Initial impression was very good, immediate response to contact and order received. Ordered 3 dresses, 1 was not made very well, and the other wasn't suitable so asked to return them - as per the "Returns Policy" clearly stated on their website. Was then told we couldn't return, but they would remake the badly made dress. Then they told me to take it to a local tailor... I wouldn't accept this. So they suggested they remake it at a cost of the fabric... I wouldn't accept this... so they then suggested sending me another one, at 70% cost to me... obviously I wouldn't accept this... it just went on and on with the company not accepting returns or fault corrections. This was over 2 weeks of communication with "Linda" (they are all called Linda)... so I have now gone through my credit card and received a full refund. So, ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD AND YOU CAN CLAIM AFTER THE COMPANY HAVE MESSED YOU AROUND.

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. It arrived 20 days later not fitting. Asked advice to get it altered by a local lady and she said the only thing I should do is send it back. Contacted shillas and they said yes send it back. I paid to send it back to get an email saying they would only refund 8% of the money? It was not made to measure it was just a size 8 but they won't refund because they especially made it. What a joke people please don't buy from these people they don't want to listen. And now I have lost all that money and still have to buy another dress from a shop. My daughter is upset and so am I. The dress never looked like the picture and material was wrong they stuck plastic diamonds all over it tacky

Dress i received was with the trail I didn't ask for and top construction was faulty...
Worst customer service ever they wanted to give me 8 EUR refund I asked if they can pay for my tailor expenses which are cheaper than to send the dress back to them.

So sad and disappointed... also you can't leave bad review on their website which is strange as I could see only positive reviews they are checking all bad ones and not allowing them to be posted.

People be careful as this is the worst website to buy your goods, will get 100% disappointment if you get some issues with the product quality and construction of the dress! :(

Do not order from here. I am appalled at their shocking customer service! Ordered 2 dresses on here for my grandsons christening, I even paid more for one as altered the size! I've been emailing them for weeks as to a refund and all they do is ignore half my email and ask for ' Proof ' of the dress not fitting etc. this is absolutely appalling and theft! Who even asks to see pictures of the dress not fitting? It's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER OF THIS SITE a waste of time and a headache too!

I paid 120 for the dress which is UK 18 in their web site. When I tried it it was size 14. On their return policy they said I can return it and they can alter it as they have extra material to alter it. I paid 15 pounds to return it back to them. I received an email to say they will refund 15 pounds only for the dress. Now they said I have to be for a new dress with different size. Truly I have never seen any dress provider like this. I highly recommend not to buy anything from them,. They dont care about losing customers.

I will not reccomend! So so dissapointed for my order. I needed for special occasion 2 dresses worth more than £200 and turned up like an amature dress maker. And i couldn't even altered it. They said to send to local alteration. Myself could be embarrsed to take as i know they will just laugh such a joke. The status of the dressed both arm not the same measurement. Fabric are twisted. The breast are deform and awfull and everyone sees the dresses are laughing. I emailed them to say i want my money back they said 8% only i can have back! This website should be sues or complain. Fraud! And yes you're all right they just copy dresses and altered.

Got a dress with stain and faulty front. They offered me to go to local taylor and fix it. Then i wrote them fixing cost 50, dry clean 25. Didnt get answer for 5 days and sent email again. They told me that they can cover ~12 euros. Thats terrible. I do not recommend you this website at all. I need a new dress and spent for terrible dress a lot of money. Would love to add a picture here. Girls, be carefull! One month until wedding and i have no dress.

Ordering from this website is a torture. Don't invite stress and depression. If you want to cancel your wedding or ruin your special day then go ahead with shillas.

I ordered a dress which was so ill fit that it was a disaster and when i asked for exchange they denied completely.

Its clearly mentioned in their exchange and return policy that they will return or exchange a dress if i don't like it. But its all a bunch of lies. They are fake, rude and insensitive people. I have filed a consumer case on them and hope them to suffer. I had to cancel my wedding photo shoot because of their vulgar dress and they don't even care.
I curse the day when I ordered dress from them. I just wasted my 100 pounds.

I have ordered three dresses from This website that I thought the dress would be sent from UK not from China. Bridesmaid dresses that was ordered correct size but it came very small and very long. No exchange offered. Not refund made. Days to reply emails "Linda" first offered me refund after asking for the pictures showing the issue
Then saying that her manager mentioned that would refund only 8% of the money back. And never ever got back me. 8%? It's a joke. What am I going to do with the dresses? Does anyone advice me on how to report this website? I tried to do it but couldn't

Honestly, I don't know what I could say more than is already mentioned here. Like many other women, I was fulled by a photo on their website and ordered a dress that has nothing to do with the picture. I paid a lot of money and I don't think I will ever get it back as someone called Linda from Shillas.co.uk is trying to convince me that they mentioned we will not receive the ordered dress as it is a hand-sewn product and from here all these differences: different model, different style, different cut, different fabric and, of course, different COLOUR! HA HA HA! I emailed to Fraud Office UK and I suggest you to do the same, maybe someone takes action. Good luck in getting back your money.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE! The incredibly select few who got a decent dress, were given a bloody miracle by some spiteful god out there. I regret buying from this place one hundred percent. When it came i knew something was off. It wasn't a rag or cloth like some are suggesting. But what has really got me fuming was when i discovered that t was an actual scam, false advertising, fraud, copyright! It could be a million other thing, but i don't know about legal matters. I discovered that they had just copied a picture that they got from like google or something. They were "selling" a sherri hill designer dress. They enticed me into buying it with a picture of a beautiful dress, only to send me a cheap knockoff. Everything that i liked about the dress was different. I thought it just didn't fit me, so i wasted money on alterations. Little did i know it was a completely different dress to what i ordered. I spent too much money on it, and now i am not allowed to buy another prom dress. Now i have to wear it to my prom, which will absolutely be ruined since i am wearing a dress that i absolutely hate. I really wished i checked the reviews, but no i fell in love with the dress on the picture straight away. Never buy from this site! It is too risky, and they will steal your money. What they are doing is irrefutably criminal! Please everybody buy your dresses from a reputable place! Not this terrible site! I am so angry! I wish I could sue this place, since now i know so many others have been screwed over like me! This site needs to be taken down, all of its customers need refunds and the people responsible need consequences! They are taking advantage of unknowing women and doing it through hardly legal means. STAY AWAY FROM SHILLAS DRESSES!

After seeming they did beautiful dresses I look through some reviews and thought ok I'll give them a chance. I did a made to order dress which costs an extra £15 to receive a dress a month down the line that is not made to measure and is a size 10. I therefore am still in a battle with them for a refund as stated in there policy "return for a refund" and are saying they don't off returns. I am now stuck with a dress that doesn't fit my bridesmaid and £121 down which could of gone towards another dress that fits. I have been offered 5%, 10% and now 15% of my money back I have tried to be helpful even though this wasn't my mistake and asked for 30% at least and there still refusing. I think next step is to get in touch with trading standards. Please do not buy from them as you will loose out on your money.
