This website is an absolute SCAM. I ordered a dress which looked fab in the picture, however what I received was a monstrosity. It was cheap and completely the wrong shape and size, tight in parts and loose in others, even though I gave them my measurements. They say the make to order, they absolutely don't. They won't give me a returns address and refusing to give me a refund. I spent £140 and they had the cheek to offer me £12 as compensation after lots of e-mails begging for my money back. Absolute disgrace, how are they aloud to operate?
I was really satisfied with what I got from Shilla, the dress and the customer service. When I emailed them, the man who called Esther replied me all the time.
Also I was worried about ordering the dress quality and design on line, because some companies didn't offer the customers what they ordered. But the dress I ordered from Shilla was amazing, it fits me like a glove. I was really delighted. Highly recommed.
The dress I recieved was NOTHING like the one in the picture. It was a joke. I wrote to the company and sent pictures and they still wouldn't give me a refund. Don't shop here
I order a very nice dress from shills web site catalogue but when the dress came was nothing like that picture and dress I order. Be careful and wise when you buy from this site. Really ugly dress I received, plus came v late. They didn't want to accept the dress back and never return any money. We exchange mails but they wasn't v friendly. Asked them if I can return the dress and just said if they can refund at least half of the money but they refuse. It is not fair. Almost £100 gone and the dress is going to bin cause look like a cartoon dress honestly. Will never buy anything from them. Don't buy. The dress looks nothing like that picture!

You conveniently cannot truly review your purchase as they only accept so called 'positive' feedback. Quite how anyone can be happy with the crap they actually send you is beyond me.
Website isn't clear when you try to order a dress in a different colour, despite having a wide range to supposedly choose from. No returns policy either!
There's always a constant 70% offer etc to real you in, even though there is no way in hell any sane person would pay full price, let alone the 'special' price and be happy with the goods they receive!
Do yourselves a favour and don't waste a penny on them.

I brought an evening gown from shilla, when it arrived not only was it ill fitting badly made but also wrong colour. I asked for a refund, but was told by shilla to send a photo of it on, Which I did to prove how big the dress was. They said that the dress fitted well. Someone needs to go to an optitions I think. They are refusing my refund. I am still going to persevere with my refund. Don't waste your money on this Company. If you have paid by credit card, you can get you money back from your card Company.
The dress I received was not the fabric as described, Dress was 2 sizes to big, gaping at the back, skirt part puckered as lining was ill fitted and stones missing, original price was £451.00. I think NOT! And when I hit the paid button the price inflated from £96.99 to £130.00. WHAT A RIP OFF!
I got my wedding dress in a short time about 12 days.The dress fits me like a glove, the quality of the fabric was amazing, the embellishments was made by hand-sewn. I love the sweep train very much. I am really satisfied with the dress. Will order my bridesmaid dresses from Shilla soon.

Many retailers know that parents are willing to spend whatever it takes to get the dress of their daughters dreams so the closer that time comes the higher some prices may rise and the more difficult it can be to find cheap wedding gowns.

I just wanna to thank you from the bottom of my heart in getting my bridemaids dresses for my wedding. I ordered 5 bridemaids dresses on 27th, July, style ******* in pink, fit my wedding theme. Because my bridemaids with different sizes, so I chose free custom made after discusses with the customer service department, absolutely when I received all dresses, they fit my bridesmaids perfectly.
And I just had my wedding a few days ago, everything is perfect. Also I wrote an email to thank Jadegowns, because they sent me the correct and beautiful dresses.It is a pity that I didn't order my wedding dress from you. But I already recommended you to my all friends. :)
