I purchased 250 dollars worth of merchandise off the nhl.ca site. It's been a full week now that says my order is pending. I tried calling 2 days ago and they said the order would be shipped out the next day. I called late last night to see if it had been shipped out, and was told it would be shipped out today. I just called now and was told there is now a delay on the order being shipped out. What a joke. When I called 2 days ago I asked if my order would be shipped out from a canadian warehouse. I was told yes. Today I was told it is coming from Seattle. That will add another 2 weeks to the shipping delivery date. They are playing with my money without a care in the world. This is by far the worst online order I have ever dealt with. Shame on you Fanatics. You're a terrible company. You would think a company as big as fanatics, who supplies fan apparel for some of the biggest sports leagues in the world, would process and ship out their products without any headaches. I'm thinking that 250 bucks I worked hard for, is now in their pockets, and I'm going to get screwed out the products I paid for. I will never give them another penny of my money. And I am going to post how bad fanatics is all over social media. I should add, I got hung up on twice by their customer service reps, and their online chat does not work. Thanks alot fanatics. Pathetic.
Scam! Sent me a scarf instead of a vegas knights jersey. Would only offer a 38% discount and wont correct the order. Essentially wanting me to pay $60u.s. For a worthless scarf! Total scam
I am a huge Edmonton Oiler fan and travel a lot. Although I am not a techy, I know how to figure out with the use of programs such as VPN's etc., how to watch Oilers games anywhere in the world. But now that I have a condo in the US, I bought NHL.TV... because I thought its was fair and; ya... I'm financially OK: and because as NHL.TV says "watch all the regular season saves, hits and goals as your teams and and players fight for a chance for the Stanley Cup playoffs..." Well, that statement is false! You can't watch anything close to all your teams' games at all. As I have found out, NHL TV in the US and even Canada has a dizzying array of blackouts! So I didn't get to see the Oiler/Vegas game last night! After a couple of phone calls as to why, I was directed to both a Canadian and US NHL.TV website which have programs that actually tell you what you can and cannot watch. They clearly do not make anything close to all games available to you. To say the least I'm cancelling my subscription and will use my "alternate methods". Frankly with my bundled cable fees in Canada and US amounting to $400 I just don't feel guilt about not funnelling another couple of hundred $ Canadian to NHL.TV! Yep... Bettman management... screw the fan!

WHen I log in and go to "return order" it tells me to email a certain address. That email address bounces back and says no one in monitoring it and to call in.

Ordered a Jersey, lettering was super small on the Women's jersey... Returned it and it cost me money for the misleading images and picture showing normal lettering. Literally, probably a Youth Medium lettering on the woman's jersey.
Just garbage. I will never be ordering from them again, which is sad as it is advertised all over the Official NHL site... just garbage service from top to bottom.
I ordered a limited edition item last December. It was supposed to ship on 12/26/19. I forgot about it until 2/21/20 when I contacted them about it. I had received ZERO correspondence regarding that item and any type of delay. When I contacted them, they said it was shipping in 4 days, and I would get an email confirming that. No email came and guess what happened on that fourth day? Paypal notifies me of a refund. Yes they didn't even have the decency to email me with an apology and an explanation as to why they cancelled my order! When I contacted them a second time to find out why, I was told 'It seems the item oversold and they could not meet the demand'. And they didn't refund my money for 2 months! Their customer service apologized if their email offended me, but I never got an email or any other correspondence from them about this item once they received my money. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Received the Jersey I ordered timely but when I opened the package there was a letter missing from my player's name. Used site's chat option to resolve the issue which got me absolutely no where. I have heard from my local embroidery shop that he gets their jerseys often with missing items and patches. I do not recommend ordering from them or Fanatics Brand in general.
Ordered a hoody. Shipping is 2 weeks. It won't be here in time for the game. Can't cancel the order even though it hasn't shipped. Terrible terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again not that they care.
Hi, So I order a custom Chicago Blackhawks sweater and instead of receiving a (L) men I received a (L) youth. But since this item is custom they said i cannot return it, even if i got the wrong size but ordered the right size, which makes no sense to me. This is a poor manged company and don't give a *******@ck about there customers. I would never re order as they have an attitude and sorry just doesn't cut it. If they made a mistake they should fix it, that's what large companies should do and not pass on the cost for a company mistake. I talked to the floor manager and ask for an email so that he can see what I am talking about through photo's but would not give it out. Which company in today day and age does not receive email. Please be carefully when ordering as there sizing chart does not match what the physical cut of the clothing is. Almost impossible to order with confidence. Going forward i would use the website to view only but order items at a brick and mortar.
I ordered a Johnathan Marchesschault 16''x 20'' singed photo in a black home jersey. Delivery was alright but when i opened it, it was a smaller 8''x 10 Johnathan Marchesschault signed picture in a white away jersey. A much smaller picture, wrong jersey and about 15$ less. Contacted customer service. Got an apology and was told that they'd send the right one and send me a label to return the wrong one. The new one came in and to no real surprise, it was the exact same picture as the first time. Tried customer service again. Got an apology and told they cant send me another picture, but refunded me my shipping fee. 2 weeks later i get an email with the label saying i can return the Johnathan Marchesschault 16''x 20'' singed photo in a black home jersey. I told them that i never received that one and got a different one instead, but haven't heard back. So far i have 2 pictures i didn't order, the original i have yet to see. Also i have chatted with them several times over phone, chat and email. Besides apologies and a "someone will look at it and get back to ya" I haven't heard anything helpful. All of this wouldn't have happend if someone in the warehouse put the right item in the right box, but they couldn't manage that twice. To say this is a multi billion dollar company its shocking how terrible NHL shop and its customer service is.
I've never shopped here before but figured it would be a good place to order a jersey from as it's a pretty known company. Worst decision ever. My first and last experience with them. As a new account member on the website I was supposed to get a 10% discount and I never did. Then ordered a jersey as a gift to give for December 2... supposed to get it by November 29 but they lost the jersey and could not find where it was. They did not send me any emails regarding my proof of purchase, where the jersey was or why it was delayed(I had to call them). I spoke to 5 different people or even more within that week and all gave me different answers, customer service was horrible, took no accountability and did not find solutions to fix my problem but instead "we can give you your money back". So I wanted to cancel my order as I had not received it and they could not cancel my order for me as they didn't know where it was. Also spoke to the head supervisor and they did not help me whatsoever. Got my jersey 3 weeks later... wanted to get my refund so I returned the jersey and it got to the warehouse within 4 days but Weird how it took 3 weeks to even deliver to my house. Asked for my money back. It says it takes 10 business days for the jersey to get to the ware house and another 7 days for the amount to come back on my visa... so I waited. Tracked my order and said it got to the warehouse in 4 days. It's now about 20 days in and still no refund on my visa. Called them numerous times and was on hold numerous times and they did not know why i never received an email and why the refund wasn't back so they have to manually add it in... which will take another 7 business days. Honestly It was the worst experience ever. Poor poor service and will never order here again.
Never buy from these people! I had an online gift card and I was never prompted to enter it on the site, that's the first problem. I made the order and realized, oops, I'll get dinged the full price so I better call them right away, and I did. I wanted on hold for over 30 minutes and at the end of the ordeal, I couldn't just simply cancel the order. Why? Because it had been over 30 minutes after the order had been processed! I made the call like, 30 seconds after I made the mistake. Now I have to wait for it to be delivered and then fill out a form to send it back instead of having the ordeal dealt with promptly. Plus, shipping and handling. I'm so mad right now, I'm seething.

I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND HE DIDN'T MUTE THE PHONE AND WAS TELLING THE SUPERVISOR THAT I WOULDN'T LISTEN AND I WAS YAPPING, YAPPING, YAPPING. WELL GUESS WHAT, YOU CAN RETURN IT CHEAPER ON YOUR OWN USING A DIFFERENT LABEL. JAMES - YOU NEED MORE TRAINING! WELL JAMES, I HOPE A MANAGER SEES THIS TO SPEAK WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR ATTITUDE PROBLEM. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN AND THE FOLKS AT SHOP. NHL ARE RUDE - RUDE - RUDE!
Ordered a shirt on 15th December which was showing as being in stock and payed for 1-2 day delivery. By 21st December it still hadn't turned up and I then spent 20 minutes in a phone queue (looks like lots of others doing these reviews had same problem) getting through, to be told that it hadn't been picked or despatched yet and needed printing (it was just a team player shirt, not a personalised one). I was promised that it would be despatched next day delivery and that I'd get a confirmation email. No email came and when I called again on 23rd they said nothing had happened with my order. So I cancelled the order by email as it was clearly not coming in time for Xmas anymore. I'm now being told that they can't cancel the order, even though it hasn't been despatched, and will have to despatch it and then I'll have to return it at my cost to get a refund! Unbelievable company, will never use them again and would strongly advise everyone else to do the same and that the NHL severs all links with them as it's not doing their reputation any good either.
I ordered a jersey from here and while it shipped and arrived quite fast, they had sent me 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. It turns out customer service is impossible to get ahold of and half of the website is non-functional... particularly the links for starting returns. The info is all there, they are very clear about how to return it, but none of the links are functional to start the return. Customer service constantly says that "We're available to help 24/7!... but not right now. Check back later!" I've been checking back multiple times a day for two weeks and it's literally never open. I even got desperate and attempted to contact them through Facebook, but still no response. I completely wasted 280 dollars on this website and it's non-existent customer service!
I Bought a BlackHawks hoodie for a friend for Christmas. I spent 23 minutes on hold for them to tell me it was out of stock and they couldn't exchange it. They refunded me $6.00 and hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service.
I ordered a t-shirt for my son on 12/9 on shopnhl.com, plenty of time to get as a xmas present. The t-shirt was shipped on 12/12 and arrived about a week later. The t-shirt was supposed to be a custom NY Rangers Fox t-shirt. It arrived with Fox's name on the back and the Dallas Cowboys logo on the front. I called and explained the situation. They said they would fix the shirt and then send it out again. I had to insist it be sent Express shipping so that it would make it by Christmas. This was around the 18th or 19th. Today is 12/28 and the shirt still has not arrived.
This is why I only order from Amazon. Unfortunately I had to order elsewhere to get what I wanted in time for Christmas. Yeah, that still didn't happen. The NHL needs to find another company to do their team apparel because this one couldn't be any worse. I also got gifted items from here that are all too small and appear to be very cheap quality. All of it is way too expensive! Whatever happened to the bigger brands like Reebok, Nike, Majestic, Starter, '47, etc? This brand sucks!
Purchased a hat that was too large. It costs me 9.99 to return a brand new hat. Never buy here again.

Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
