I placed my order on Dec 16 2016 i never got an email on shipping. Usually right aftet you placed an order online they would send you an email confirmation. But i never did so it was my mistake not to check reviews online i was in for a surprise.my total was $49.99 for a jersey but they charge my bank $53.29 that was strange so i send them an email no response and today is Dec, 19,2016 still waitting.

FIrst, when you crushed my daughter on my Birthay, I let it go. I received my Cubs t-shirt a week late. Now, I ordered a package Dec. 12, and package isn't delivered get until Dec. 27th. Why would we want it before Christmas?

Why does your order confirmation read FedEx, then when I call FedEx, they say you use the cheapest method possible to ship through USPS?

Your web banners on free shipping are deceptive. Managers do not help customers.

My order is missing my gift exchange. Thank you!

mlb.com is a scam

Do not buy from MLB Online Shop. MLB.com is a scam. They take your money when you think you are making a purchase, charge excessive postage costs then do not send/deliver the purchase.

They do not respond to email and deliberately make it difficult to claim a refund.

Buyer beware.

NEVER buy from mlbshop

This place has to be the worlds worst online shopping place i have ever ordered from. And i will NEVER EVER order from them again. Placed a order on 11/3 told i would get order by 11/17. Took until 12/3 to get it. Then they tell me they are going to refund me 50.00(my order was way way more then that) for me waiting so long for my order. Told me i would have the 50.00 in 2-10 biz days. After the 10th biz day i didnt have it. I sent them a email saying that. I get a reply saying that they just put in in on there end on the 11th biz day. So i have to wait yet another 2-10 biz days. HELL will freeze over before i EVER EVER order from them again.

I placed an online order on 11/03/2016 and wanted to modify one item on it so I called customer service. I was told I could not modify it but could cancel it and reorder so that's what I did. Several weeks later, I started receiving items from the order I had cancelled. I checked my credit card and realized my credit card was only refunded a portion of what was originally billed. I called customer service to find out why I was receiving items I had cancelled and questioned why I was only refunded a portion of what I had paid. I was told I could not cancel the order as it had already been processed the day I ordered it. Needless to say, all of the items I ordered were "preorder Chicago Cubs items." I told them I called and cancelled. I was told there was a mix up with their system and that I would be refunded however all items on my cancelled order would still be shipped to me so I needed to return them as they arrived. So it been a month later and I am still slowly getting items I had cancelled and still have not received a full refund. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Thankfully I have kept track of all phone calls and tracking numbers. Please use my horrible experience as an example and don't order from them!

Don't bother. I ordered a jersey 11/4. It's now 12/12. Still hasn't processed or shipped. They gave me credit when I complained. I'm NEVER $#*!ING EVER using them again, so that's worthless. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered two NY Mets Jerseys for my two sons in November as Christmas presents. When I did not hear from them I called to inquiry about the status. On December 11, mere weeks from Christmas I was informed that one size was out of stock and the order was cancelled and the second jersey will ship "by January 2". I received no notification of this prior to my call and now have to scramble for Christmas. Never again am I buying from this site.

I ordered a cubs apple watch band November 11th, 2016 and still have not received it. I have called and called and have just been on hold for over an hour each time. I still have no idea where my package is. They also stated that they shipped my package through UPS, but eventually I found out it was shipped through FedEx. Never EVER order from this website. Unorganized and obviously just a huge scam.

Don't ever order from the site! You place your order, they take your money, but you never receive your item! You wait and you wait for your item and you never get it. You call customer service and they tell you that your item is no longer available. But they still took your money! You talk to a supervisor and the supervisor says they don't know when they will have your item. They don't notify you to tell you they are out of stock but they take your money anyway! It's very sad when you think you found a good site to get your fan a great item only to be disappointed you were so wrong!

Ordered 4 jerseys, all cost over $134. The Cubs logo is plastic, not fabric. The stitching on the logo is fake. One jersey came with a very obvious fabric defect that is very noticeable in the front. None of these jerseys are "authentic" as described on the website. They are cheaply made and very poor imitations. The communication with this company is appalling! I wouldn't even attempt to return this merchandise because I would seriously doubt I would ever get my money back. I certainly wouldn't get any better jerseys, either. What a scam! Shame on the MLB for having this "store" as part of your website. Baseball fans deserve so much better!

I ordered the hat on the fifth of November and it said it was a pre-order and It is shipping no later than the 29th how is it out of stock if I pre-ordered it on the fifth? How is this possible and... you don't tell me about it? I have to email you ten times and call? That is how I found out lol so... I ordered the same hat from the wonderful people at LIDS and my hat will be there in 2 days lol go fig.

My order was placed on the 3rd of November never got a tracking number. Changed the delivery date like 3 times i don't wanna say nothing else Just don't buy from this website & online store, don't send a gift to nobody from here, make you look bad. They are are the worst of the worst.

I placed an order that mlbshop.com said would be shipped by 11/16. It did not. I contacted their customer service and they changed the shipping location to the address where I would be for Thanksgiving. I was informed they my items would arrive during my stay away from home. That was reasonable, so I went for it. 1 of the 2 items made it, but not both. So now the 2nd item is at the vacation location and I am back at home. If I was not informed by mlbshop.com that I would receive both items while at the vacation location, I would not have changed the location and just dealt with their poor delivery service. Now a family member is having to pay to ship the 2nd item from the vacation location to my home. That is crappy customer service and an indication to NEVER order from mlbshop.com again. Fortunately for us paying customers, there are numerous other websites that treat customers with respect and are worthy of dealing with (e.g. wrigleyvillesports.com). Stay away from mlbshop.com.

Aweful customer service!

Never shop at MLB.com. It was the WORST customer service I have ever recieved. We recievd a giftcard that would not work on our online order. 2 hrs later on the phone, the issue never got resolved. They REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor because they were "busy" or "not in right now."

I had ordered a CUBS world series WINNING adjustable hat like many right after their unprecedented 108 yrs. Draught. This came nearly right away. However, when I had ordered a neat looking Nike golf polo Cubs '16 world champions at the same date, this was an entirely different story. Waited and waited, two weeks to be precise. I had sent several e-mails with no responses at all. Where, when will this polo get shipped out?! Hello?! Item had shown in stock. Finally had made a phone called and cancelled the order. They didn't care that my brother wouldn't get his birthday gift, on time or at all. Pfff... Don't bother with this unprofessional MLB shop crap. So disappointing and worse yet, another example of poor American customer services.

I ordered a cubs World Series sweatshirt moments after the win. The shop by date was the 16th. Waited several days with no shipment before I emailed asking about it. Got an auto response telling me how to check my order status even though my email made it clear I had checked the status to determine it was not shipped. I responded to that and received the notification a day later that the item is no longer available. Totally ridiculous that they can't track their own inventory or even let customers know they've screwed up in a reasonable time frame.
Oh well. Found a cooler shirt and a better deal on Amazon.

I cannot get anyone to answer why my shirt has not shipped. I just stopped getting updates on my order. I ordered November 3rd. It is now the 22nd and nothing. Last communication I received said I would have my order shipped now later then 11-16. Nothing. I am super annoyed. Don't order from them EVER!

Unfortunately I'm reading the reviews after waiting for my hat for over 2 weeks! Can't get through on the phone, even if you say you want to order something. Been on hold for over 20 minutes and still waiting. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable outfit.

Not worth One star.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I placed my order. I ordered Cubs World Series T-Shirts on Nov 3rd. Now it is Nov 20th. Still waiting on items to ship! This is site is a joke. Never order MLB Shop if you want to get your items anytime soon!
