After years of buying their product today I went to the Kelowna store in B. C. to return two items. I should of known there was an issue when all three people in the line up were returning items. I knew this was going to be a headache when the blond clerk with bad baggy eyes began rolling them. When I looked in both directions I realized I was the only First Nation person in the store. I was told that my one item was final sale even though it was bought by my husband on the same day and had every tag on it, I didn't even try it on cause I knew as soon as I saw it that it was too small. She then tried to tell me that the second item also couldn't be returned cause it wasn't legal to credit my card and I had to use my husband's card. Seriously lady what isn't legal is for me to use another persons credit card. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN - GET REAL YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I LOOK FORWARD TO SPENDING MY MONEY ON YOUR COMPETITION.
Always sold out online. Never has any good sizes and never does anything about it. No tall sizes. Will not shop again

I returned the sport bra I ordered online right afer I received it. The sizing is horrible. I went online to return the product and I received a USPS mobile return code. I brought it to USPS to return it the next day. Never wore it! The next day I received an email with just a e-gift card. I texted the customer service I wanted a refund to my original payment. The customer service stated that sorry because you were on a fast track return we could only refund you with a e-gift card. What a bs and scam! I never asked for a e-gift card and also when I returned online and the site didn't mention any fast track only refund with a e-gift card. Boycott this company and products!
I ordered on the 23rd of April. Today is the 10th of June.
They still haven't sent my order. After about 20 or 30 emails I have given up and just want my money back. The product isn't worth all these headaches of trying to get the morons there to try and fulfill my order.
I bought some sports bras and pants from a local store here as I've heard good things about this brand from a lot of friends. It's a lot more expensive than what I would normally spend for on a sports bra. The fabric and quality is good enough, but I don't think I be buying again unless they release something I'd really want
I purchased a pair of commission pants in Destin earlier this year and liked them so well i went online to order a couple more pairs. I ordered another black pair and i tried a blue/gray pair. They came in i wore the blue/gray pair out and kept feeling something different on the back of the leg. Along the middle of the leg it is like they did not have a full piece of material but two halves. A seam runs along the back of the leg. I checked the black pair. They do not have that. My other pair does not have that. I contacted LuLuemon. After sending them pic after pic of the pant their solution is to send me a store credit that i can repurchase the pants (why they can't replace is a question unanswered) or purchase something else as the item i wanted may not be in stock. May not be in stock? My credit never expires. These pants were $128 and tax. No answer as to why a seam, i have to box up and ship and wait on my credit, there are three stores in charlotte. I declined their offer and they said to contact them if i ever need more assistance. They said they did understand.
Personally I find that lululemon items are quite expensive and out of my budget so I don't own many pieces. I've had many friends tell me its worth it to spend the money on essential staple pieces like a sports bra or a legging but thats it. (Still havent bought but I completely agree)
However, for my recent visit to their shop, I saw their Fly Away Headband for only $15usd (its $12 in the states) and I decided to get it. This was honestly one of the only items I felt good spending money on because it doesn't cost that much (especially for a lululemon item!)
Plus, it looks good so I'd say if you want one or a few things from this brand; just get this one :)
I used to buy a to Order ID: c*******748 n of items from this company. I recently bought a few shorts and capris for a trip. The quality is terrible. They didnt retain their shape. When trying to return I had to send pictures of each item was asked a bunch of ridiculous questions and have to wait a week till they decide if it can be returned. How ridiculous is that. I have spent 1000$ of dollars on line and in their stores. I intend to report them to the BBB how dare they treat loyal customers so disrespectfully oh and I still dont know if I'm getting my money back! Unacceptable. Stay away from LULULEMON! I've spent tens of thousands at lulu with the incorrect assumption that I was buying quality that a reliable company would stand behind. I bought one of the most expensive yoga mats on the market and within a year, it had basically disintegrated into dust. Customer service calls it normal wear and tear. Clearly cheap material not designed for actual long term use.
I paid half for a better replacement. I should have researched but for years I blindly trusted lulu to sell quality or, at the very least, make things right. I was a fool.
Just tried to return a pair of new with tags Lululemon $98 leggings and they rejected my return. It's only been 4 months. What's up?
My girls were each given a pair of Lululemon leggings for Christmas 2020. One pair has stretched to the point of needing a hair elastic to hold them up! I sent pictures and a detailed description of the issue. Lululemon will not let me return them as my concern "does not qualify"! The other pair of leggings (identical type) are perfect! The girls wear them equally as much, they have been washed equally as much and never put in the dryer! This is truly frustrating! A very expensive lesson. Never going to purchase Lululemon again.
The expensive leggins I bought from Lululemon slip down the moment you start exercising. I contacted customer services to see if I could exchange them and was told there was nothing they could do. The product was completely unfit for purpose and customer services less than helpful. Do not use his company.
Terrible product quality and customer service.
My legging arrived with the stitching unravelling, and it took them two months to process the return and send me a return label. Once they received the legging, the company refused to refund me onto my card but offered me a gift card - why would I want to spend my money with them again, when it's their fault I returned the legging in the first place?
I tried to contact them, but their customer service is appalling - it's frightening and so sad.
I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't recommend you buy any of their products. I have another one of their leggings, and the quality is not good at all.
WORSE customer service experience with lululemon. I got a pair of leggings in February for them to already have a hole in them by March. After wearing $98 leggings + tax, FOUR times, I'd expect an exchange or my situation complying to the "lifetime warranty". I am extremely unimpressed, especially since it's not the first time their in store/warranty customer service disappoint.
Not to mention their sales staff that are not only at times demeaning or barely any help. If I'm paying extreme prices, I'm expecting extreme customer service.
From now on, I will be shopping elsewhere.
I would give a zero review if it was possible! I bought a pair of align for my daughter for Christmas 2020 and now here we are March and they have a hole. Contacted the company snd apparently they don't cover wear and tear, so a $100+ pair of leggings can't hold up to household wear and tear for THREE MONTHS
This amounts to almost $50 a month for wearing these one leggings. I also have three more pairs with holes and we are both fairly easy on our clothes. I will for sure be looking elsewhere for my leggings from now on.
Shame on you lululemon for your terrible customer service!
I purchased a pair of Align Yoga pants for over $100 in February. They began to pill after only a few wears.
I contacted the company and after 3-4 emails where I had to photograph the pants, showing the pilling; the size; the bill of sale; they decided at the end of all of this that they were not defective and that I must have washed them with something else and or didn't launder them properly! They were only two months old. They should NOT have pilled! So I will NEVER buy from this company again nor will I purchase such cheap merchandise. Very poor customer service!
I regret spending the absurd amount of money I have spent on this brand. Their overall quality, clothing longevity and customer service is not good.
None of the pants I have bought lived up to the guarantee they offer. The socks were ruined after one use (24 dollars a pair). You are better off buying Walmart quality.
Customer service is poor and you will get different answers depending who you talk to and they will not honour each other's statements.
Never buying again.
I would give it a negative stars if I could. Lululemon charged me three times for only two purchase. When ask to refund the card back the excess charge, I ended up in an endless cycle of we do pre authorization and sorry. Even though I supplied all documentation showing the error.
So BUYER BE WARE watch their charges and good luck getting it back.
I spoke to an "educator" today whose name is Tricia, and she's an epitome of what a worst customer service is. She wouldn't let me talk. Every time I'll explain to her what my concerns are, she jumps in and talk while I'm still talking.
We have been ordering in the past weeks and everything comes in 1 package for every order we make. This time, we were surprised that for this particular order of 5 pieces, they emailed us that it has been delivered, but we received only 1pc. Obviously, that I for confused us. Secondly, another package/order that should come in 1 package stated that it was delivered but we did not. I was following up with Tricia, and she was the rudest, meanest customer service representative I've ever encountered. She wouldn't listen to my concern. She talks when I talk. She doesn't wanna hear my concerns cuz after she talked, she said "DONE"... and she put down the phone on me. She was on speaker phone, my whole family and relatives were shocked and tongue-tied. That was the worst person we've ever encountered in line with customer service. Me and my family are wondering how she can represent lululemon. That's a shame.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
