Defective product delivered. When ShopClues complained is insisting to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer refused to accept any responsibility.

ShopClues is the Worsted app ever I have seen literally i will never recommend to anyone in my family and friends I just want to know that why you reject my return request continuosly so, just do me a favor if you can, You do one thing, you give me your address, I send you the product and now I neither want the product nor a refund, keep both of you, I will thinking I donated to the ShopClues because you are most poor people, you desperately need more than me, that's why your rating has dropped so much from everywhere (Google & Play Store) and you literally deserve it because you people fool the customers to take their money and literally my 429 rs. Just waste literally it was my mistake to order with ShopClues because i ordered from ShopClues despite Amazon and Flipkart because they give coustomer to best return policy and literally I'm really disappointed with ShopClues customer support

Worst site for purchasing. Delivers damaged items which are not even in working condition and customer care dont respond and replacement is not available. So dont go for any purchase from this site

Two times I have ordered DY 4 PCs Car Tire Valve Stem Wheel Air Caps Cover Keychain Set BMW logo Black from SHopclues.com but both time they sent onlyCar tire Stem Caps only and that also different colour which colour does not suit my requiment. And both time they did not send the BMW logo black keychain. Please do not order any products from Shopclues.com. There service and product is bogus and non reliable company.

My recent experience with Shop Clues is very positive. I ordered an item, ( Coco peat 20 kgs) it was delivered with 2 days delay. The quantity and quality were perfect. 19.8 kgs recieved against 20 kgs which is quite ok. I had also ordered a SATA cable to USB. This order was cancelled by the Seller as they did not have stock. They sent as message that they are trying alternate suppliers and after a few days, I received a message that they are processing the refund. I recieved it yesterday ( 2nd Jan 2022) without having to follow up. Also there were daily messages regarding the status of my refund. Shop clues should continue to operate like this. My experience was positive.

Their customers care service is just for name sake
It is all done intentionally
I request everyone don't waste your money by purchasing on this site

They take fake orders and accept payment
And cancel orders on the spot without refunding payment back in account

I placed an order for Jain Black Self Defense Security Telescopic Folding Stick https://images.shopclues.com/images1/thumbnails/*******/160/160/*********************.jpg with the order no ******* with prepaid payment on 2nd july 2021 and the parcel got delivered on 7th july 2021 with blue dart courier tracking no *******3926, but i did not received the actual product which i ordered, i received the steel coated telescopic folding stick with rubber foam grip instead of full black coloured telescopic folding stick which i was looking for.

I am attached the video clip of package opening and images of the package, inner product of the package as an attachment to the mail but no response, worst worst worst site, no response from customer care... Bad bad bad shop clues.

I ordered for Live plant namely Rare Nanouk Pink Wandering Jew but delivered normal wandering Jew which I did not order. I talked to customer care team but they denied return or refund. They are simply hopeless. Don't buy anything from ShopClues. The differences between the two are big enough. Worthless services!
