I waited 3 mo. For a "cardigan" type top. When I revived it after that time it was
Size 3 xxx it is at best a size medium. In American fit. I ordered 2 shirts. Both small the first one was a button up shirt. You could see thru it! The fabric was striped but material was like the cheap nite gown u can see thru. The cardigan open no buttons were over a top. The seams were open not sewn. And left to ravel. You could not wash this shirt it will unravel. Never can I trust a Cheep priced store they are from China and not for American sizes. Bad service and make it impossible to return cost more for return than to just toss in trash.
I got the wrong item in the post. They wouldn't issue refund. I posted the item back which cost 6 euro and they will not reimburse me. 23 emails and they act thick.
The clothing is not what is pictured. It took 3 months to arrive. Then, A large women's sweater looks like a child large. The clothing is cheaply made as my bottom up shirt was sewn together in the front by mistake. They have refused to refund my money even though I spent $67 dollars to send it back to China. This is a waste of money.
Still waiting for my order and getting the run around everytime i contact them it is a different excuse why i haven't received my order they try and give me a coupon to make up for it i dont want a coupon because i will never order from this company again
I ordered september 25 th and still waiting for my clothes. The tracking number they gave me never actually worked when I emailed them many time they said its the china post website that takes a long time to update. Well after 2 montha it still doesnt work. Then they said one of my item was backorder and will refund me. Also 2 months and no refund have been made. They basically just stole my money. I am gonna call visa tommorow and get a full refund. I ll never order from china again
Its a total scam. They advertise and accept payment for items they dont have in stock and then give you the run around when you start asking questions. Then they will try to offer you a refund of only part of the total you spent. If you say no they will ask you several times more before they will actully give you mailing address where to send them for a refund. Or they just stop replying to your inquiries. They do not accept refunds. They say they do but they make it so incredibly difficult to refund things it will cost you more to send it back then what you paid for the items. They force you to use slow mailing companys so that the item will take more than 30 days to reach them. Then they say it was too late for refund. They keep your money and the returned item. Website advertises "easy refunds if for any reason you are not completely satisfied" Total LIE!
Clothes have an odor, and are very poorly mirrored generics. If you want to throw away your monies, this is a great way to go.
At you see. The folks at sherop are writing their own reviews on here. The broken English is a dead giveaway. They will take your money and 2 or 3 months later you will receive the cheapest quality and material that should be thrown out. Not even good doe cleaning rags. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews at the top. It's a total scam.
The items I ordered still haven't come and I ordered in July! I try to speak with them and they send the same email over and over! Very frustrating and bad customer service! Now I just want my money back!
Placed an order for 5 items at the end of July 2018, full payment taken from my debit card 3 days after ordering. I finally got 1 item around September 15 with a packing slip saying the other 4 items were "out of stock". I emailed their customer service and they began by trying to offer me 'coupons' in the amount of my refund, to get me to buy other items. When I repeatedly refused and demanded a refund they finally agreed on 9/24 and said it would take 10-15 business days to appear on my original card. It is now 10/26 and still no refund just constant excuses of "system maintenance" etc... and needing more time. The one item I got was a paper thin sweater, horribly made. ***SCAM - DON'T ORDER FROM SHEROP***
This stuff is crap! I ordered from one called luvyl and it's the same company! Do not fall for this! Terrible quality, and took forever! Looks NOTHING like the picture! Check reviews on these on line clothing company's!
