I ordered my first product, Jose Fernandez jeresy on October 15,2016. I then realized it was the wrong size and ordered another one in the right size and had the idea I would just return my first item and get my money back and keep the right sized one. Today, November 18,2016, I am still waiting for my first shipment! Not only that I ordered the second one in next day guarantee and paid an extra 24$. Neither have them showed up and now I have a really disappointed family member. It says its on its way on both fedex and the site but it should've been here 4 days ago. They lie about arrival and tell you one date and then send you an email with a different date! Stay away from this website at all costs! Unless you enjoy late arrival and them taking your money.

Terrible service
November 17, 2016

I ordered a current Cub player's jersey, it wasn't delivered when promised and when I tried canceling the order, they said they couldn't because it was a custom order. HE IS A CURRENT PLAYER! How exactly is that a custom order? I spoke to a Supervisor named Allen who was absolutely no help and had no idea what he was talking about. I am very disappointed in the customer service and overall MLB shop experience and I will never be ordering from them again. Take your business to Lids lockerroom.

DO NOT ORDER from this site. They say they are in the US and items are in stock but they charge your card and then never ship the order. I had something shipped to my office. We receive FEDX twice a day. When the order didn't arrive in two weeks I called and they told me that FEDX couldn't deliver because the address is invalid but FEDX says the tracking number is fake. I asked for a supervisor so they hung up on me.

I ordered a hat, hoodie, and t-shirt after the Cubs won the series. All showed In-Stock at the time of purchase which was 11/3/16.2 weeks later(11/15/16) finally ONE of the items arrives. I take it out and there is black sharpie writing in a foreign language on the inside of the hoodie(tag says Made in Pakistan but company says Pennsylvania?). Got an email saying the t-shirt has shipped and should be here in 2 days. Still no sign of the hat even being acknowledged with my order other than the charge and receipt.
The quality of the hoodie was horrible, had no stretch to the material whatsoever like a normal hoodie would(is there even cotton in these?). I am nervous to see what the 2 other items look like. Put a review up on mlbshop.com but I doubt they'll post it.

Ok if anyone can help me i would be forever in your debt.OK so I orders a jersey I've been looking for on the 4th of Nov, cubs won yay! So I found my baez jersey. After giving my credit card info and trying to go through PayPal wich wouldn't work btw I went through with it and accidently clicked off page for my confirmation number.So I figuredon't I would just call or email them... well idk how everyone on here is contacting customer support or emailing because the number on site is out of order and the email gives me an error! Anyone k own what the hell I can do?

I ordered online on 11/3, paid $24.95 for "second business day shipping", they neither shipped the product on the second business day nor shipped it second business day FedEx. I tried to contact customer support, TWICE, and received no response. Shame on Major League Baseball for associating themselves with this shady business. Next time, Amazon.

STAY AWAY FROM MLB SHOP!

The worst online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 item that- at the time of ordering- was "in stock", that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. And if that's not bad enough 4 days ago they sent me an email to tell me that one of the items is no longer in stock, so I called customer service and cancelled that item. I was told it would take from 24 to 48 hours for the refund to be made. Well it's now been 96 hours and my bank card still has not been credited. In short, after spending over $100.00 3 weeks ago I have nothing to show for it other that excuses. I've emailed their cust. Srvc. Dept 3 times in 3 weeks and not a single reply. I had to call to get a response. 3 weeks - No item and 4 - days No Credit for cancellation. STAY AWAY if you value your time and money.

This is the second email I sent.
I'm so disgusted with your shop and your customer service. Ordered on Oct 20. Order confirmation says it will ship no later than Oct 28. First of all, it is a shame it will take that long to ship. This alone makes it doubtful I will ever shop your website again. On Oct 31 it still had not shipped. I sent an email inquiry on 10/31. I received a canned reply that told me nothing. This morning, Nov 1, I received an email that my order is "on it's way." Nope. Checking FedEx is says "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." I know what that means. Your distribution center printed a label. There has been no movement. If you cared even a little about customers this would ship overnight, or 2nd day at the least. It would be great if a real person read this and sent me a real reply. But I don't expect much. You've already shown I should not.

Pathetic! After paying $25 for "Next Business Day" delivery, my order had not yet shipped the next business day. After arguing with the clerk who said "one day processing is clearly noted on the site" (bullsh*t), I canceled. Why offer expedited service if you can't execute? Pathetic!

I ordered three items on a Monday and purchased two day shipping. All the items were shipped separately. I received one item in 3 days, the next 7 days later and the third still has not shipped. Customer service returned my shipping fee after calling 3 different times. They were extremely unhelpful and unable to explain any reason at all for the shipping errors. I will never use this site again or refer it to anyone else.

Ordered shirt on 9/26 - as of today 10/24 no shirt. I called about 2 weeks ago and rep made up excuses for why it never shipped and said she would send it overnight delivery. It never came. After reading the horrible reviews I just called and after being hung up on once - and then sitting on hold for 20 minutes - I cancelled my order. I am going to cross my fingers that the refund they assured me was coming actually shows up. How does MLB allow their name to be associated with this terrible service? I suggest that others review mlbshop on BBB.org as well.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST
October 20, 2016

I ordered 2 shirts on September 15th - one of the shirts arrived within a week, the other remained in limbo. I had to follow up with MLB and it took them until October 12th to reship and there it remains, sitting in a warehouse in Cheektowaga, where according to MLB it HAS to sit for 21 days. That is complete and total lie - if that was the case how did my other shirt get delivered in a week? I have sent constant emails only to get responses where they resend me a tracking # I already have, or a useless $10 credit which I will never use as there is no way on this planet I would ever use this terrible terrible terrible terrible site ever again. I hate this company.

Just like the other reviews I have not had a great experience with this company. I ordered 2-tshirts on 9/24/16 and they have yet to ship. My email order confirmation said they would ship on or before 9/30/16. We'll its 10/11/16 and the order is still in "new" status. They are blaming this delay on a system issue and that my order has been sent to the warehouse to process. Of course they have been saying this since 10/3/16 and cannot provide an expected ship date. They have refunded part of my cost for the extended delay (waiting to see if that really happens or not). They have even given me promo credit to buy something else which I most likely won't use and isn't showing up on my account anyway. If MLB does have any affiliation with this company they need to drop them and make them drop the MLB from their name and change it to SHOP AND YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET IT IN THE FUTURE.COM

Where's my order?

Terrible system they have here. Ordered one T shirt, on 10/1, selected standard five-day shipping, and am now writing this on the 8th with no sign of a package.

The "Track My Order" option is just as useless as this site, as it has my shirt's status currently on "NEW", making me believe that a.) I won't be getting this package anytime soon, and b.) it hasn't even been shipped yet! What a disaster. I sent an email asking for an explanation, but I imagine that will go unanswered as well.

An average order takes weeks to receive but they always charge in full upon placing the order. My latest order of $400 was charged on 9/15/16, but didn't ship for two weeks and it is now October and still hasn't arrived. MLB get rid of fanatics. They are a fraudulent company that charges in advance and takes forever to ship and over half the time, my order has been completely wrong. Yuck!

Absolute nonsense

Not only did they allow me to order a custom shirt, charge my credit card and "process my order" but days later when I went on their site to see my order status (they never send emails) I saw that my order was "REFUNDED"! What?

You see, it turns out I ordered a custom shirt from a "retired player" and that player does not allow custom shirts. They why allow me to order it and take my@#$ money?

I called them and they explained. They said an email would arrive about my concerns. Never happened. Total failure. Will never order anything again.

It's a joke

I recently ordered a jersey and after 7 days (3-7 days for standard shipping) the jersey had not been delivered so I emailed the mlb shop support and they said the jersey wouldn't be shipped in UNTIL JULY 22 AND I ORDERED IT JULY 5 COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME find someway else to buy your favorite team's apparel because this is a joke

Horrible service!

First of all I placed my order on 06/04/16 and showed it would ship to me on 06/11/16, then it doesn't even get here. I was told by customer service there is nothing they can do that I have to wait for them to revive the item again then they would refund me the money which can take from 7 - 10 business days and then reorder the product... I just want my freaking Texas Rangers Cell phone case!? Very upset and the customer service/shipping is awful

Sells Fakes

Majestic jerseys are made in the USA, but the tag says "Made in China." You are better off going the Majestic website than there. Do not get burned by the fakes.
