I received my package today! And the dress for my daughter is absolutely beautiful! We both love it, and it looks gorgeous on her. It fits her perfect! We would like to thank you for the wonderful service you offered us, and your emails to keep us updated were really thoughtful. The service was great, and we are so so pleased at how fast the order arrived. Once again, thank you so much.We will tell our friends about the great service and product we received, and hopefully, look forward to ordering from you in the future.

My bridesmaid Dress arrived in the wrong colour & wrong design. It was also very poor quality and didn't fit well considering it was custom made.
Thier advert said they would refund if they were at fault. However I then had endless emails with them, where they asked me to sell the dress for them, send photos, consider keeping for another occasion etc. until in the end they refused to refund me for the dress as they didn't make enough profit to give me my money back!
I paid £85 for a dress which is fit for the bin. Please don't order from this company and waste your money like I did.

Don't buy this rubbish. The material is cheap and nasty the dress is nothing like the photographs on their website, it was put together with cheap panels. Not the lovely dress shown. It had cheap sequins all over it - not as advertised, a solid, uncomfortable, nasty product. When I reported the problem and sent photographs they offered me a 7% refund. This is a rip off company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. The dress was not worth £5, nevermind £135. This company needs closing down. Also this company appears to have uk factories and outlets this is not true!

I rarely complain but am disgusted with this company - I ordered a dress made to measure - dress was backless I request cover back as it was an option - I can't wear backless - dress arrived no back - I have since spent 3/4 wks arguing with them- dress cost £90 - they have offered £10 refund! Or will re-make for a further £55 - they also refuse to give me a contact number or a manager/directors email address to discuss -DO NOT USE if they make a mistake they won't pay for it

I read all the reviews on this website before placing my order and i really had my doubts, but i didn't need to worry as the 8 dresses i ordered looked and fitted great! I would definitly use the custom size option and make sure you get the measurements correct. I ordered 6 of the same dress different sizes and they all looked identical, then another 2 for younger bridesmaids and they were also identical. You do get a couple of tiny marks here and there and an odd stitch here and there but to be honest you get that when you spend double the price in the shops! It seemed to me after reading the reviews that most people had issues due to them wanting a quick turn around so just make sure you pick the 22 day turn around.

NEVER EVER use this site! My daughters prom dress was absolutely awful! Wrong size, material, style. Material was shabby. Stitched in wrong colour thread. Poorly cut! Tried to contact them... no answer several attempts. I have contacted trading standards. Just to let everyone know who can't get money back from these fraudsters. They are under investigation! Contact the fraud team for your own bank. We did and they refunded our money within 20 minutes.

Esther Braddy is not a good customer service representative. I ordered 5 dresses by just clicking on the drop downsize guide. They arrived late and don't fit. I have been asking for a return address for two weeks and they keep saying they are made to measure and won't refund me. All of them are not the same as the photos on the website. I have also sent photos to show they don't fit I can't even get them altered if I wanted to as they don't do up. Please do Not order from here it's a scam & I am now starting legal proceedings through my credit card company.
