This website has been a resounding shipwreck since Fanatics took over the management of it. They eliminated quality control and minimized / eliminated customer service. I will not allow them to take my money just to frustrate me with delayed shipping and then their refusal to have someone address my concerns. Good riddance deadheads. I am going to enjoy ignoring you. I ordered on Nov 14 and was promised 14 day delivery. After I checked my account the jersey was slated to arrive Feb 2021. Cripes!

Save your money! The quality is horrible (cheap fabric & screening), plus had glue all over 1 of the sweaters. Grossly over priced for inferior products. Do not use this site!

Long story short, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from NHLshop.com or Fanatics as they are the worst to deal with when you need them. I purchased a 16x20" Anaheim Ducks frame from them back in May and it came in great condition just way bigger than desired, as I did not realize that was not the item's actual size but the photo size - the inner part of frame. After ordering a smaller one and initiating a return on the larger one, an email was sent saying my label fee had been taken care of, to simply print and attach the label to my box and drop it off with USPS -- well, there was no label attachment or link in the email. So the next opportunity I had I called and they said they were looking into it and he made a note in my "file." Months later and several live chats, emails back-and-forth, I am still waiting on this damn return label. After working on the progress of things today, I found out apparently there is two! Emails sent out and she made a note in my "file" that I was not receiving the other email and I will be given a call back 1-3 business days where I am supposed to give them a tracking number for such notes. You see, the first email saying to simply print and attach my label to the box is not the email that contains such label -- there are two... Why? -- do you ask. Great Question! To make things more complicated, I guess. I just do not understand why it is so difficult to resend this email? Or make it accessible from my online account. I am able to view the order history, everything else -- just no, "hey print your return label *here* so we can get our freaking item back!" My point is: It is way too difficult as a consumer to use their services, so, think 50 times before you engage to do so. Touche

I ordered a jersey for my son on 11/27 with 2 day shipping and received an email it would arrive on 12/15. Under the circumstances I understand not getting 2 day shipping. On 12/15 I called to check on the order because it did not show up and they told me it would be shipping 1/8/2021! So much for a Christmas gift, but why did I have to call to find this out? No email updates. No time to get another jersey by Christmas. Customer service was horrible in handling this and blamed it on the warehouse.

Purchased a Women's Fanatics Branded White Toronto St. Pats Premier Breakaway - Jersey DECEMBER 1st for $77 all in:
Dec 1 - email confirmation of order, expected delivery date DEC 10
Dec 2 - email advising they were waiting on a shipment update, offer to cancel my order
Dec 4 - Same email, awaiting shipment update, offer to cancel my order
Dec 6 - Shipping confirmation, tracking number provided, expected delivery date DEC 10
Tracking my order through the Landmark Tracking provided tells me the item was 'Grouped at Landmark facility' in Mississauga to be handed off to Canada Post Dec 8th. Canada Post is unable to provide any information as it has NEVER been scanned into their system.
Dec 15 - Used LiveChat to ask a rep where my order is and this is what gets me, The rep gives me two options: to cancel and refund my order or reship the lost item- Oh wait, they don't have any more of this jersey so you know what they want to do? Cancel my order and offer me a 30% off coupon to buy it again when the entire site is 65% off in a regular basis?
Here's my theory: IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED. THEY 'CREATED A LABEL' WHEN THEY REALIZED I WASN'T GOING TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND NOW THEY'RE GOING TO CANCEL IT ON ME.
I will be finding everywhere I can post this review to make sure people support other businesses.
I hope you like the sex, cuz NHL LIKES TO SCREW YOU.

I placed an order on Nov 30 - it is still has the same status as the day I placed the order; they are quick to process your credit card for the payment - but lack in getting your products to you. Placed a couple of calls to customer service. They state they are looking into it! No progress. This is the last time I will order from NHLSHOP.

I ordered a gift for Christmas from this site. And after a few days I didn't receive anything that said it shipped. So I emailed and asked... twice and both times I got an automated message saying it hadn't shipped yet... so I call today and it's French? Like how does that make sense. I got though to someone who told me it was out of stock... and why was that never relayed to me? Scam!

Ok here's the LONG story...
I purchased a jersey online via nhlshop.ca The Canadian default for some reason is FRENCH so make sure you adjust the language options.
I found my item ON SALE with the deductions already off but on checkout the item was full price. Refresh often. It fixed itself.
After about a week I got an email saying that they couldn't FIND my item anywhere. Like nothing and that WHEN they find it they'll send me another email... yes Christmas is coming.
So in their email they ask me if I wanted to cancel my order to click a link... this is where the nightmare begins.
So you click on MODIFY/CANCEL the order and get another link that takes you to modify something but zero option to cancel.
Then you have options to click that have no links associated with it. You have options to chat to a LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON 24/7 which is a Bot that can't find your order and at no time can you cancel.
Then you call the customer service desk...
After the mess of actually getting to speak to a person they put you on hold immediately.
After saying "hello" a few times a person comes on saying they're having difficulty finding your order however they've not even asked me for my order number.
Once you remind them of your number they put you on hold again.
After 12 more minutes of silence you say "hello" and they say they will "put in a ticket' to cancel your order.
What does that mean? It means that it will take 3-7 days to get to the ticket to cancel.
Once that is done I will receive an email saying my order will be cancelled in 3-7 days.
Then the "processing" will take an additional 3-7 days to get my $200+ dollars back from them.
So a maximum of two weeks to get my money back!

Jersey junk

So mid November I order a personalized jersey for my son in law. I requested the number 42. The back of the jersey is 42 but on both sleeves the put 24. Really? You had one job. And when you call to find out if you can get the item replaced and do it correctly they just conveniently happened to be out of stock.

Wrong jersey

This has been a very frustrating process. I ordered a Senators jersey, black, and I received an orange one. Everyone makes mistakes so even though I was disappointed, I was not annoyed. What is frustrating though, is the customer service. I have looked on how to proceed with an exchange and I first have to give my email address. Makes sense, not a problem, except that the site does not recognize my address and therefore, I must have entered the wrong one. If I've entered the wrong one, then why did I receive 2 emails from you about order conformation and a shipment conformation. Now I'm wondering if I will be stuck with this jersey, which is a gift. Super disappointed and annoyed! I ordered on the Canadian site and when I tried to proceed with a return, it automatically sent me to the American site, which might explain why it doesn't recognize my email!?! Not sure, either way the customer service is left to be desired!

HORRIBLE quality hoodie

I paid $84.99 for a hoodie - the screen printing is already peeling off & there are loose threads in several spots. They sent another cheap replacement and I had to drive across the city to a FedEx depot to ship back the original. I will NEVER shop at NHLshop again.

Just buy a knockoff - it's the same quality.

Kids Sizes

Alright... I know they usually have discounts but I prefer the fitting of the L/XL kid's size. But as a rangers fan the only jersey's they have are the no player one, Lundqvist(traded), Kakko, and believe or not the new rookie. THEY ADD THE NEW ROOKIE before they added Zibenjad and Panarin. This is outrageous, the options are terrible for kid's size. Please fix this, you'll definitely be making more money by adding those options.

Tried to buy a few items and their site has a banner SCREAMING across the top 30% off sitewide. When i tried to buy 3 items, none would give a discount. Called their customer service and told there are exclusions - however, only one out of 30 items are actually on sale 30% off. Absurd bait and switch tactics - there are literally 10 items out of 1,000 (all crap that never sells) for which this "sitewide" sale applies. The person in customer service at first told me the discount will be "reimbursed after payment" but when pressed, took that back completely. Horrifying - they lost a $230 sale and thanks for nothing-total waste of time.

Lies abound, pay extra for expedited delivery, get later if ever. Call center of no value. Standard BS I am sorry we normally do what we say.
No one can or will give a straight answer.
Better off to get anything from someone else.

I got a Dallas Stars jersey for my birthday from my wife and my children and it was two sizes too big because these jerseys are astonishingly bigger than normal sizes. These don't run a size bigger these run 2 to 3 sizes bigger. I'm thinking OK no biggie I'll just exchange it and get the size I need, wrong! If you got the wrong size, which with the way they are sized I would imagine 50% of jerseys orders are the wrong size you're just beat because there is a no exchange policy! That's not even the good part the good part is if you send your jersey back for a refund and then try to purchase a new one with that money you can count on at least 30 days before you receive your New Jersey. They told me on the phone it will be a minimum of 10 days after I shipped it before they will process it and then another 7 to 10 days before it showed up on my bank account, and THEN you can order your new jersey and wait again for shipping which takes six days minimum. Oh and by the way it's a $10 charge for a return shipping label! Whoever manages this place was gone the day they taught customer service and business economics. I can't imagine how much money they lose because people don't wanna deal with this.

I purchased 2 day shipping when all other shipping was free. My items are set to deliver at normal shipping time but they will not refund the $18.95 i paid for 2 day shipping.
