR as it was on offer. Very funny but true INR15 for the product and INR89 for courier. That is the cheap marketing technique. However out of all those products USB cable is missing and all other product is not working and ultimate poor quality.
Not only that one year back i had purchased one mobile which was also defective.

My sincere request to all do not trap yourself into offers, they will cheat you. If you are not believing me just order once and see.

I saw a beautiful titan watch in the Shopclues Sunday Flea Market worth Rs 299 only. Such a huge discount I was afraid of getting trapped in any kind of scam. Somehow risking the bucks, I ordered for the watch. Buy I am happy to say that shopclues didnt break my trust. I got the watch as good as they promised & depicted on the website. I have ordered few more items from the Shopclues 1 rs sale. The delivered products are on the way, I am really excited to collect it.
