ShopClues has cheated me. The gave 5 times delivery dates after payment but could not delivery mist spray yet. They giving only assurance, but felt their promise. I want refund my money immediately.

I had ordered rose plant on 3rd May (order no. *******). I got mud in ae sealed package. The packet itself is such that a LIVE PLANT cannot be alive considering it is sent from West Bengal to New Delhi. On opening only MUD in a sealed packet was found and they have not refunded money.
Feel to file a case of CHEATING on the website. They messaged that we will contact you in two working days but no help. Very Bad experience. Bad people. Will never buy anything on this site WWW.shopclues.com). First they didnot send on the correct address second they sent only MUD instead of plant and pathetic response on writing to their Customer Harrassment Center where nobody calls! See the attachedphoto. Not worth of buying on this website ever.

Fake and cheater I ordered a combo pack instead of combo they send me different packages when I complaint about it they refused and they did not refund my money also and such a stupid customer care bull$#*! please don't buy anything from this type of fake website.

ShopClues is such a worst group that they mingle with courier person and do not deliver the product.
Recently I booked 16 products at a time and 14 items have been delivered by so-called worst ShopClues and 2 products they have not supplied.
It is a worst group. They're cheaters.
One useless fellow from ShopClues called me and told me that he would reimburse my money but till today I have not received any products/ money.
Dear friends do not buy products from this worst ShopClues..

I ordered a headphone at a lower price. I placed the order via debit card and they committed that within 17th April I will get an order. But now they messaged that the order has been cancelled due to delay and refund has been processed and with 12 days it will reflect your account.

I think they are fraud. They can use our bank details and they can cheat us.

I suggest the upcoming customers not to buy here.

Useless service... Don't shop on the site... They will not give refund... They are cheaters big time

One of the most worst online platform I have experienced in my life, I have purchased more than 20 product ts from this platform out of that not even 1 purchase was satisfied reason behind is parts were missing in many cases they only cancelled the order stating that the delevery partner was unable to delever the parcel but the fact is no one contacted me and the address is in the heart of the city

It's just a waste of ti. E and energy

Even the coustmer support is waste

Over all the platform is not worthy

Very poor service please don't use this site for shopping. This shopping site is very unprofessional..

Ordered GTA5 Computer CDs but they delivered POOH CDs, as this was a gift to someone else it was embarrassing situation when they opened the box and found POOH CDs instead of GTA5.

Later when return request raised these fraudsters instead of apologizing closed the request stating delay in raising request as per their policy.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHIT THESE BAST... FRAUDULENT SERVICES.
