Where are my shoes?

I ordered shoes June 9th, 2020. 7. 99$ for 3-5 business days. Finally 16 days later I got notice that they were delivered. Guess what? No shoes. So 3 agonizing phone calls later they decided I was worthy of a reshipment.
Sooo, 16 days later, shoes were supposed to show up today. And I get an email that they're at the Fed X up north and they won't be here until the 21st of July.
I regret ordering from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit me, so I returned them. Not at any point did they tell me that there was a processing fee for returns. When I called to try to get the money back that I deserved, they said it was nonrefundable!

Brand new shoes. Wore the first time found out the bottoms actually fallen off. The material crumbled up like they making Ng out from plastic dough. And they are not the economy line of shoes. It was the air cushion type. Paper in photo was stronger than the shoe bottom. Had some good shoes in the past. Also recommend these shoes to lots of people, but not anymore. I will be shame to do that again.

I've been trying to cancel my order because the color on the site not what they are selling.
Shoes for crews has not shipped the product out so I have been calling for the past two days to stop the delivery and get my money back.
They insist on sending the shoes and are telling me to send them back for a refund.
A waste of time and money.
The product has yet to leave the facility and they say that there is no way for them to stop the process.

Well I don't even know where to start supostle they send my shoes sense 5/19/2020 till now I haven't receive nothing they say my shoes got lost, so I being asking for my money back, they just keep giving me excuses and no money back so supostle I spoke with a manager he told me if I wanted my money back or my shoes I told him I wanted my shoes because Ireally really needed for work so he faked that he was getting my address and email, phone number that was on the 6/6/2020 and I just call again after being calling them for 100 times I ask the operator I just checking to see when I will be getting my shoes that I got resent he ask for my address I give it to him and now he toldme that he couldn't find that address or the email that the MANAGER got food he can resent my shoes I pay more then $125 for my shoes they weren't free so I'm so mad, w can they take the money from customers and don even bother to give the money back be careful when y'all order SHOES For Crews they like to still money from customers and I give them 1 star because they don't let you submit the review not because they deserve one star they deserve nothing.

Don't waste your time with these $#*!ty shoes they don't have customer service for complaints, claim they are the best shoes only because they dont speak to the customers or have a service for complaints, don't waste your time at a company that requires a specific brand of work shoe

Shoes were misdelivered when I paid over $100 with 2 day delivery. I escalated to get them resent and they closed my case within a week and never called or emailed me to explain why they closed it. This happened 2 times. It took 3 times of reopening my case for them to ship me another pair. I received them approximately 3 weeks after original expected delivery. No refund of shipping, and complete BS dealing with this process. Horrible experience and will most likely never use this company again.

After attempting to get a refund due to not needing the shoes (job fell thru due to world pandemic crisis), they were unwilling to budge. I received my shoes on 2/20, called on 3/26 and to my shock - they will not process a refund. In light of EVERYTHING that is going on in the world and with MILLIONS people out of work. I am appalled. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer beware! Spend your money with a more reputable company who is willing to practice humanity.

Horrible service

I've been purchasing my work shoes from Shoes from Crews for four years. Never had an issue until now. Called the company only to find them totally unwilling to help with the defective shoes. I need the shoes to work in. So this company is basically saying go buy another pair of shoes then send the defective pair back and they'll decide on there time not mine what should be done. I now see why the company has a bad review score of 1.17.

Why any company demands their employees to wear these shoes is beyond me. They are uncomfortable, they fall apart almost immediately, and they make skidmarks on the flooring. It just proves poor quality... I have always had to buy alternative shoes working in the kitchen. Trust me when I say dont depend on these shoes that are awful!

You sent me the wrong size. I sent them back and I got charged. Never will I ever buy from you again and I will tell everyone I know, never to buy from you. Your customer service is terrible along with you policy. You wasted my time and money while making money off of me. You should be ashamed and I hope I hurt your business.

Literally the 20th response from me after it took a month the get some of the money I paid for these shoes. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND ORDER INDEPENDENTLY a for your non-slips...

Will not recommend

I bought pair of did not fit I returned them and
Had to pay restocking fee. You have to pay for shipping so it does not work out you loose money. Won't recommend them go to companies that you can get free shipping and
No other charges. My actual rating is zero star.

Absolute Disaster

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes for a new job with 2 day priority shipping. I placed this order a week in advance as a precaution. The two days pass with the order still showing at the warehouse. I called and was informed there had been a mistake and they had not been shipped. They then told me they needed to investigate the matter and this would take 3-5 business days AND this team does not work on the weekends! I am still perplexed on why it would take 3-5 business days to figure out that the shoes did not ship, as it took us a matter of seconds to hammer this out on the phone. The fact that it takes this company 3-5 business days to figure out an order did not ship is a perfect example of why customers should be leary of doing business with this company. I then asked for them to cancel the order and they told me they could not cancel an order that was being investigated. So now I was left with no shoes and could not cancel the order. I spoke with a manager and the only thing they would offer is to refund the shipping and send the order out with "free" two day priority shipping. I asked if they could upgrade me to next day shipping and they said I would have to pay the difference between two day and next day shipping. I am now SIX days past the date I was suppose to receive my shoes with no shoes for my first day of my new job. Absolutely horrendous customer service! They have no regard for taking care of their customers and several people I spoke with offered no apologies whatsoever, while being just outright rude. I will never place an order with this company again, and I caution anyone reading this review to beware of this company that cares so little about their customers.

Horrible Customer Service

Bought leather loafers that were supposed to be M width but came looking and feeling like a Wide width. The look online looked very classic. Got them and they looked very clunky and cheap.
Returned them the very next day via the label provided. I used AfterPay so that was a good service.
They got them on a Friday. I called on Saturday, the 1st Customer Service Rep told me that there wasn't any returns on my account & I would need to provide him with a tracking number which I didn't have on me.

Called back 30 minutes later after checking the tracking number and seeing they got them the day before. This new rep told me, no, we never need your tracking number, just your address. He saw the return in the system. The original rep just didn't want to do his job. So this rep supposedly processed my refund and said it will show up on my card within 3-5 business days.

Nothing 10 days later. I call Back and the new rep says she sees I have returned they shoes and my return is just sitting there unprocessed. She expedited the processing. Instead of getting the $17 return to my card, I got charged an additional $2.

I go to AfterPay now thinking they processed wrong. They said talk to Shoes For Crews. I call and no one bothered to tell me that my original shipping plus a $6.95 restocking fee will be charged to me for returns. When I purchased the shoes, NOTHING popped up explaining the restocking fee.

Got me for $20. Never again.

The biggest fear

I ordered a pair of shoes from them on the site to use for work but these shoes are not good tailored. The sole of the shoe is very hard, very rigid, you say that you step on the ground directly, and the tongue of the shoe is too large so when you walk every time enter in your foot. They make comfortable shoes for work. Hahaha what a good joke. After half an hour as I tried to test them to see if the material was left to see how the foot felt in them, my legs ached my the same that when I am at work. I gave them their shoes back and asked for a refund or to change my shoes. I don't even answer the email, not even the shoes back they gave me. It is best to stay away from them!

Bought 1 pair of shoes and noticed that they have A hold on my debit card for the same amount twice called customer service and I was told that since I am not A business It is their policy to hold the amount twice, so if you but a 100.00 dollar pair of shoes plan on spending 200.00 until they release your money! I am still waiting and it has been over A week now!

Worst customer service ever. Shoes only 2 months old. I wear them only 3 times/week. Breaking down. Stretching. Was told I need to send them back for a determination, which can take up to two weeks. In the meantime, I'm either left without support OR I needed to purchase a second pair at full price and then hope I got a refund down the line. When I spoke to the rep she was unsympathetic and unwilling to do anything other than send a free return shipping label. I spoke with a supervisor who was equally unwilling or interested in helping. I explained that I can't afford to pay for another pair of shoes or take the time to wait while new ones are sent. I was met with zero support or help. So now I am stuck with $70 defective shoes and need to buy another pair from another vendor so I can continue to do my minimum-wage job. Will NEVER shop there again and will spread the word far and wide.
