I decided to try ShoeDazzle after hearing my friends rave about it. Our relationship (mine and shoedazzles) started out a bit rocky to say the least but after speaking to Jennifer at customer service she fixed everything. With customer service like they have they can afford a few simple mistakes. Very impressed
I ordered 2 pair of boots but one pair says JustFab and the other Shoedazzle. I went by the measurements and I was way off on size. So I went online but couldn't find my order on JustFab plus it seemed the site wouldn't let me in. I didn't get a receipt as well. I have ordered quite a few pair of shoes and boots from these companies and they're all still in the box and that's because I couldn't get the information needed to return. The shoes are very nice but my problem is the sizing. Thank you

If you need shoes, for any occasion, come here. I have been a faithful customer for a few years now and I am never disappointed. The shoes are always fantastic! They always have a wide variety from cozy to beyond dressed up! High heels to slip ons. I may or may not get about 5 new pairs a month but who keeps track when shoes are happiness!

My recent purchase arrived and the shoes run small. I ordered a size 12 and the shoe fits like a size 10.

These shoes are so beautiful and they sparkle but most importantly they are soooooo comfortable I walked around in them

Customer service is horrible. Tried to do an exchange/return forever now and it's still not complete. Contacted customer service who did not care at all. Prices are not good enough to keep me around. I recommend saving your money or just going somewhere else.

My tracking # shows delivered but I do not have my package. I have called you guys and you said I should call the shipping company which I have and they don't have it either. I called ShoeDazzle but you guys refused to give me my money back into my credit card instead you gave me store credits which I do not need
