This is the first time I've purchased from this site and I couldn't be happier. The shirts and their online shop is excellent. The postage was prompt, The fit of the shirt is excellent, the silk flows beautifully but isn't too translucent so I can wear it to work without a slip (I chose a blue colour). It's a very flattering shape. I measured another shirt prior to purchase to ensure it would fit well and bought a small, it's true to size for me. I'm planning on getting every colour and pattern now!
I had to email 3 people before I got a real response about a top that was suppose to be medium but looked like a 5 year old could fit in it. When I finally got a response I sent it back to the return address on the package, and they said that wasn't the correct address. I finally got it back in the mail as return to sender then had to mail it back again, I paid for shipping both times and paid for shipping to receive it. When I said I was told I would get an extra $4 back which wasn't even the cost of one shipment. They had no clue what I was talking about because I talked to so many representatives they didn't know. When I was a dollar off what I said the price was of the item plus 4 dollars the representative was a smart $#*! and said you will find I'm right. Wow poor customer service so I told them they should think about all the shipping I paid for, and as a professional could have not responded as a child. I was unhappy with communication skills now I find their representatives are also rude. Have class and make better products if that's how the representatives are allowed to talk to customers
Sherop was great. I was really scared of ordering this gorgeous dress that I really liked, some of the reviews were really scary, but my dress arrived without a hitch and swiftly. The dress was as described and fitted me absolutely perfectly. I will definitely order something else again.

I placed an order from Canada for three items on October 24th, 2018. As of today I have still not received anything. Through Facebook Messenger I would contact them... yes it has been delivered, we lost your order, we have to send it again, it was delivered again, you must have received it. These were all lies.
I will never order from Sherop ever again... and u shouldn't either.
They take your money and don't VC delivery. Be cautious. They operate under lots of different names in China but sell out of the same address. Don't be fooled.
I ordered several items over 125 dollars and they keep telling me it was delivered after one email said backorder, I just got taken and have many emails to prove it. They are computer generated messages.
This is best place to buy a good products of good qualities and reliable. Though anytime I make order it seems like it's not the best but when I got the goods they are the best of all. I like it.
I ordered 3 tops from Sherop and it's taking forever to get all three items in. Today I received the 2nd top and was extremely disappointed, again, in the quality of it. It looks like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Second-rate stuff! Since the 3rd top is the same as the 2nd, I know without seeing it that I won't be happy with it either. I've sewn all my life and the quality of their work is pitiful. Ordered December 1st, just received the second top and today is January 3rd.
I ordered a sweater jacket and it is nothing like the item on the website other than the print. The one I received is about 2 times shorter in length than the website. In fact, it's not much of a jacket at all. Where did all the fabric go?

The sizing of clothing is not consistent. Quality of most of the clothing was cheap. Easy to order but almost impossible to get it in a timely manner. I ordered in the 1st of Dec. And only a couple of items have been delivered. Waiting on rest of items and it is now Jan 3rd so I can ship this crap back and never order from Sherop again! Beyond frustrated
Perfect fit... and comfortable. I'll be ordering the purple. Love this dress, however it fits really large. I highly recommend going down a size when ordering, but I love, love, love this item! It fits comfortable, long and flowing just as shown in the dream!
Do not order from this company! They are a scam! I ordered a poncho on Oct 27th, 2018 and it is Dec 27 and I have to gotten it yet AND I have emailed them several time about a refund and they keep giving me the run around about my order! I am contacting the Attorney General to see if there are any other complaints regarding this company and if so, possibly filing a class action law suit!

My cousin was suggest me that sherop is best for us and I was thinking that he is joking because I have no believe on online shopping store but now I change my thinking after shopping from sherop
I ordered a top from Sherop in early October and three weeks later I still hadn't received notification of it shipping, so I emailed the company. They responded quite promptly telling me the item was no longer available and to pick something else. So I swapped the item and waited another three weeks, still no notification of shipping. I then wrote and asked them to refund my money, which they said they would do.
It's now mid December and still no refund. Don't waste your money with them!

They take your order, chg your credit card then buy material to make a poor imitation of what you ordered.
I am not even sure how this is legal. The items I received are nothing like the clothes on the website. What a waste of time and money.
Items were SO not as pictured. Do not buy from them. You can see what I ordered versus what I got! Pitiful. Spent $10 to return and they said I'd get refunded. Let's hope. This experience is an online shopping eye opener for me. I hate shopping at stores much but returning and refunds via online stuff is getting to be a hassle and time consuming.
Pathetic merchandise! Save your money! No tags indicating size, material or cleaning instructions. Pictures are not good representation of their products! Forget getting a refund. Supposedly will exchange... you will not want the exchange. I am out $85.52. Report this company for what they are. A huge SCAM!
