I ordered 2 pair of boots and I was in love. They fit absolutely great! I really love the calf sizes. This is the first time I have gotten boots that are truly comfortable and not tight cutting my circulation off. I definitely will order more shoes and boots from ShoeDazzle!

I BOUGHT TWO PAIR OF BOOTS. I BOUGHT A BLACK LEATHER BOOT UP TO THE KNEE. I ASK FOR SIZE 91/2, BUT YOU SENT ME A SIZE 51/2. AND I CALLED BACK AND THAT MAN PRINTED A REPLACEMENT FOR A PAIR OF WHITE BOOTS. SO I HAD TO GIVE THE BOOTS AWAY, I COULDN'T WEAR THEM AND I DIDN'T WANT NO WHITE BOOTS. ALSO I JUST KEPT THE OTHER PAIR AND JUST PUT ON MORE SOCKS.

Every time every transaction SHOEDAZZLE is always a great experience! Without hesitation My entire order for Christmas was replaced after being stolen by a neighbor and even though it arrived a couple days after it didn't matter as long as I was able to give my family and friends as well as a little something for me ofc the the gifts I had for us I felt GREAT! I had ordered 2 boots to give as Christmas presents. I had ordered both in a size 6. The boots came 2 days before Christmas; however, the shoeboxes outside said a size 6, but both boots were a size 5.5 inside. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! They should have checked before shipping it.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
