I ordered something in April, got charged for it and never received the product. Now all I get is the same copied email from them saying they have no visibility into orders after March, cannot do anything about it, and I should contact my credit card company. But they do offer a discount on my next purchase - as if I would be so foolish as to do business with them again. Don't give them any business! They should be prosecuted!
If you get email solicitations from BOOMSTREET, delete/unsubscribe/DO NOT ORDER! I ordered toothbrush heads a while back and have not received them and all efforts (phone, email, support) to contact them are for not! A Google search revealed this is a pattern... thank goodness my order was only $19 that I'll likely never see!

I placed an order for (2) Samsung earbuds on 4/12/16 and never received the product. The phone number was unresponsive and website did not work to track order. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company today. Do not use this company!

Back in Jan. 2015, I ordered a blood pressure monitor for my father. I never received the order! I tried to contact them for several months, to no avail. Finally, I received a email; stating, they were out of the product but I could get a credit for something else. Getting something else was a big problem! First, the site would not accept my password and I had to re-register ( which was a huge hassle). Secondly, after I was able to get in, THE SITE WAS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE!, AND HAS BEEN DOWN EVERY SINCE! It is my fault, I have only recently read the reviews on this Co., only to find out they may be out of business, If I don't get my refund ASAP. I'm going to start a class action lawsuit against Boomstreet. I'm sure many people will join me.
I am very unhappy with BoomStreets customer service. I placed an order on Mar 29 and it has still not arrived. I contacted help and an automated response is generated but no assistance. I have not received the item, nor have I received a credit on my card. I will not purchase any other item or service from boomstreet.
BoomStreet customer service: all the emails bounce back. The toll free line is perpetually busy, and i have to have a user id and password to enter their website with no possibility for password or username recovery. What a crock.
So the product i never received is never to be received? Off i go to the better business bureau.
My wife order for my son at Christmas & we received what we ordered. Then ordered in April for our son's birthday in May & are yet to receive his gift. It's now end of May & his birthday was beginning of May. Very dissatisfied since our son has not got a birthday gift yet. Please send out merchandise that people pay hard earned cash for!

I bought a bluetooth headset. It was 19.00 and is great. So I ordered two more, one as a back up and one for my wife at 19.00 each. I has to ask where the order was after SEVERAL weeks. I finally received one of them... still looking for and asking for the second one nor response at all... These people are thieves and dishonest. I want the headset or at the least 19.00 back. NEVER BUY FROM THEM... check Amazon or Ebay first. You might pay a little more but thay take care of their customers.
Unfortunately like others I have not received my order, site has been down for a month now, had to contact my bank to investigate and refund my money. At this point consider your order a loss, I seriously doubt the site will ever be working again.
How to contact them by phone. Ordered two magnetic screens 0n 4-11-16 and have not received them. As others have said site is down for maintenance. All the time!

Are they out of business? Unable to track status of recent purchase. Website keeps indicating it is down for maintenance. This has been going on for over two weeks. No one answer the customer service phone number.
On February 23 I ordered a 5 ml bottle of Latisse for $129.00. I paid through PayPal and these people cashed the check. It is now April 27,2016 and I have emailed many times. They want to keep my money and not send me my product. They do not want to credit my account as well. These people are FRAUD. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They authorized my return, so I paid to have the product returned, and then they never credited me back my money. They said that they changed names from NCrowd to BoomStreet, and we're not given information about previous purchases. That is a n outright lie, since a customer service rep named Mary, is the same one who told me to send back the merchandise, and is the same one telling me she can't help me.
I am very pleased with my blue Topaz bracelet. It looks like a piece of fine jewelry which is amazing considering the "bargain" price!
I definitely will be shopping with BoomStreet again.
