Used to be really good but now Shippingcart's consolidation has drastically degraded while their fees continue to soar. I had 2 air and one sea cargo. All items are damaged since they now remove all items from their original shipping boxes and charge exorbitant insurance fees.
As cusomter who are using their service for more that 5y, their recent behavior for oregon warehouse. Make me forever banned them in the future.
I was told that an item was in my cart, when I already paid for the shipping fee, 45 days delayed.
I received my shipment, then the item went missing! SC asked for my back details after numerous emails, but I never got a refund. THEN they told me it's not lost and I will get the item. I never did. Now the ticket has been "resolved" total BS.
Too bad I had other items arriving to my cart, then when they were all in may cart, had SC Air Cargo it to me, only for the exact same thing to happened again! Missing ITEM. Unbelievable!
I filed another complaint, they sent me a template reply, and marked it as resolved.
This is infuriating
It's been almost two months since they received my packages in their warehouse and 3 out of 4 of them are still marked as preparing for shipment. I have repeatedly informed them that I need the packages as it contains health supplements, but they don't seem to care at all. They even have the audacity to send you templated email responses which shows how little they care about the concerns of their customers. Very disappointing and frustrating.
SINCE THEY MOVED TO OREGON, THEIR SERVICES BECAME VERY POOR. YOU WILL WAIT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE SHIPPED. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL SHIP YOUR ITEMS VIA SEA EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR THE PREMIUM AIR SERVICE.

Moved warehouse from LA to Portland at the height of 2022 Christmas shopping season. Over 19,000 packages stuck in their Portland warehouse. No accountability. No customer service (unless you call their standard pre-formatted replies service). Don't use, they are run by idiots.
Horrible company, full of lies. They have 19,000 backlog packages and makes promises that they are going to ship items as soon as possible. One time they also mentioned that they will be able to process 1,800 items a day. Their actual is about 300-400 a day. Extremely unprofessional. Until now they have no advisory about the packages since December 19. Frustrating.
I used their services last November 21,2022 to have some items (mobile phone and cases) delivered from Amazon US to the Philippines. They received my items last December 6, however, I was notified that the items are prohibited to ship to the Philippines. So I immediately emailed ShippingCart for a pull-out request, wherein they will ship the items back to Amazon and Amazon will then send me the refund. I complied and provided the necessary documents so they can get started with the pull-out process. I also contacted Amazon and filed for a refund and secured packaging labels for the items. The packing labels were dropped off by Amazon to the ShippingCart Oregon warehouse last December 7. The ShippingCart agents (Maw Tuazon and a certain Sebastian) emailed me that they will be escalating the ticket to the Oregon warehouse officer for processing. Sadly, as of writing this complaint, they have not processed the pull-out request and I am not getting any status update from their agent. Amazon required me to return the items until February 1,2023 so they can process my refund. It is now beyond their allowed refund period. I won't be able to get my refund now from Amazon. I have lost approximately Php 36,000 because of their inefficiency and lack of concern for their consumers. And ShippingCart has been holding my items for almost 2 months now, and the worst-case scenario is that they will keep my items for themselves since they have not been cooperative and responsive to my emails. If you would look at ShippingCart's Facebook page and posts comments, you would see all the complaints related to their company and services.
I tried Shippingcart by shipping stuff to their Hayward warehouse. Every shipment was processed quickly, shipped and delivered safely. Until they moved the warehouse to Oregon. Many of their customers are complaining that packages are not appearing in their carts, packages not getting shipped, packages that can't be located. Visit the FB page of Shippingcart. Don't ship anything until they get their sh*t together in Oregon. This is a disaster. Should be discussed in business school as an example of poor execution.
April 3,2023 Update:
ShippingCart has not addressed the issues in the Portland, Oregon warehouse. They posted an advisory that the lead time to ship is 35 days. Not true. My package was received by ShippingCart on November 3,2022 and it's not yet in my cart. Contacting ShippingCart by Chat or email is useless. Your tickets get closed as resolved (duh), no results, standard apologetic template email replies, promise to get the warehouse people to prioritize your shipment (they promised everyone). All BS. DO NOT USE THEIR OREGON WAREHOUSE FOR US SHIPMENTS.
Update as of May 12,2023:
Found out today that my access to their FB page was blocked. I guess I have been very critical of their service and it must have affected their revenues. How can you trust a company that messed up, doesn't fix their issues and encourages clients to use their service again. Am going to stay away from them moving forward. Their Oregon warehouse is still a mess. Check the clients posting complaints with shipments stuck for 3 months or more now.
Last November 14, my purchase was delivered to the Shipping Cart warehouse in Oregon, USA but after a week, I was still not being given the ability to ship it to the Philippines. Shipping Cart is advertising that it only takes them 2-3 working days to upload items to cart.
I raised this concern to Shipping Cart and they said they are experiencing a huge volume of orders and assured me that I will be able to ship my item by November 21. It was already November 22 and they were no longer responding to me.
I then found out on their Facebook page that a lot of customers are complaining about the very long delays and how they were not informed about it prior. These complaints instantly get deleted from their page. After I shared my own comments, they deleted my post and removed my ability to post any more comments! I called them out about it through a report to DTI and Shipping Cart told me that my comment was "harmful to the interest of ShippingCart and its affiliates." I never said anything foul, I just shared my own experience. They also blocked me on Instagram.
After a series of emails with their customer service rep, they suspended my Shipping Cart account and tagged it for termination. I have not received my package yet and they still can't tell me when it will arrive.
Despite the issues, they keep on advertising their service like everything will go smoothly.
They punish customers who call them out for how bad their service is instead of trying to win them back.
This could very well be the worst shipping service available, got a missing package that has been delivered to them for over 2 weeks now. They will not issue a refund. Sending your items here to be shipped to you is like sending your items into a black hole.

They didn't register my package in the system. They don't reply messages. They are scammers. Please. Don't sent products to this company. They will never sent to you and you will lose everything. They robbed me 100usd. This company should be closed.

I used shippingcart several times in the past to send items to family members and myself when i was in philippines.The first time was amazing, I got a package to a very remote area in less than a week, in fact, even the folks at shippingcart were amazed.The next few times it went pretty smoothly, although I did have problems processing payment using my US credit card.The past couple of times have not gone well. They have lost items, disposed of items, never notified me when I have a new item in my cart, until I contacted them looking for it 3 weeks after it arrived according to USPS tracking.The latest problem involves processing payment again, I am unable to pay for shipping from Hayward Ca. To Manila, using two different credit cards. Both banks assured me that the problem is on shippingcarts end.It is extremely frustrating dealing with their customer service, or lack thereof.No more.If they don't want to take my money, I will find another company who will. Goodbye.
There is apparently a fine print that they will discard the items after 2 months, no notification was given as i was waiting for my other items and the package was delivered in batches. Needless to say no proper resolution and that they have discarded said items despite me asking if they had shipped all 65 days later. Discarded = taken. You dont just "discard" 500 usd worth of clothing for kids.

I buy from amazon and get my things sent to the Philippines. I nicely asked my items get sent in a box not a soft pack. Plastics like CD jewel case get cracked. This happened 3 times already. Sure wish the dam ceo would make a box policy for overseas
I have been using this airfreight consolidator Shipping Cart to transport my CDs to the US to the Philippines. DO NOT MAKE THE GRAVE MISTAKE IN USING THIS SERVICE! Without warning, they decided to add this FRAGILE HANDLING exorbitant fees to items that do not need fragile handling. They decide to update their special handling items to include CDs without warning their customers. Kevin wanted to charge me for a single CD which weighs. 2 lbs they want to charge me $23.99! See below for his computation. I asked my sellers to remove the plastic jewel cases so as not to receive the FRAGILE HANDLING FEES and yet, they deemed them FRAGILE HANDLING. There is no manager one can speak with. Only via email. Their customer service reps do not respond to reason. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS SERVICE.
This is a review of Shippingcart U.S. branch. Their service is really bad. Items often get lost. It happened to me 3 times before I quit using them. Their processing time is insanely slow. For example they don't process new arrivals on the weekend. If the post office makes a mistake on Saturday Shippingcart wastes time processing new package arrivals. This kills your ability to promptly have the post office review the situation and hopefully recover your item that was likely delivered to a wrong address.
By comparison I now use Shippingcart Australia branch. They process new arrivals almost immediately and so far NO item has been lost.
The U.S. office just has really bad management. It has for at least 4 years now.
Takes forever to get a response from their support staff. Once they reply they just give you same boiler plate response that they are checking on it blah blah. I've been waiting for my item for several weeks now and their tracking details is also one ancient system that cannot be relied on.
I have not encountered any problems so I think they fixed it. I use their app regularly and support responded to my query.
Answer: For me the way they do things. Easier to use specially for a techie person like me. Updates are being sent via email and sometimes SMS. Plus the door to door delivery service.
Answer: It's a legit company. Just not a good one. Is it a scam? Depends on how you define: scam". Is it a scam that they threaten to throw away your items after only a short 30 days? Yeah. I think it is.
Answer: Not easy. They use a useless chat bot on the website. The rest is all email, and you will be lucky if someone responds within a day.
