Please stay away USE AMAZON OR FLIP CART THEY PROVIDE BEST PRODUCTS AND AFTER SALES SERVICES dont purchase anything from here let me tell you why?

I purchased a mobiles that stopped working after 5 days they are insisting me to go to customer center rather than replacing

They dispatched duplicate accessories I got duplicate charger with my mobile

I ordered for Blue color Products they Dispatched White

Dont buy any thing with Shopclues, I purchased Rs 5519/- kids bike but I get Damaged Bike and when I Return this Bike personally in Pinkdel pvt ltd. New Delhi, after receiving goods by them Shopclues didn't return my Amount of Rs 5519/- and Courier Charges Rs 1274/- till Date, Even Shopclues Customer Care Support also not provide help for the issue, Shopclues is worst ecommerce Company, Even I write mail to CEO Mr Sanjay Sethi but also didn't get any help.

Hii shrikant, I have booked to earphones bt the product was supposed to be delivered on 29/7/2020 but it was delivered on 30/7/2020, and the person delivering the delivery you sent spoke very rude language and when verified after the product was delivered, it contained a product defect and included charging cables and air buds are missing, but everything was going well in the second product and it was verifying but good, I have had a very bad experience from you so I am sending this product to return but it should send a really good product as soon as possible, otherwise I will complain to consumer court and your company It will also spread the word on social media, requesting that you take the product as soon as possible and send a new return and better quality and send on time,

Very bad app, i ordered a sweatshirt andi got saree instead, when o asked for replacement, the support said he'll replace it, but he initiated refund, i ordered yoga pants which costs 975 rs, which was completely transluscent, i returned that too, the website says the refund will be reflecting in your account in two weeks and its third week going on, no money yet. Have raised the ticket and no response for that yet, this site doesn't deserve even one star, this site sucks... Never ever shop here, as soon as i get my money, I'm going to uninstall this $#*!ty app

Purchased some gym equipments on 27th April which got delivered after two months in 5th of July. The product was damaged and of extremely poor quality and so I immediately raised a return request which was approved. Then they sent me an email again asking for the reason for returning the product which I provided again. Then I got another email asking for pics of the damaged product and the package, which I provided on 18th of July. I have not heard from them since that date. I am actually considering lodging a complaint with Consumer Forum as Shopclues seems to be deliberately delaying orders and refunds so they could enjoy the interest earned on the buyers money for several months in the interim.

This is with reference to our Order ID ******* & Return ID ******* for IKALL N7 7Inch Display Tablet (2-16GB, Wi-fi, Android 6.0 Marshmallow).

I ordered an ikall N7 tablet and it was delivered on 20th june 2020. I raised a complaint to return the product on the same date of delivery within 10 mins after the delivery of the product due to the following issues.
1. Late Command
2. Camera scratched
3. Touch not working properly
4. Charge and USB cable was opened
5. Adaptor is not the same brand
6. Manual Guide not found
But am really unhappy with the product as well with Shopclues.com there is no proper response from them. I try to reach them through customer care and also through mail not even a single response from them.
Note: I need a speedy remedy from shopclues otherwise i will make big issue and approach Consumer Court for delivering such a improper product and worst service rendered by shopclueshopclues

I bought two boat rockerz blutooth devices from ShopClues. Both came out to be defective with one speaker working, no warranty cards, usb cable, extra ear buds missing in one packet. We have tried our best to return the same but we receive the message that our location is not accessible. Once or twice a return request was registered but shockingly closed with in minutes too saying that their pick up boy tried multiple failed pack up attempts. I am astonished at the kind of low quality branded products they are selling & low quality of their service. In a way they are tarnishing the image of brands too. Totally disgusting...
