The delivery was much faster than expected. Unfortunately, the necklace arrived broken. One of the crystals dangled off the necklace unlike the others that were properly affixed to the chain. Overall, beautiful necklace and would of given 5 stars in my rating. Waiting to hear back back from company as to a replacement in time for Christmas as it was purchased as a gift.

I love my sleep mask. They give me the darkness I need to sleep at night or day. I bought others that fell apart after a week these are built well and wash well in a washer or by hand.

I am always amazed by the quality of the products they offer compared with the price. I have only been disappointed once and I voiced that to the company and recieved a refund. Not bad considering I have ordered perhaps 50 products through them and their predecessor Moolala.
BOOM STREET offers many products that are impossible to find in stores. Shipping is quite quick as I have received some packages well before the expected date. The prices that some of these products are being sold at cannot be beat. It is exciting to get the BOOM STREET email to see what products are being highlighted next!

Good low prices but sometimes you can find lower prices on amazon for products. As for services sometimes a company will no longer accept a paid voucher for there services. If you contact Boomstreet they may give you a credit. However, you can never use there special discount codes with credits. Not really a good way to keep a customer happy. Boomstreet is the conglomerate of the failed half off depot and ncrowd.
Great product, adjustable size, secure while I work out, run, do push up, sprints... doesn't matter. Great product.

Horrible company! From a consumer prospective, I was cheated out of my money, by not honoring my voucher. The merchant Homejoy went out of business just a few weeks after I bought the voucher from nCrowd (Boomstreet), and even though I had several weeks before it expired, Boomstreet refused to refund my money. This is a fraudulent company, holding on to money that is not theirs, not vatting the merchants they sign on, and change the rules in the middle of a valid contract. Do Not Buy from them!
I love these guys! On Nov. 21, I ordered a Handy EZ Windshield Wiper with Long Handle. Then, a week later, I forgot I'd made the first order, and ordered a 2-pk of the same thing. When my original order arrived with only one wiper, I fired off an email to BoomStreet... what were they trying to pull? Where was my second wiper? I'd ordered two wipers, and by God, they weren't going to get away with this!
Well, in less than an hour, I got the nicest email from customer service rep "Mary." She went step-by-step through what I'd ordered and when, and informed me that I'd be getting the second part of my order in a day or two (which I did). What a sweetie. She even wished me a "great day." Thanks, Mary... lesson learned.

I have dealt with a lot of deal sites in my time and usually expect them to be absent when there is a problem with an order. BoomStreet is different. They were VERY responsive when I had concerns over a product I purchased and were very responsive. When I determined that the product could not be used with my son's school, they were very supportive in the return and were very helpful in facilitating the return. When the customer care agent did not have the authority to develop a return label, the supervisor promptly stepped in and solved the problem. If you have to call Boomstreet support, hopefully you get Karyssa and if you need to take it to the next level, Karyssa will do it on her own and hopefully you get Danielle. 2 very helpful customer support agents!
The sleep mask was supposed to block light and be comfotable but was big, bulky and let light in. No returns.
I absolutely love my electric screwdriver! I love the fact that it came with all of the bits for all types of jobs and the convenience of a regular screwdriver only better! I would definitely recommend it as it comes in handy for us single girls that have projects to attend to.
