Today's date is March 7th 2017. Defective boots scanned at post office February 23rd 2017. Used their return label. They charge 6.95 for the slowest return out of all internet companys. They first shipped me defective boots and on top of it no refund. I just filed a claim with amazon. I don't recommend this awful website. I want my money back.
2nd time I ordered shoes/boots, but a week latter told not in stock but money taken out of account. Something is not quite right with this company.
Ordered Rocky boots on Dec 5th, 2016. Apprehensive due to reviews but gave them a try regardless. Their prices are really good. From Dec 5th-8th they processed my order and got them shipped out. The next day (Dec 9th) I received my order. The exact boot, exact size, and they are real and not fake like some people put in their reviews. So I don't know if I was one of the lucky ones, but I am very happy! I have already picked out another pair I want to buy:-)
I have bought from ShoeMall for several years and thought they offered the best price on shoes, NOT check your local stores and outlets, I did and saved $30.00 on 1

It takes 5second for them to take money out your account but three weeks for you to get a refund back and they charge you for returns
I ordered a pair of shoes in October. They came in fairly quickly, and were too small. I mailed them back and received a prompt refund.
I ordered shoes from this company in October for a Christmas gift. Apparently they were back-ordered although I was not notified. I emailed the company three different times and they only told me that the item had not shipped. Today I called them and told them that I was moving and was concerned about the ship date. They told me the only thing they could do was cancel the order and reorder it if I needed to change my shipping address. While trying to figure out my options, the SUPERVISOR took it upon herself to CANCEL my order without my authorization. When I told her that I did NOT authorize the cancellation of the order, she told me that I did... and was very rude. When I asked about reordering the shoes, she said I lost my spot in the back-order line and that I would not receive the shoes until January.
I called back to speak with another manager who basically told me the same thing and offered me 10% off for the hassle.
Absolutely terrible customer service!
Please don't buy anything from ShoeMall.com. You will be sorry.
I paid $25.00 for overnight service (express). I received my shoes 3 days after ordering. When I wrote to ask about a refund for my $25.00 they said their express service is 1 to 3 days. My order was shipped regular ground - not express like they lead you to believe. $25.00 for regular ground shipping - what a ripoff!
And then, I opened the box... I had ordered size 14 - in the box are size 15. Geeez!
I will not return them... I don't want to ever deal with this company again. I will just donate them to Goodwill. And if you don't know... you pay for any return postage.
I am so livid.

I would suggest you don't do business with any of them. I certainly won't be - I learned my lesson!
I ordered a pair of s13 EEE slippers as a gift. We received a 13W which I paid over $10 to return for the correct size.
When the replacement arrived it was once again a 13W. When I called a lady tried to tell me that a W was a EEE. When I explained that she was mistaken she hung up on me. I spent another $10+ to return them again. I did get a refund for the purchase but no compensation for the freight I paid to return them twice due to their error.
I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas present on Saturday December 20th due to them being out of stock ever where locally. The web site offered 2 day shipping guaranteed in or before Christmas Eve for free as long as they were ordered by Monday December 22nd. When I checked the tracking information with Fed Ex shoe mall sent the package smart post ground and the item will not be here until Friday December 26th. I called first thing Tuesday morning to have them correct the problem. The customer service rep said there was nothing she could do. I asked if they could send another pair next day air and I would just refuse the package on Friday. She said there were not any more shoes in that size in stock when I was looking at them being in stock on the web site. They were not interested in making the customer happy. When getting off the phone the rep said she hoped I had a good holiday despite not receiving the item in time.
I will not be ordering from this business again.
Shoe Mall has an amazing selection of shoes for women, men and kids and they have great sales and specials! They have everything from athletic shoes to evening sandals. I have to narrow it down because I want them all! They offer free shipping too :)
Today I received the shoes I had ordered which were too small.
I immediately called and asked if I could exchange for the next larger size.
The customer service rep said the original price I paid would have to be charged once again plus the return shipping of $6.99. I thought I was being charged $57.59 which was the amount of my original order. A few hours later I looked at my credit card activity and Shoemall had charged me $83.97 for the second shipment.
Having been told I would be charged the same amount as the original order, I called back and spoke to cust svc. The lady told me she did not know why I was charged more and that she would make a note of it. I ended cancellng the second order which should have been handled as an exchange. I will call my credit card co and place a stop. Cust svc also told me that it will take two weeks to credit my account after they receive my original shipment back. In the meantime, I am out $140 with no shoes and no guarantee that I will ever get refunded for this transaction!
Returns are not free here and feels a bit shady to me. Not a good vibe.
I ordered a few handbags (Roxy) here as they had a very good sale as well as 20% off coupon and free shipping, Site is easy to navigate. Great experience from purchase to receiving shipment.
I have bought several pair of women's shoes at ShoeMall, and I am satisfied both with the quality and the price. I wear a very narrow width, and I have specific brands that I like. ShoeMall carries a good selection in my size, and I even found a new (to me) brand of shoe there -- and bought 2 pair! They also have good sales. And, almost every shoe has customer reviews which are informative and make it easy to be a better buyer. I think they almost always have free shipping. And, I do not buy really high end designer shoes, but I find I can get quality leather footwear in good designs at this website.
