I ordered a pair of furry boots. Received them yesterday and am in love! They are comfortable and pretty! I was wondering if shoe dazzle can provide any info to keeping them clean, white fur!

The shoes are so beautiful. My mom loved them. I was worried they wouldn't make it on time but they came early. The package included some coupons and discount codes that I added with her Christmas gift. I think I'll become a member due to my great experience

This was my first time purchasing and sending to a Canadian Address. The courier was Purolator and it took longer than estimated but I am happy I got my package on my front porch in good condition

I got two great shoes for the price of one which was great however you guys charged me on my credit card and extra 50 bucks now I have to put the information as fraudulent and I have to wait till use my credit card for I don't have one right now and I'm waiting for my new credit card it's just a huge hassle for what reason there was a sale I got my shoes and that's in a story I have the product I paid you guys and now I'm getting another fraudulent purchase when I haven't bought any more shoes from you how do you think I feel.

I really like shoedazzle. They always have a great selection and great sales, the only thing I absolutely dislike is that if you don't live in the US you don't get the free shipping but yet I'm still paying the same amount for the membership even with the exchange.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
