Placed an order 5 weeks before Christmas as they stated it will take 2-4 weeks to receive delivery. Christmas came and went without delivery and the tracking number sent by the company did not work. I finally reached out to them and it took several emails(no phone support) before they finally admitted it was never sent. They graciously offered to give me a store credit. NOT! I had to threaten them before they finally agreed to credit my card back.
Either shady or incompetent but I will never shop from here again.
An order I returned to Boomstreet last December was never credited to my account and I lost the Post office tracking number. A customer service rep from this company did not let that stop her from helping me. She contacted the sending manufacturer to see if the item was returned. After verifying the return was received she credited my account. Most companies would not have dealt with this problem without a tracking #. Very satisfied with the service I received.
BoomStreet is really nCrowd! They state they only acquired the names and database from nCrowd. If this is true then everyone with a store credit should still have a store credit since it was in nCrowds database.

I ordered a personalized book and got a voucher number. After trying to use the voucher and sending about 20 different photos to the company, I cancelled my order. Boo street has told me they cannot issue a refund for a voucher that I have used. Then customer service always takes over a week to get back to me. I have told them I attempted to use the voucher but nothing was ever done, NOT ONE THING HAS BEEN PRINTED AT THE OTHER COMPANY. I just now need my money back. Will NEVER EVER USE BOOMSTREET AGAIN.
My problem is not with the products, but how this company fills my email box by sending each message twice, at I receive at least one, sometimes two, communications a day and each one twice in a row. If I haven't checked my email for a few days, my box has well over a dozen messages from this company. That's too much. I unsubscribed as a result.
Mary did all she could keeping me informed when I received the wrong item and late for Christmas. Although she could not get me the item I actually ordered when the subcontracted company sent me a substitute, her continued effort puts her well above most customer service reps. The situation was bad but her attention to service was excellent.
Product was defective. Offered credit instead of replacement or refund. Had to threaten fraud charges to get a refund. Will NEVER order again.
After purchasing a couple vouchers that were not honored, I was promptly credited a full refund ti find other offers.

I ordered something I didn't receive. I emailed your customer service; within one day Mary had reached out to the vendor and discovered the item was no longer available and issue a full credit to my account for future use. Wonderful experience, very fast resolution, thank you.
I had been trying to purchase goods and services on nCrowd's website for about two years. But the goods and services hardly ever were delivered.
Thus i accumulated in store credit of almost $149 with nCrowd for these undelivered goods and services. Suddenly about a month ago, they changed to BoomStreet, and boom, all my in store credits vanished into thin air. A guy called Luke sent me an e mail that nCrowd is no longer operational and that Boomstreet bought the rights to NCrowd e mail database and so my credits are gone. Just like that.
BoomStreet is lying. The company merely changed its name from Ncrowd to BoomStreet so as to defraud all its prior customers of their money, in store credits etc. BoomStreet is the same NCrowd chameleon in a new skin.
Stay far away from this company if you don't want to lose your money. Boomstreet is a fly by night scam operation run by scam artists. All their reviews on this site are fake.
Completely blocks out the light without making my face sweat. The cheap flimsy ones that I've had in the past made my face sweat underneath and then my mascara runs so I wake up a mess. This one is a little bulky, though, so rolling over can move it around on the face a little.
I have ordered from this site several times without issue. I finally had an issue with one of my last orders and the customer service department worked with me to have the item I didn't receive re-shipped! I will order from them again!
Usually my experiences with customer service representatives have not been the greatest. My experience this time, with receiving an incorrect item in my order was actually good! You can't really say that often when you are dealing with the 'complaint department.' Mary was great to work with! She was very prompt with her responses and they were anything but the generic automated responses I was used to getting. Even with few words, she made me feel my 'complaint' was valid and not at all a burden on her.
Brenda was absolutely wonderful to deal with and answered my questions immediately. I have been dealing with many companies (due to holidays), and not one has had a Customer Service Rep. Even close to Brenda. Thank you Boomcstreet for hiring top people like Brenda and GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! Can not wait to receive my items, and will tell you if they are as great as Brenda then you just got a very loyal customer :O) . Happy Holidays to All and Thank You Brenda!
Ordered a Delta shower head and am very satisfied with the product and the price and delivery
Piece of Crap. Does not work as advertised. No way to change DATE displayed on viewing screen cause there is no way to make selections when in the menu: can only go up/down the listing with no way of selecting an item to make changes. Only other option is 'mode', and all that does is take you out of the menu?
Item took videos while charging in house, but would not take videos when hooked up (correctly) in car while driving. Shows presentation as if it was taking videos, without doing so. Now, hooked up to my computer, it is actually discharging the battery?
