My husband blew out his boots but we didn't want to buy new ones right now because they are so expensive. Shoebacca had them 50%off I ordered them expecting something to be wrong with them. They were perfect. We were so happy to get new boots!

I ordered a size 8.5 blue sandal and it was too big. I returned it using your label. Now I'm being asked to place a new order for a 8.0 sandal, which I hope will fit. I do not want to do that until my original order is refunded. I no longer trust this company.

There was some white paint on my right shoe. I was able to get most of it off with some light scrubbing and solvent.

Poorly made shoes. The shoes do not match in size and as well as embellishment like where you put a toe in one toes huge and the other toe is small. My husband paid for them all almost $300. He is pissed.
