Needed to return a pair due to ordering wrong size, but received error message every time I attempted to complete exchange/return request. Issue was never resolved and eventually passed the 30 day mark without being able to successfully submit a request. Otherwise satisfied with the rest of my order! Great shoes, super cute styles, reasonable prices.

I was so excited about my boots. I purchased a bag and coat to match. The boots were way to small. Ordered a replacement and they showed delivered but I did not receive them. Called 2 days later to inform them and the told me to wait another 24 hours. Clearly there missing and I wanted to wear them this weekend. No bueno

Ordered for New Years Eve and rep stated would not send correct blouse until incorrect one was sent back and received. There was no way all could take place to wear in time. I have been a client for several years and was shocked how the situation was handled.

I think it's great that your first pair isn10$ and then I even scored a free outfit or pair or shoes from JUSTFABKids for ordering from shoe dazzle! Which made getting something for my boyfriends daughter for Christmas so easy and freee. My shoes came on the day they said with no delays or issues and did I mention how cute my shoes were! Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
