This was my first time ordering from shoebacca so wasn't sure what to expect. Everything went well, no problems with delivery and the price of the shoes was great.

Purchased 3 pairs of name brand shoes, they arrived very quickly. One pair already had a tear in the tongue but it could be easily hidden but i couldn't get over the fact that the third pair i purchased came packaged with TWO LEFT SHOES.
I dont even know how that happens.

Great prices, good selection. The only issue I had was i did not receive a confirmation when the item was shipped or a tracking number. That being said the item did arrive quickly, so a minor issue.

Selection process for purchase was easy. Tracking and shipment was not as thorough. Shipping and tracking alerts would be great if available.

The actual purchase from the website was very smooth. I received an order confirmation through email, but never received any shipping notifications or follow-ups after that. It was very hard to get any sort of update on my order after that because I did not have an account and made the purchase as a "guest". The order itself and product was great. The communication was lacking a little.

Good product. But I needed to change my shipping address and it was impossible. Can't understand that and I wasn't sure I was going to get them delivered.

Only emails received are initial purchase confirmation and emails specially in response to me calling customer service. Shipping confirmation/tracking information is not emailed nor is it on the order management portal. Customer service on the phone is competent but it typically takes awhile for them to understand the issue. During my 15 minute call yesterday with customer service asking about the status of a refund on a return that was delivered back over two weeks ago, customer service agent called me "sir" even though I am not a man.

I was sent the wrong color item. It seems that the color advertised is not available. In that case the picture of the item should be changed to the one you have in stock. Not false advertise it.
