Bought a 38 dollar world series shirt its a FAKE, KNOCK OFF this is fraud and just wrong! When I called they told me it was my problem and wouldn't help. Funny they can get away with selling fake knock offs! The MLB logo isn't even real its so obvious its a FAKE

A TOTAL FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. PLEASE CREATE A COMPLAINT AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I ordered 2 World Series shirts, both said they were delivered, but only received one. The quality is crappy and runs super small. I am returning the one I received.
Would have given the company a minus 5 stars if I could have. I ordered a World Series cap and a Justin Verlander World Series jersey for grandson's birthday and paid for expedited shipping. Received the cap, but not the jersey. I called customer service as there was no shipping info on the order. I was told that they had cancelled the order for the jersey without even an email to me. Just said they were not available. Now I can't find the jersey anywhere to order a replacement. I have never been so dissappointed! Not to mention my grandson. Will never do business with this company again. L. Cross
I ordered a single shirt. After a week I hadn't received any info on my order or tracking number. After I contacted customer service, they told me it would take 2 weeks for them to process and even BEGIN to ship out my order. I could have just driven to the mall 10 minutes down the road to purchase this shirt rather than wait 3 weeks. Will never purchase from again.
They take about 3 weeks to send these things out, and even then can't give you tracking information (because they use some third-party to fulfill the cards), and they screw up the information you want them to print on the carrier piece (like TO: and FROM: and MESSAGE :). . Which wouldn't be so bad, but the only place the value of the card appears is on that carrier... so when you remove it from that (so as not to be embarrassed in front of whomever you're gifting it to), you need to either tell them the amount, or write it on the card in sharpie or whatever. Totally bush league. Never again.
I ordered from here thinking it would be better than standing in lines. I ordered a size that didn't fit me well, so i wanted to return. They charge you a return fee. I only order online almost exclusively and I am never charged for returns. They should do that ahead of time if they're going to. Also, it took 5 days just to ship! And then another 5 to arrive to me. I wouldn't recommend MLB.com.
Ordered a custom t-shirt 10/20 waited a week nothing showed up so I called lost Loss prevention nobody could tell me anything they said they canceled my order after the fourth time calling and then push the purchased through overdrafted my bank so I called and talk to the supervisor and she couldnt do nothing couldnt discount anything couldnt put nothing on my account and told me that she was sorry there was nothing she can do. The place is a $#*! show. I I had to pay the overdraft fee plus the shirt still havent seen it, its been a few weeks, I wish I could give a negative 5 stars
Ordered gear for the World Series on 10/20 - still hasn't arrived. Can't believe these guys are still in business.
I purchased a signed Astros Singer Jersey online. Three days later, the morning after he won the World Series and MVP they sent the below email.
Hello Chris,
Thank you for shopping with us! We wanted to reach out to let you know that the George Springer Autographed Authentic Home Houston Astros Jersey is unable to be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock.
We have refunded your original form of payment, which will post back onto your account under the name FRG*SHOP.MLB.COM within 2-10 business days.
We're truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

I have experience ordering two jerseys from them that say "in stock". Both times they ended up not being in stock and the delivery date promised was not only missed, but they never delivered. When I called t week past the delivery time, they said they were waiting to go through returns so I cancelled. I was two weeks past my order date at that time and paid for 2 day shipping to receive it in time.
If you are a going to be an online retailer you are useless if you can't give accurate projections of inventory & delivery times. MLB.com shop is terrible and known for this by many people. I would spend your money this Christmas with a reputable company or local business.
So disappointed! Ordered $80 worth of stuff to get my free 2 day shipping so my son would have his Altuve jersey for halloween... should of been here on sat... now tracking is saying wednesday! A bunch of crap
I had ordered a George Springer Astros jersey before the World Series had even started. When it arrived it was a Altuve Jersey. Right size wrong jersey. When it arrived the World Series were well underway with the Astros leading so when I called to try and exchange for the correct jersey they told me they were sold out and they couldnt give me any compensation. So disappointing considering the exchange wasnt my fault.
I placed an order with whoever these people are (I'm assuming its 2 people working out of their garage). I paid expedited shipping (guaranteed 2 days) for a world series jersey and when it didn't show up, they told me it would be another 7-10 days before it even ships! The series will be over by then... They don't tell you that if you pay special handling that it goes to the end of the line with all the other orders.
Ordered hat to wear in World Series, I wont be received until end of series. I tried to cancel once I knew but only allowes me to return with a $5+ label fee. Will never order from here again. Give them zero, but cant!
They promise a World Series hat would ship in 2 days guaranteed. It shipped in 5 days and won't arrive until Nov 2 end of day. The series will probably be over.
What a bunch of CRAP!
You'd have to be crazy to shop with MLBshop.com instead of going to the mall. Full retail and lousy customer service... What could go wrong?
A used a promotion and bot something. It turned out wrong. I called to return and was told I'd be credited for the item so I could reorder. They didn't credit the full amount. I was told a supervisor would call... They didn't. Finally 1 week later after yet another attempt, a supervisor did call. And, for my trouble... they wouldn't even honor the original promotion.
I ordered some merchandise to be able to wear to playoff games. Unbeknownst to me, they canceled my order. The way I found out was a credit issued to my credit card. When I asked them about it, they said it must have been available when I ordered but not when they decided to ship it. Had I known, I could have just bought from somewhere else. Now it's too late. We have so many choices of places to buy from--don't waste your time on this poorly run shop.
My sister ordered a shirt, size large, for our father's 83rd birthday. They sent the wrong size, so the problem was their fault. My sister was told they would send out the right size immediately with a return label for the shirt that had been sent. She then got an email that they couldn't do that. She was told to send the medium shirt back first and it would take ten days to get a refund and then she would have to buy a new shirt. They were very unhelpful and gave her the run around. Thanks MLB for ruining what should have been a nice birthday for a lovely father who has been a baseball fan all his life.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
