Ordered two pair at very fair pricing - arrived on the original estimated date instead of the prolonged protracted date.

Very pleased with the price of the shoes I ordered. I didn't find the Shoebacca website after the sale quite up to snuff, though. Every time I try to manage my account, find my order, etc., the link just sends me back to the home page. Even with my order number and email address, the site says I don't have any orders. I'm not sure I'll order again, simply because of the issues I've had with the site. I don't want to have to call someone in order to return the size I don't need. My email address or the order number should send me somewhere other than the home page.

The ordering process and delivery was great. The right show is a bit defective. It's why I always hesitate to order shoes online. No one packing them looks at them on your behalf to make sure they are okay.

The boots were previously tried on, missing one shoelace and the leather was scratched on one boot.

I called customer service and the rep told me he was going to forward the tracking info but he sent me the wrong info. Somewhat disappointed with the experience this time.
