Way too slow!

Terribly slow shipping. Ordered on October the 3rd, but it wasn't shipped until the 6th. It's not scheduled to be delivered until the 17th! If Amazon can get it here in 2 days, why can't MLB.com do it at least in a week?

Ordered 10/7, they finally shipped on 10/11 and it isn't scheduled to be delivered until 10/20. Super SLOW. I'll go to Amazon next time. They don't ship by Pony Expess.

Slow, slow, slow!

Paid an additional 15% of my total order in shipping cost and a week later I still didn't get my stuff. I just wonder if the item was sent via stage coach. I won't ever buy from this site again.

This company is AWFUL. I ordered 2 shirts with standard shipping and got an automated email a week later saying my order had been cancelled within their system. I called, spent 30 minutes with them to ultimately say their vendor couldn't send one of the shirts and my full order was automatically cancelled and my refund would post within 7 days. Well here we are 3 weeks later and no shirts or refund. Now after another 30 minute call they're saying oops and they're emailing the "refund dept" today. That dept takes 3 days to email back, then they'll send a refund which takes an additional 7 days. Seriously.

Just do yourself a favor, SHOP ELSEWHERE! They're making up the policies as they go along.

Absolutely worst online shopping experience ever. They take your money, never ship your stuff and then give you a runaround when you want a refund. Save yourself some frustration and go to Academy, $#*!'s or your team's store at the stadium if you want MLB gear in a reasonable time frame.

Free shipping. Liars!

I answered a promotion on mlb.com that if I gave them my email address I would get 10% off my next order. The promotion also said free shipping for purchases over $60. I received the promotion in my email and after I selected the two tee shirts I wanted (total cost $70), I was given the 10% off ($7) in my cart. However, after I entered the free shipping code the 10% off disappeared without any notice. I didn't notice that the website reversed the 10% until I got the confirmation email. I called to complain and they said that you only get one promotion. Either free shipping or 10% off. Not both. Well, why then did they tell me throughout that my order was entitled to free shipping. I am a lawyer and am interested in speaking to anyone about the misleading website. Robert Finkel. *******620.

I ordered a personalized baseball jersey from MLBshop.com, and at first it looked okay, but then I realized that all the letters on the back of the jersey were not stitched on, some were just ironed on and some were stitched and ironed on (all the letters should have been ironed on and then stitched). So, the personalization looked stupid because it wasn't done correctly. Plus the team logo on the left sleeve was missing. When I contacted them to fix the problem, at first they said, "no problem" we'll send you a replacement jersey. After no jersey and a series of emails, I get another email stating that I had to take pictures and send them in to them of what was wrong... After I did that then MLBshop.com, stated that they would only issue a refund, which I didn't want, I wanted what I ordered. In short, MLBshop.com would not make good on the product that I purchased and I was quite disappointed. DON'T ORDER FROM MLBSHOP.COM, the quality assurance is very poor, and they really could care less whether or not you get what you ordered, and won't stand by their claim that your satisfaction is their priority.

Sizing Issue

I bought a customized t-shirt, which understandably they say no returns on customized items. But, when I received the item, it was marked as the size I ordered, but much larger that a standard t-shirt of that size would be. I ordered an XL, and this shirt is probably an XXXL. It is cartoonishly large. They did not care at all, and just gave me scripted answers like "We'll be happy to place another order for you". WHAT? I don't want this shirt, much less another one.

Buyer beware

I purchased a set of scrubs with my favorite baseball team logo and the tops and bottoms did not match! I didn't notice the variance in shades until I wore them after I washed them first. MLB basically said too bad. Check your color matching if you order scrubs or don't order from here at all. I will never order from this company for anything.

Bought a LA Dodgers jersey at MLB shop Europe which costed me 92,00 for the item and 7,93 shipping costs. Took a few days before I received it. I never got any notification on how the order is going. I just suddendly got it. Well, at least it's here. But the sleeve was broken and there was a stain on it. I couldn't accept this, and I asked how to send it back. I got my instructions, the day after I got it, I immediately shipped it back, which costed me another 15,00. After a few days it had arrived. As this was my first time sending something back overseas, I didn't exactly know what to expect, so I polightly asked what to do now. The only thing I got back was a quote from the terms without any further text. Oh well, I can live with that. It will probably be allright.
After a few day's I got mail from Paypal that someone (MLB Shop Europe) returned money to my account. I checked it, and it was only the 92,00 rom the jersey. *sigh* So I contacted them again, to tell them that the European law says that they're supposed to pay me the item and also the shipment costs back that I payd them. They told me that it was sent to the finacial department. And again a few days later I got another payment of 7,93. So people, if they also tried to not pay back the shipping costs to you. They're supposed to. But some companies just hope you're stupid, or think that it's to much work to get a full refund. But it's not! They know they're wrong, and they know they're supposed to pay back all the costs.
I even think they have to reimburse the other shipping costs (15,00) because I didn't broke the jersey, they sent me one. But that would be courtesy, and they onbviously don't have that. Eventually I got the full refund. But it's a shame that a company is trying to rip you off first.

I learned a lot from this. I ordered the same jersey now on Ebay from someone else which was even cheaper, and it is also the real one. Never again from MLB shop Europe.

Ordered a shirt for a game in 2 business days. Paid for 1 day shipping. Arrived in 3 business days - after my game. Called to complain and the guy told me his system said it should have been there. Argued for 10 minutes that it didn't arrive. Asked for a manager since he didn't understand it DID NOT arrive - put on hold forever. Will never use this crappy site. PS - the shirt sucked too. Avoid at all costs

I bought two medium T-shirts. They were both too tight. The fabric was thin and flimsy. The screen printing was the type that would degrade in a few wash cycles. The charge shipping to return, so you lose your money twice with shipping charges.
