On March 26,2024, three months ago, I bought Skechers shoes from Shoemail through Amazon, and in only three months the shoes were ruined and broken on the inside. I wear these shoes for about 45 minutes four or five days a week and it isn't fair that I paid 90-something dollars for a defective product that lasted three months. I contacted Shoemall and they didn't want to refund my money saying that 60 days had passed and told me to talk to the manufacturer. I contacted Shoemall because they sold the shoes, not the manufacturer, my feet were hurting and realized that it was because the inside of the shoes was broken and ruined. This company is a big fraud.

After I placed my online order I called customer service to ask if an online discount could be applied. CSR rep and supervisor cancelled my order before telling me the discount would not apply to my order. After they cancelled my order they covered up their error by telling me the shoe was no longer available and that it was an online order issue. Worst service ever. Won't shop on this website again. Good news is that BORN shoes are available on plenty of other websites.
Do not buy from these crooks. Charges are being filed if I don't see my money in the next 24 hrs! Think I'm playing my banks corporate office has already been contacted! Try me
Bought a $100 pair of shoes that ended up not even looking like the pictured shoes on the website. The box included a return shipping label with NO TRACKING, and no request to contact them to return, which I thought was very sketchy. They also want $9 to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me a different product than they represented in the photo. It took me a long time to chat with a customer service agent on their website and they were quite unhelpful. Do not shop here.
I returned a pair of shoes and never got a refund! They are refusing to refund my money, saying they already did. They absolutely did not. It is now July 22, and I sent these shoes back over a month ago. The tracking shows the package was delivered to the address they provided. The company says wait 7-10 business days for refund. Which I did. 10 business days (of course) later I got an email saying they received my package and it will be 7-10 business days for refund. No. I called and said no you actually received them 3 weeks ago. Please refund me. They said wait 24-48 hours. I did. Then I called back again and they said sorry we can't help you it says it was refunded. I am livid. This is over $100.
I returned a pair of Skecher shoes to Shoemall which they received on 6-30-23 as evidenced by my Fedex Tracking number. I have called three times to Shoemall and was told "refund is processing" and it would take 10 days. This is BS, why was refund not made upon receipt of returned item? Will not be ordering from this vendor anymore!
I was trying to buy a pair of shoes but there was some weird error in my address ("illegal" characters in an auto-populated spot; no idea how they got there). Then the promo code didn't load, so I tried again. Their system LOCKED ME OUT for 24 hours due to "too many log-in requests." Well, folks, if your site worked correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had this problem. Customer service was friendly til I got to the supervisor who was incredibly rude and blamed me for trying to "scam" the system.

A shoe company should have a robust return policy. ShoeMall falls very short of that. You have to pay for your item to be returned and then wait 10 BUSINESS days AFTER they receive it for your return to be processed. In the high-tech world we live in today, this is unacceptable.
Bought a pair on jan 3rd said it was a wide fit. Was too narrow.couldnt even get foot through opening Sent back after recieving on 9th. Was charged 8$ fee for return. Jan 30th still no mony returned yet My 1 and only time doing business with them, i wont agian.
My order was returned to ShoeMall with their shipping label, which by the way, is the slowest return possible. I shipped it back on 12/30 through Fed Ex and it was received by ShoeMall on 01/06. They did not acknowledge my return until January 19 and my account was finally credited on 01/20. The turn-around time was ridiculous from the date of receipt by them until acknowledgment and credit. All other companies I have dealt with credited returns much quicker. Very disappointed with their process. Doubt I will do business with them again. Just beware if you need to return an item of the lengthy return process.
I purchased a pair of boots from this company. My credit card was charged, but I never received the product. I have attempted to contact the company 3 xs and have not had one response.
I have a narrow foot. Bot shoes super slim. Were not slim enuf. Sent back immediately. Have not received refund. It been more than 10 working days. Called yesterday. Would have been on hold for 37 minutes to talk to supervisor. HUNG UP!

Ordered 11/15 - returned the very same day! No response about the return delivered to them. No replacement. Not even the courtesy of an email or if they even have the replacement size needed in stock. Never will order from here again.

Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee...hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund. All I can say is DO NOT purchase from this company...CROOKS!

Took almost 3 months to finally get my shoes. Sizes do not run true. Ordered a larger size than normal. Still too small. On top of the problems, they're charging me $9.00 to return them. What a scam. Avoid at any cost.
HOW DOES SHOEMALL GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING SHOPPERS?!? Same story as noted many times, placed order on 11/22/2022 for item PRETENDING to be IN-STOCK, then immediately after order email confirmation was received, we get another email stating UGG shoes on BACKORDER NOT EXPECTED TO SHIP UNTIL JANUARY 20th?!? Paid with PayPal and UNABLE TO CANCEL until the order is completely entered into SHOEMALL's system! After waiting 30 min on hold, the CS rep just told me to try calling back 2-4 days later to CANCEL?!? ARE YOU FRICKIN' KIDDING ME?!? SHOEMALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD!
Shoemall has many sales and discounts. When I went to place my order it tells me this product is not elidgible for this promo! What's up with that?
Never would I shop on this site again. They also let me order shoes that were back ordered and this second pair took longer to deliver to me.
Without going into detail, this company is run by liars, and they have zero integrity. Avoid, avoid.
Not a fair and trustworthy company to do business with-They are a New Balance source for womens wide sizes and other support shoes-their policies and pricing leave no mercy-there is a hidden return charge and they are not up front about it-One more thing they also have a site and items listed at Amazon--Their shipment times will (even with Prime) exceed 2 weeks after order is placed--Folks if you are looking to purchase a New Balance shoe (or anything) from them even from Amazon our advice is to search further and find another source for your purchase-very saddened with our attempt to do business with them!
