I ordered 3 mask with the new Seattle team logo for my parents on Sept/9 figured i was going to be in Seattle to visit at the end of Oct and they would have them, then i got the email from them stating it would be shipped on NOV 9th. Wth over a month away really. Thats not even the worst thing i went on the Site got the phone number to ask them why it would take so long and could not get ahold of anyone so i went on to live chat. Lol yea NO live chat and had to put my order number and info in then a screen pops up and says your shipment will be shipped on NOV/29th. Over 2 months. Really. So now i just hope the quality is okay. Never will buy anything from this place again. Hope this helps someone to know what to expect.
Been over a month and never received my order. Paid a lot of money, and nothing. I don't even know where my package is to go and get it. So I can return it cause now, it's worthless to me.
Ordered a custom jersey, said it would arrive on a certain day. The tracking was updated throughout the whole journey down to NZ, and then just stopped one day even after it had allegedly arrived in my city. Contacted them and was told the jersey was lost in transit and that they would reship it. Did some more digging and found out they actually never sent it, it never left the USA and the tracking wasn't even real or accurate. When I asked one of their agents how this was possible, the only answer I got was "no idea". Have now cancelled my order and requested a refund, hopefully I actually get it.
This has been the utmost worst experiece I have ever had at a well known shop. We have been waiting since June for our Parcel to arrive and everytime I email their pathetic shop it is as if the store does not read my emails, as they respond but never address the questions I had. I do not know if they are reading someone else's query and then answering me but I have to repeat my questions at least 3 times before someone actually helps me and still then they never fully help me with my query. This was the worst service I have ever received and would not advice or recommend anybody to support this shop as you will never receive your product.

Goods never showed up, tracking shows it entered Canada then went back for some reason, Jarome in customer service was very helpful and refunded my money so thanks for that, but don't think I'll order again
For the money I paid I at least expected more professional and nicer packaging. The product came all wrinkled, like it was used and washed, stuffed in a plastic bag and then envelope. The product quality is poor. Will not order again.

Ordered some face masks on August 8th and chose 5-10 day delivery (which costs extra). AFTER I paid the order said I can expect my deliver on October 1st (52 days). I immediately called and cancelled my order. They said they would notify me when to expect my refund, but they didn't tell me a date and hung up.
If you can not offer expedited delivery, do not have it as an option upon checkout.
First of all, they don't ship your order. Or respond to emails. But they do charge your card immediately. When you call them, they play the song "She $#*!ing Hates Me" on repeat. The representatives use racial slurs every time they refer to you, even after being told to stop. When you finally tell them to $#*!ing stop, they hang up on you. After calling you horrible names and playing "She $#*!ing Hates Me."
What I received was NOT at all what I ordered. After waiting for months I was so disappointed. Do not order face masks!
We ordered face masks on 6/24, and of course, couldn't use the discount code for said order, and never have been able to use the discount codes in the past. It is 7/17 and we still haven't received our package. The last known tracking status was on 7/8 when fedex delivered to the USPS. When I go to track the package through the USPS, their site says they haven't received the package. I cannot get a hold of a live person from the post office, and judging by the comments here, it is useless to stay on hold to call nhlshop.
I tried to order a jersey for my mom's birthday. I placed the order the week before and paid an extra $15 for 2-day shipping. I went to check the status of it a few days later and the tracking number was invalid. I was confused so I called their customer service line, where I waited about half an hour until someone answered my call. I asked them if they had an update on my package and they basically said they lost it. To compensate, they'd be sending me a new jersey but it wouldn't get there by the time I needed. In fact, she said she'd refund the $10 for expedited shipping but still charged me for regular shipping. I had that conversation on July 8th and she said they'd reship my order ASAP. Here it is July 16th and still no package.
If you value your money, just buy it on eBay or something.
I ordered some masks from the site on May 5. Today, July 9, I still haven't gotten them. Tracking says they were being sent back. After scouring the website to try and find a phone number (the chat service doesn't work), I finally got someone on the phone after being on hold for about 6 minutes (not terrible so far). When he looks up the order, he asks me to verify the address. He then tells me that it is the wrong address and that Google maps says my zip code is not what I am telling him. Mind you, we have been in business here for > 15 years and we get hundreds of packages from FedEx, UPS and the USPS daily, so I am pretty sure I know my zip code. When I asked to have him send out a new set, he refused and said they can't to that. It will be 10+ days for it to get to them and 5-7 days later to get the refund. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that would be a call back situation and would take at least 48 business hours before that would happen. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!
I bought a cornhole set and one of the beanbags immediately ripped. I called and of course the NHL Shop couldn't just send new bean bags or even a replacement bean bag, but they said they were going to send an email with return instructions for the whole set. I thought "screw that" and ordered new bags on etsy. Two weeks later a new cornhole set shows up without my consent. Just a pathetically dysfunctional and embarrassing company
I ordered my facemasks in early May, and now after tracking, it shows it hasn't even shipped yet, and it's target date is July 28th. Over 2 and a half months later. Come on, guys, seriously?
This will be the last item ever purchased from these guys. Unacceptable.
I ordered a Youth St. Louis Blues (BLUE Primary Team Logo) - Pullover Hoodie on May 1. But when i received my item, logo is correct but it was printed on Yellow Hoodie. Not sure how they can mistake BLUE from YELLOW, not even a colour option of Material when ordering, so I called them on May 11/2020 and they said they will resend another one with right colour as per website information and ship as 2 day delivery, well it took them 3 days to process and did a follow up call but customer services but no help, well its now May 20/2020 and still waiting,
Purchased a NHL license plate holder and on checking out, found out that they had charged me an expedited shipping rate of $13.99. Regular shipping charge for this item is $4.99. This was at 5:00 PM. The next morning I called to see if I could change the shipping preference or cancel the order. I was told that the order had already shipped. I filed a claim with PayPal. I called a few days later to complain and spoke to a customer service representative to see what they could do. They told me that they would credit me back the $9.00 difference. This morning I received an robo email saying that my refund was waiting for me in the way of a credit that I could use on another purchase! You've got to be kidding me. Done with these clowns.
Item sizing completely different to measurements on site.
No answer to phone calls - "automated" returns online not working - took three emails to get a generic and incorrect response.
Finally able to return and refusal to cover return postage despite fault with their measurements.

Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
