Worst service i have ever experienced! I ordered 5 dresses in Jan/19 for our holiday Feb/19 b/c Sherop advertised I would have my order with 5-7 days... WRONG! When I did not receive my order before my holiday, I cancelled to find it, it had not even been processed. I received my order in Mar/19, the quality of the dresses was cheap, inadequate and tacky! I immediately returned them which cost me just about half of what the order cost me, at my expense! I received several different emails, stringing a line of bulls hit and NEVER did receive my refund! Now I cannot even signin and no one is returning my numerous emails. This company is a SCAM, LIERS AND THEIEVES, do not order from them, save your money and the anguish

I was so excited about ordering these clothes. Made a big order... super cute stuff (according to the pictures!)... very cheap prices (should've been my first clue). Took forever to get. When I finally did get them, it was a huge box of crap. No joke! The clothes were nothing like the pictures! Didn't fit, terribly made, couldn't figure out how some of it even buttoned (nothing lined up right). I had a pregnant cat about to give birth and used it all for her soft bedding. Once she had the babies, I threw the clothes in the trash and used the rest of my order to provide nice new bedding for the sweet kittens. In the end, it all went in the trash. Don't waste your money!

I received my order and immediately saw that the clothes were of inferior quality. They were cheap and poorly made, nothing like they look in their ads. I contacted them and asked to return the items (I also never received a couple of items I paid for). They tried to tell me I could keep the clothes and they would give me a very small percentage in refund. I did not want the clothes, even if they were free and knew I would just throw them away so I insisted that I wanted to return the items. They gave me an address in China but then sent a different address in California. They told me to to include a list of my returned items and asked me to send the tracking number, which I did. After a month or so, I contacted them to ask when I would receive my refund and I got no response so I contacted PayPal, since I went through them to pay, thinking it was more secure, after all, they promise that my purchase is guaranteed protected. They opened a dispute but without even contacting me, they decided n favor of Sherop, saying I had failed to return the items to China. I contacted paypal and provided this information (attached), showing that Sherop had given me a California address to return the items and proof that the items were sent to that address and received by a human being on that end. Paypal did nothing to reopen the dispute. I have had no recourse to get my money back. I will review this company as many times as I can because I do not want anyone else to be ripped off by this awful company. DO NOT waste your money on their clothing. You will be disappointed and you will lose your money.

I ordered some shirts & when they came I realized that they were the poorest quality garments that I have ever seen. When I emailed to find out about returning them, the customer service girl told me that it would probably cost me more to return them than the cost of the garments & that I should probably give them away as gifts (gag gifts maybe). I sent them back for a refund (they rec'd them over 6 weeks ago) and I have been emailing them for my refund. I should have looked at reviews before I ordered. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks for the refund to go through once they rec'd the garments back... I don't like being lied to.

I ordered a blouse on 3/17/19 and today is 4/22/19 and I have not received it. Tried to contact the company and after filling out their form three times it would not post my inquiry by each time saying "Code Invalidation". I have contacted Paypal and disputed the charge that was made on 3/17/19 letting them know I have been unable to contact the company and I want my charge credited back to me.
If I could I would give it less than one star. Buyer's beware.

The quality of the clothing is nothing like the images. Thin nasty material, poor quality stitching and ill-fitting. Replies to emails takes days and there is little chance of getting a package back to China within 30 days, and then, they need to receive it. What hope is there of that do you think? Don't waste your time or money on this company. I went against what I tell my kids to do (don't buy clothes online) as I thought the clothes looked lovely online. Never again. Buy Local. Mad with myself!

I placed an order long before a trip over to Europe. Never shipped until after I left.
The items were cute enough but as some of the other reviews I read, they must be made for Asian women or another origin or smaller women as my items were too small for me. I ordered large thinking at least if they were too big I could do the alterations on them. I looked at packing details but nothing of anything about the company shows up so rather than send back and try to get a refund, which seems pretty sketchy, I'll pass them on to my daughter. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They are the cheapest crappy shoes I've seen in a long time. Garage sale or donating them.
I will never order from them again!

Received a shirt that was so defective you wanna know why they even put it in the bag I waited 2 1/2 months for it contacted the company back-and-forth with them for two weeks and they told me to send it back minus my shipping and handling I would be getting a dollar back I'll use it for a dust rag please beware don't do it

Low quality. Clothes you receive are nothing like those in the photos. It takes MONTHS to receive your order - and then in several shipments. Impossible to decipher their tracking system. Terrible returns policy. I've been talking to several customer service reps via email who clearly do not speak English. They refuse to give me the returns address and a return authorization number. It's been a joke dealing with them and I'll probably never get my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists
