I ordered a dress from shilla which arrived today. Although the delivery and handling of the website is good, the quality and design of the dress is awful and looks nothing like the image. The colour is also very different to the swatch shown. Overall, I would not order from this website!

The dress arrived late, the wrong colour, size. The design wasn't the same as the dress I ordered. The material it was made with was cheap and nasty not to mention the awful sewing job. There were glue marks and frayed material utterly awful. When I contacted their customer service asking for a refund as it says on their website they will refund you fully I've been sent the same email as a response for the past 3 weeks asking to send pictures of myself in the dress (which I didn't) they are rude, don't stick to anything they say on their website their replies are in poor english. They lie all over their website and take other people's designs and make horrible copies of them and if I could re-do anything I wish I'd never clicked on this website. BEWARE
I took a chance to order my wedding dress from this website, and was shocked at the dress which I got. From the dress material and quality, the dress fits me perfectly. I had GOOGLED this company before I ordered, it did not let me down.
