I ordered a pair of women running gloves online about one week ago and it's still in transit in the FedEx truck. Or so they say. So, I chatted with an incompetent agent today Saturday 10/31/20. As an educated person and customer, I am quite sure I know how to read a FedEx website. Our conversation wasn't productive at all. I simply would like to know where are my running gloves? Here is the end of our chat today. :) :) :)

I sent Lululemon an email tonight to inquire about my order since it was supposed to be delivered to my place today. If they play the arrogant game, I have news for them. I will contact as many organizations as I can and I will get my money back. This company shouldn't be in business. Unfortunately for Luluorange, I know numerous people in the community and I'll communicate my discontent and dislike with them. Apology for being blunt dear Lululemon, but you have just lost one potential customer and many more...

I have found my daughter countless pairs of these and they all have holes in them after very little time. It's an overpriced product of poor quality. On top of that you have to deal with their staff who are arrogant and have attitudes which has escalated with this covid-19 thing as some little brat came up to me to tell me that my mask wasn't done properly and that I had to fix it or get out of the store! This was all set in one sentence. At no point in time does it say under any bylaws that they have the right to do this. I was told this is the company-wide policy so instead of being hired to serve the customers they are being hired to dominate, harass, and police the customers who come into the store with no apologies. Do not shop here

As much as I love wearing Lululemon clothing it hurts to say how awful the customer service is, a pair of my pants I sent to get hemmed has randomly went missing and after two weeks I have yet to receive them. Customer service was absolutely no help what so ever along with the employees in store. I can say I won't be shopping there again.
Love their products. Was excited find something I like and looking forward for their weeks long shipping, worst is after few days received their cancellation email, yet happened on me few times, why you take my order & charges my card if you run out the stock?
This company cant even get your first order right then they try to give you 25 bux to smooth it over. Get bent I will go with Nordstrom as they actually get your goods to you correctly and on time.
My first and last time ordering there after my purchase. I had ordered the wrong size and immediately tried to cancel the order. Well after being disconnected 3 different times it was out of the time frame to even cancel the order. They couldn't do anything for me and said they would try another way to get the ordered canceled. Almost 2 hours of getting nowhere, a week later the return STILL didn't work and I had to sit for another 40+ minutes to get another girl telling me it didn't work and I needed to print out a form and try a return AGAIN and wait up to 10 days to receive the return after they receive it back in a few days. NEVER AGAIN
It's time to say goodbye to Lululemon, let me count the reasons...
-poor response on-line customer service
-boring inventory and colors
-poor in-store customer service (not always)
-challenging to get a return label
-lack of inventory
-say items are in stock when they are not
-store staff buys up all the smaller sizes
-the sizing is flat out ridiculous
-the quality is declining

I purchased 350 dollars worth of merchandise on June 16,2020. I had to return everything because they were too small. They received merchandise July 3 and it is now Sept 2 and I have not received my refund. They told me in August it takes 6 weeks it has now been 12 and I cannot get a human on the phone to speak with regarding this issue. I would never recommend and will never buy from them again.

I purchased visor from the Lululemon on July 19th and returned July 24th. The return processing was too delay so I had to contact the lululemon customer service several times but it was useless info from the customer service. On August 24th, about a month later, I checked USPS tracking again and it was delivered on August 11th but they didn't refund my money yet. So I contacted the customer service AGAIN and requested my money back and they told me that I have to wait again about 3-5 days due to refund processing. Unbelievable! They already received a returned item about 13 days ago but they didn't even know until the customer contact them! I have ever, never had this kind of experience with any companies in my life.
I have called customer service multiple times and have spent hours on the phone on hold.
I had a terrible experience with a " curbside" pick-up order during COVID-19.
After speaking with customer service I was promised a $50 gift card as a customer satisfaction gift in July, 2020.
One month later, no gift card via my e mail.
I have still NOT received it. Horrible!

They failed to put a pair of shorts in my order and tell me that it takes 15-20 business days to either replace or refund. A whole month! They proceeded to tell me that I can buy them again in the meantime. Ridiculous. Then I try to leave a review on their website, and they say they won't post it because it isn't about the fit. Terrible service.
I have been very satisfied with Lulu Lemon products- various style yoga long tights, cropped tights, headbands.
I wear these products often, they last a long time and are excellent value for money.
Three years ago, a friend, another fan of LuLu Lemon products, told me to buy a high - necked LuLu Lemon one piece bathing suit.
Styling is great. Charcoal Grey colour is flattering and a nice change from all the black I already have.
I only swim about 2-4 times per year. I have worn this bathing about 10 times in the last 3 years.
The quality of the material looks brand new. Unfortunately, the zipper jams and I can no longer zip

I received assistance with a return from a very helpful customer service representative named Miranda. Despite my super unique issue / situation that required her to do a lot of digging, she was super patient and had a really positive & upbeat attitude throughout the entire process. Handling customers' problems is not an easy job (especially in these crazy times), so I sincerely appreciated Miranda's patience and positivity.
I got my daughter a pair of leggings for her birthday in March. She wore them we let them air dry and we noticed that they are falling apart at the seems in two weeks. We have reached out to so many reps and that's all we hear is be patient the pandemic is causing these delays. I am still waiting for a gift card which I want my money back but they won't so I have waiting 3 months for a gift card and I email them once a week and they keep telling me to be patient I have been patiently waiting for my gift card which I deserve to get my money back I don't want to order from this company again. Customer service is terrible.
I returned my Metal Vent SS on Sunday the 21st of June because there was defect. They didn't have the Replacement in stock but they shipped it to my home in 2 days.

I was very happy with the efforts of the sales staff.
I bought a sports hat and it came today but looked awful on me. It's impossible to do a return thru the website! I could not bring my order up! I waited an hour for a response on live chat but none came. And i tried to call but didn't get thru to a living person! I am frustrated and don't ever want to buy anything from your website again!
Last week, I ordered two flare leggings (black) and sports bra from the Company. I received one pair of leggings and the sports bra but not the 2nd pair. The packing slip indicated that 2 pairs were sent. Knowing this was not the case, I immediately contacted the Company. Waited on hold for hours only to be disconnected. Finally I decided to send an email. In response to my email, I was told the Company would need 15-20 business days to "investigate" my issue. Basically, I was being called a liar. I advised this was unacceptable, to which I received the same response. The leggings are not cheap. Now I am out $100 for the leggings and have to wait for a month while the Company "investigates". If the investigation is anything like the Company's records and service thus far, I am screwed. Whatever you do, stay away from them until they get it together - customer service is abysmal and they don't care if you pay for something you don't receive. The company doesn't care about its customers - this is how they treat customers during a pandemic, my goodness - stay away.
I have repeatedly sent e-mails and waited on hold for customer service representatives re: return of define jacket that was too small. Continuously given dates of when refund will be processed and it never happens. Today I received another response to last nights e-mail telling me I need to wait another 15-20 days for processing (jacket received in their warehouse more than a month ago). After that time another couple weeks before card will be received. I am not asking for cash just a credit to purchase the correct size of jacket I received for Mothers Day. I have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing nearly a dozen pair of leggings as well as numerous tanks, tees and jackets. Lulu Lemon is extremely efficient in collecting money, but their customer service (GEC) is pathetic and reprehensible.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
