I just ordered 1 pair of wolverine boots for work! I was so worried with all the reviews but, still decided to do it. After I placed my order I went to go my account and it said it charged me 5 times 40.00.! I'm so mad haven't spoken to customer service because it's 10:55 central time. My bank can't cancel! Omg i want to die!

Sketchy...

Purchased before reading any reviews and was super worried and paranoid that I wouldn't receive my order for weeks/would receive the wrong item/etc. Ordered my shoes Sunday and they arrived on Thursday. They're the right size and they look perfect. My main complaint would be that the "track my order" feature didn't work, which added to my suspicions. I won't be ordering from here again considering the other reviews and the lack of email confirmation/communication...

I was hesitant to order from them afer all the bad reviews but absolutley everywhere else was sold out of the specific dr martens i wanted (which was also a bit suspicious but hey i was on a mission). Because some people comlpained about getting their shoes late and also because they offered a 20% off coupon at checkout, I paid for 2 day air shipping even though didn't need them that fast. I got a confirmation email immediatley and my tracking number the next day. They were genuine docs, 2 days later as promised, right color, right size, in the original box and everything. Not sure if when you choose faster shipping they are more likely to stick to the promised delivery time than if you do free ground shipping, but it's possible and something to take in to account.

Very slow shipping

After ordering a pair of shoes I recieved an email stating, I would receive shipping confirmation and tracking within 1-5 days. At the 5th day I call and was told I would receive a shipping conformation by the end of the week, which would make it 8 days. I ask for a supervisor, the same operator returns to say because I have a P. O. Box it takes longer. Very disappointing!

Very Disappointed

I ordered a pair of boots US size 8 and was sent a UK size 8. I understood the mix up and sent back with note that I needed a US 8. A week later I received another UK size 8 and have to return and hope get a complete refund. I would not recommend this company.

I too would give a 0 star rating if possible. I bought four pair of Keds in 5.5 W. They were too narrow. I can not even get my feet into the shoes. Well since I stupidly neglected to check reviews on this company and to look for the return policy on the web site I have been had. There is a $6.95 restocking fee on each pair of shoes. How ridiculous is that? Do yourself a favor steer clear of this company.

Bottom line is I should've read the reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. I will never order from them again. I WARN everyone not to order from this company. They will rob you And make it seem as though you deserve it when you try to resolve the issue. Their website said my order didn't go through so I checked my info attempted 2 more times and finally gave up only to notice they charged me all 3 times on my account. When I called to resolve it they said it didn't go through. I was adamant in telling them that it obviously did because I'm looking at my account and it's gone through. I told them to cancel everything. They said they can't because it didn't go through. I finally had to call my bank to tell them. Like I said just don't order from them. Bad company bad customer service!

My experience was similar to others. Tried to return shoes I had worn for literally only 10 minutes, inside the house with socks on. I mailed them back because they didn't fit, and less than a week later UPS sends me an email saying they are delivering a package from Shoes.com. When I contacted Shoes.com they informed me that the shoes were dirty and worn so they had to return them to me. They never informed me that they were sending them back. I am going to spread the word about this!

I purchased a pair of shoes. I returned them after wearing them for half a day solely in the house. I had concluded that they gave me the same sort of support as a pair of bedroom slippers. I have just received them back with a note indicating that the soles and insoles were dirty and the shoes could not be resold. This surprised me as I had put a pair of new arch supports in them before I wore them so that I could try them out the way I intended to wear them. I looked at the insoles which are perfectly clean and the soles one of which has a black dot on it. The dot looks like it was made with a magic marker. Avoid these people at all costs.

I canceled an order within 15 minute of placing it and the customer service lady, who sounded like she was about 12 years old with an accent that made it nearly impossible to understand her, assured me I would get a confirming email "in a few minutes." An hour later I called back, got the same young lady who said "It takes about an hour." Ten hours later I found out they don't send confirming emails for cancellations. So they have an untrained staff and worse, the item was $10 cheaper at Amazon.

Ordered a pair of sandals. It took 7 days to ship and another 5 days to receive by horse and wagon. Other companies can get stuff to you with free shipping in 2-3 days, why can't they? When trying to find a tracking number with the order number it said my order didn't exist. I finally called to find out what was going on. They have internal problems they need to fix. You live and learn.

Bad return system

A good company should do there best to return a bad product But they don't. Also make shure you use a different box and not the shoe box they don't tell you that when returning shoes. Most places will stand behind there product I would shop somewhere else Also they got rid of me one night by telling me they would call me back. Yeah right

This company blatantly doesn't take returns, exchange or refund - doesn't respond to emails and is the definition of 'doesn't get any worse than this'. Sent me a pair of shoes two sizes too big... and the wrong brand and style... did not respond even when they received and signed for my return. JUST DON'T DO IT!

I received a coupon and wanted to order a shoe, the coupon did not work online, I called customer service, the agent who had a very difficult time to communicate in English but spoke to his supervisor and assured me that the discount will show up when will be submitting the order, it took the agent 28 minutes to get my name and billing information and before submitting the order I asked him how much will I be charged, at that time he finally consented that he cannot apply the full discount, only half of the discount amount could be applied, so I told him not to submit the order and that he should have a nice day, but of course it did not pass a minute and I received an alert from my credit card that they charged the FULL amount they did not even bother to apply half of the discount.
I obviously did not spend enough time on the phone with them... I then had to waste an additional 15 minutes in order to get them to CANCEL an order which I did not agree to place.

I bought a pair of running shoes online. They gave me the order number without the tracking number. 2 weeks go by and I'm starting to wonder what happened to my shipment. I tryed to e mail them twice to find out what happened. No response at all. I had to spend over 2 hours on the phone to find out what happened to my package. Turns out they shipped it to the wrong address even though the website has you double check your address before placing the order. I was giving some lame excuse why they could not provide me with the tracking number. They told me it was not provided to them until the order was delivered. I call B. S. So now I have to wait a full month for them to do their so called investigation before another pair gets shipped out. I could of went to the store and picked up the pair if I knew this would happen. I have a very busy schedule and time is money. Shopping online is supposed to be fast and easy. It is supposed to be convenience. Not a headache. Hopefully I can't get my shipment before the 4th of July. But I doubt it. What makes it even more frustrating is they sent a rate your product right after I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service. Of course they won't put my honest review up on how bad they messed up. So someone out there has a free pair of $230 running shoes thanks to them.

Bait and Switch

I was searching for a specific shoe for a trip and found it on sale at shoes.com aka shoebuy.com. When I clicked on it, it took me to their site but would not give me the sales price. I called their customer service, explained the issue, emailed a screen shot of the advertised sales price to them, was placed on hold forever and then disconnected... of course. I called back and amazingly got the same rep. He said he could not find the ad on his Google search and could not give me the sale price. I opened a new tab, did the same Google search and now the ad was gone... hmmm. I asked for a manager. On hold forever again. When she finally picked up, she told me there was not an ad at that price and would not acknowledge the screen print I emailed them and the previous rep said he received. So, because they obviously removed the ad after hanging up on me, acted like it never existed in the first place, refused to honor the advertised price nor offered an ounce of compensation, I am writing this bad review. The price difference was $20. A bad review will cost them far more than that... Economics 101. A little good will would have gone a long day.
