Re dress. Very poorly made. Not the matieral it states. Some beading loose. Pull in chiffon right across the front. And dirty greasy marks on the front. Each time I look at this dress I find something else dont give any rating but wont submit without.

I placed my order without reading reviews on the website which i normally do! Directly after the order within 10 min i read this website and was very worried emailed them within10 min of ordering to cancel. They replied to me the next day this linda lady and she asked me why i want a refund, i explained that i just changed my mind. Emails back and forth and she said that we van only give u a 30% refund so i was very angry went onto their website and found their policy which says if i cancel within 24hrs i get a full refund, however she would not listen all she says is that we already started the dress! Well its ur mistake if u put up a policy and dont stick to it!
Still trying to get a refund. But anyone out there thinking to buy anything from them beware!

Shocking!

Ordered a dress from here and never thought to read the reviews, however did read the return policy etc before i ordered and was quite happy with what they had put, if the dress is not right etc they will refund or exchange! Well that turned out to be a lie! The dress came very poorly made and was very unsatified with it, i sent all my meausurements over to them and recieved a dress 3 weeks later which was awful and all the sizing was totally wrong! Not to worry i thought i emailed "linda " explained the problels she replyed a few days later and told me to send phototgraphs so i did, she asked me to take the dress to a local tailor and get all the alterations done and send them the invoive! So i did 5 months later. Several emails later... suprise no refund and no emails back from them since! Complete scam wasted nearly £200 on a dress that i cant even wear so disappointed! I just wish there was some way of reporting them! Please ladies if your debating it then please please be very careful! My advice dont bother!

I ordered my dress a couple of weeks ago and only decided to check the reviews after I paid, now there is ALOT of negative reviews and I was freaking out, however I decided to leave it and see what happened. My dress finally came last Friday and it was amazing! The quality of the dress was amazing, the sizing was perfect and I couldn't be happier! I just want to say if anyone out there is worrying about there dress as they made the same mistake I did, don't panic! The dresses herr are beautiful and are a great quality.

Now recieved 2nd dress after 8 weeks wrong green again very dissappointed 1st dress was teal, 2nd dress emerald green requested hunter green obviously not bothered about service at all leave well alone no telephone number e mails in the middle of the night poor poor service

Dress was significantly too long and not fitting despite being "custom made". Fabric is the cheapest you can imagine. The cut, the shape, the entire design of the dress doesn't look even close to the picture. Offered me 8% return for this garbage. This is a real scam and the site should be SHUT DOWN ASAP!

So I brought 2 dresses from this company! Then I found the reviews! Then I received said dresses! Do not waste your time money or effort - they will pay for the tailoring - 8% refund and will for the life of me not give me a return address! Ladies keep your money on your cards!

On the plus I payed on a credit card - it's clearly fraud and I got a refund from my credit card company as I wasn't going to let 250 go to waste!

Don't be as stupid as I was! And there's also lots of sister companies too! Do not be fooled!

Took a risk and bought a dress from Shillas. What arrived was laughable! It was meant to have lovely beading and a horrible old flower pattern was sewn on instead. Have since done more research to find out the picture they advertised was a designer brand! It should not be allowed!

Ofcourse they are being uncooperative and stalling giving me a refund for an item i do not want, need or is anything like what was described.

Please beware and save your money and time

I ordered wedding dress from this site which was delivered in September 2016. It didn't meet any of the specifications I requested, the top of the dress was see through and the breast pads were clearly visible which I had requested specifically to be covered. This was 3 weeks before my wedding and I couldn't wear the dress I ordered. I was offered a 10% refund which I wasn't happy with as the dress wasn't what I ordered. In the end I agreed to an 18% refund which I have still not received 5 months down the line!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Really poor service and products

My partner and soon to be wife recently bought an evening wedding dress in good faith from a so called company called sheilas.co.uk
Unfortunately the company is a front for a Chinese mail order company which is NOT based on the uk and do not follow any of their so called returns and refund policies. Basically they are stealing money from anyone and everyone who orders from them. My partner's dress was a joke and and yet like so many others it is impossible to speak to anyone or get any help to address the issue. If you email them which is the only form of contact they may offer 8% of what you paid in return which NEVER happens. This company is a complete scam. Their real name is Shanghai Eho international freight forwarders Ltd. Shanghai qingpu district 1753 Huqingping Highway no 1 warehouse. I've no doubt that they sell products under other company names around the world. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONOURABLE THIEVES OR YOU WILL BE LEFT UPSET AND COMPLETELY OUT OF POCKET! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I WISH I WAS! Final words... DISGUTED. SHOCKED AND ROBBED!

Can anyone one help! I've been informed by "shillas.co.uk" that if I return my dress that I ordered from them I am only entitled to 8% refund. Which is absolutely shocking as I paid £164.99.

Under no circumstances should anyone order from this conpany & its debatable as to whether they are. No refund received even though item cancelled in reasonable time. Numerous emails sent to which replies received but to date no refund sent. Biggest con & rip off ever... be warned stay clear of Shillas dresses. You will regret it

Well well well where to start I am a size 8 normally but went for a size 10 just to be on the safe side, my first mistake, following the instructions of the site I entered my custom measurements and was generous with my bust size, my second mistake, So after trusting all my measurements were accurate I added the alterations and personal touches I wanted and proceeded to part with 213 UK pounds for the seemingly stunning prom dress, after a 2 month wait it finally arrived in the wrong size drowning me in cheap fabric a completely different colour and tbf just a ugly dress, my third mistake was expecting a refund as stated in the website but lo and behold 'Linda' said 8% was the going rate so the night of my life ruined and over 200 UK pounds later I am fuming
Linda is the reason for all my trust issues

I ordered a prom dress from this site. It was absolutely beautiful in the pictures but what arrived was dreadful. The colour of the dress was nothing like the picture, the sequins look like they have been cut out by a 4 year old and glued on and the size of the dress was not anything like we requested. We requested a refund but were told that the best they could offer was to remake to dress and we pay 70%! What a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely appalling. They operate out of China and you'll never see your money again when you try and return a faulty product. They are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Don't make the same mistake I did. Reported to trading standards but I don't believe there is much that can be done.
