My experience is the final sale items highly likely to be defect, so don't buy.
Lululemon just assuming all negative reviews are bad customer that want to return the used item. I would like to hear others experience before making a purchase of sale items. If I know sale=final sale= defect or used. I will think about it.
The final sale items are likely having tag pinned on the cloth, which means you never qualify for a return if something wrong with the item because they need to confirm the tag is still on, which never on when it arrived. And they make you feel like you are a bad customer just want to get returns after using the items.
My experience is I got a jacket with a hair sewed in the cuff by manufacturers that I can not take it out myself. Plus it's kinda disgusting to do so. Another it's a used jacket that smell like Tide. The second one I just put in washer. The first one it's in trash now...
Attached their emails for not approving my reviews and assuming I want a return and tell me need tag on to qualify. And also attached the hair in cuff that I took when I notice.
Everything is fine until you need customer service. When you do, it feels like you are dealing with a scam company. For a company this size I would expect to deal with customers in a better way. The "educators" are confused, getting different answer from each, my credit card was charged, then reimbursed, then charged again with different amount... Not possible to cancel orders. Absolutely disgraceful! And the worst part is that it is not the first time.
I ordered 2 things from lulu lemon on 2/15. One of the items came 2/19. And then second item is yet to come. I got in contact with someone from lulu lemon, they said they lost that item. They also said it would take 4 days to "track down". After a few days went by (i'm already upset as this is supposed to be a birthday present for 3/10) I finally got an email by saying I had one of 2 options. Either a refund or to reorder the item. It has almost been a month, I was furious as those were my only two options. I asked for both a refund AND the item and they simply just refunded me the money and acted like I didn't request both. So thank you lulu lemon!
I went into a store tonight (March 3,2021) and wanted to try on some items. I was allowed 6 items in the dressing room. As I am trying on my items, I have tried on 2 of them at this point the sales lady tells me I have 2 minutes left and I have to leave my dressing room. When I asked her why, she mentioned its store policy that each person only has 7 minutes in the dressing rooms. Firstly I am appalled at this policy and the fact it was not mentioned prior to entering the changerooms. Secondly I was asked to leave! I did not get to try on my items (6 items in 7 minutes, that's just over a minute per item) and had to leave. I was also told your store policy is no returns. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I had to leave the store before I got to try on my items and did not purchase anything. I have never been more disappointed. I have been in the fitness industry for sometime, I have purchased lulu lemons before and have loved the products. I was very excited after hitting my goal weight to come into your store and purchase some new items for my wardrobe. I am so appalled and disappointed with your company's policy that I question if I want to even support your company or even go into another location and have another horrible experience like this. Your mission statement is "to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness" well your customer service is mediocre at best. I am so disappointed and unhappy, you need to change your policies before I would consider purchasing from your company again.
I have been nothing but disappointing in this company. They are absolutely over priced. I have only owned products from lululemon for a little over a year. I got my first pair of leggings for Christmas of 2019. I had to return them after two weeks because there was a hole in the pocket and the seams were torn. I got another pair about a month later (because of procrastination) with no issues because of their "quality promise." However, a little less than a year into wearing the ones I exchanged, there is a needle size hole in the front of my left leg. I was told me they wouldn't help nor exchange because it did not fit under their "quality promise." I absolutely refuse to waste another $100 plus on a pair of cheap leggings and bad customer service. I have a pair of sams club leggings that I've owned for over two years with no cosmetic issues that I paid under $20 for. Save your money for better quality. Lululemon
I received a pair of align lululemon pants for Christmas. Truly soft and comfy. I wore them maybe 5 times to work out, then one day while pulling them on my thumb went through the material. Sadly unimpressed with the quality and the team at lululemon said nothing they could do it wasnt a quality issue. Really? After a handful of wears putting a hole in 100 dollar leggings while doing nothing more than pulling them on is NOT a quality issue?
Customer service representative was extremely dismissive when we chatted online. Made no effort to help and did not seem like he intended to. I was surprised as many brands similar to lululemon that I buy athletic wear from (Gymshark, AloYoga) are much more polite and helpful.
Purchased a shirt and after a few wears it manufactured holes. The r wry RUDE manager told me that they do not sell faulty products? Really! Read the reviews on line for the shirt that I purchased and many complaints. I asked for the shirt to be replaced and I was told that - it is not their policy. Really - did I give lululemon faulty money! I will NEVER shoo at the Eaton shopping center in orange Ohio again. TERRIBLE, have never been treated by a retail establishment that poorly. Spent hours and hours on hold, for them to answer and hung up on me without solving my problem! HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away, it will avoid headaches.
This was my first attempt ordering online from Lululemon. And what do I get? The raincoat I ordered with a security code still attached!
Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare with sms redirect, hour plus wait etc etc.

This is the second time the pin has scratched off a gift card from Lululemon when I attempted to reveal it. This does not happen to me with other gift cards. If that isn't frustrating enough... this is the second day that I called about the current issue and I am told that they have cut off the queue for service and I should call back another day. I also left a message in chat that no one responded back to me about.
They only cares about the money. They don't give a sxxx about the product quality or whether you're satisfied with the product as long as you already paid. The customer service line treated you like annoying animals. All their professional advice for your concerns/issues is to push you to text bot or emails that you're never able to find any useful information. No need to waste your money on their expensive yoga pants. Totally not worth it.
I spent a lot on the Namastay mat because I wanted to make sure that I didn't have to buy a new one for years. What happened instead: at the beginning the mat was very slippery on the top, no grip during practice. It came with zero instructions as to how to clean it or anything else. After a while the top grip improved but guess what: 6 months in there was ZERO grip on the bottom, i. E. while my hands & feet don't slip, the mat is not gripping the floor AT ALL which makes certain poses impossible if not dangerous. Not buying lululemon again.
I purchased 4 items in November for my daughter to ensure I could get the sizes, styles, and colors she wanted in plenty of time for Christmas. One week later I received one of the four items and received and email that the last three items are being processed. Another week later I received the final items had been processed and shipped and was issued a fedex tracking number. And get a week of not receiving anything I called fedex and they stated even though a teaching number had been issued they as the carrier has still not received a package. I called lululemon and spoke with an "educator" who informed me that they would put a trace on the package and provide me with status within 24hrs. 24hrs later I still had heard nothing. After being patient and waiting 48hrs I called lululemon again and spoke to another educator. They stated they were still tracing the package but not to worry as they ensured me all ordered a before December 20th would arrive in time for Christmas. Today is December 17th and I have now spoke to my third educator who informed me today they can't locate the package and they no longer have the products in stock that I ordered back in November! Seriously! All they could do is refund my money or keep the existing order and they hoped to be able to fill it by the end of January! I have never had such a bad online purchasing experience and felt with such poor customer support! I canceled my order and they said it will take 2 to 4 weeks to refund my money - this ought to be an interesting experience! And the educator said I hope you have a great Christmas and lululemon fulfilled all your needs?! Are u ‘F'ing kidding me?! The crazy thing is it's not like their stuff is cheap - those four items was over $500! You would expect spending that kind of money you would get superior customer support! I will never buy anything from lululemon again and I would not recommend anyone else buying their products. Of you Google lululemon customer experience you will see numerous other people who have had similar experiences. To many choices in the market lululemon - I hope your business $#*!s the bed!
I have many pairs of Lululemon pants, some from years ago that are still fine. I bought 3 different pairs within the last 6 months and 2 have holes and the 3rd one is pilling so much that it is no longer blue but white in areas. I contacted customer service and they stated they would not do anything and this is normal wear. This is very disappointing for pants that are $100.
I ordered a Gift Card for a Christmas present. It came postage due, supposed to be free shipping. When I called customer service all the woman could say was, I don't understand. It is supposed to be free. I explained to her that now I have to drive to our USPS ( 20 min one way), wait in line, mask up, and pay $6 for something that was supposed to be free. She offered a $30 gift card that was never sent. I won't shop here again. Poor service, very unprofessional.
I am so disappointed with LuLuLemon lately, the service I have received has been appalling.
For the amount of money I have spent in the past and the amount I planned on continuing to spend you'd think they would bend over backwards to fix what has gone on. They did the complete opposite. I asked to speak to a manager and they even told me there wasn't one.
At this point, beyond using a gift certificate that I received from a friend, I'm never purchasing LuLuLemon attire again and I will spread the word on my experiences with LuLuLemon to my friends and family to ensure no one buys any certificates for me in the future and hopefully doesn't buy product from them again either.
I have had nothing but issues placing numerous orders the last few days, I've missed discounts for Black Friday and cyber Monday due to the discrepancies.
I am just happy to part ways with this company.
I bought a leggings over $110. And it has issues with the seams hurt my hip and waist. I brought to the store after 10 days purchased. With tags still on. They were rude to me. Tell me there is nothing they can do. Because it was on sale. I am stuck with a leggings cost me over $110 can't wear.
I visited the store in Germantown. TN today with a friend, and I will definitely never shop at Lululemon again. I have extreme anxiety, and I can't tolerate anything covering my face. I was in the Germantown store today with a friend, and I had a mask on, but it was under my nose. Your very rude employee informed me that I had to cover my nose; and I told her that I had anxiety and couldn't tolerate anything over my face. I was told to leave the store. So, needless to say, I won't be back even if you are giving stuff away!
I called b/c I had items to return. With covid going on I got really afraid and haven't been in a store since March. I knew my returns were late. I called customer service and asked if there's an exception. The person would not give a straight answer except to say that No, I can't return by mail and get a credit and I needed to go in a store to return and see if they will give a credit? These items were purchased online, in 2020. I still have them. I'm just really disappointed that I couldn't even get a yes or a no? And that no exceptions were made for a pandemic? Of course I'm too nervous to go in so I'm stuck. Admit that ultimately it's My Fault. I know that! I'm just saying...
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
