For me the way they do things. Easier to use specially for a techie person like me. Updates are being sent via email and sometimes SMS. Plus the door to door delivery service.

It's a legit company. Just not a good one. Is it a scam? Depends on how you define: scam". Is it a scam that they threaten to throw away your items after only a short 30 days? Yeah. I think it is.

Not easy. They use a useless chat bot on the website. The rest is all email, and you will be lucky if someone responds within a day.
