I had to choose one star in order to move forward but they deserve none. Worst customer service ever. This business ships food so they should know how to package with care. I ordered cookies for my daughter's wedding, they arrived completely smashed although the box was not. These cookies were cake like cookies that I have mailed, myself, from NY to NM and with a bit of "care" in packing, these cookies always arrive in beautiful condition. It was obvious that this company tried to smash the 8 boxes of cookies into one box that was too small for the shipment which destroyed the cookies before they were even forwarded for shipping, then they refer you to their shipping policy, and to the shipping company to file your complaint. They take no responsibility because they have a "shipping policy" that talks about the shipping of food products. I was told that the cookies are still edible so they take no responsibility for their condition. You may has well set your $$ on fire rather than order from this place. They take no care nor pride in the packing of the goods and should not be blaming the shipping company for their issues. - A bit of further info regarding the plastic containers these cookies come in: they are like a plastic bubble that surrounds each individual cookie keeping them separated from each other. As you can see in the photos, many of the cookie tops are smashed and this is due to the severe pressing down of one plastic container onto the other. The packer used that "give" in the plastic packaging to smash down the containers to close the shipping box. I obviously could not put these cookies out at my daughter's wedding. Some other poor customer service issues were that I never received any communication that my order was shipped nor did I receive any tracking data. I am just sorry that I didn't not look into reviews before placing my order as I found many many of the same poor reviews similar to mine regarding shipping of food items and lack of care in packaging.

Service and product is consistently good. Never any issues and product arrives timely no delays. Great Prices!

Happy with my order. Ordered some of my favorite Keebler cookies which are so difficult to find online. Fast Delivery & packaged well!

This company charged me for three items, but only sent two. They have not responded to my requests for either one more item to complete the order, or a partial refund. Six weeks now, not a single response. I have read since many reviews calling this company thieves or worse.

3 weeks and multiple emails later, no order received and not one response. Give it up, people, and close down. This company is obviously run by incompetent folks. Do NOT bother ordering anything from them. Denying cc charge.

Worst company ever to deal with…. Took forever to get a response from customers service about damaged products I received from them due to poor packaging with no insulation, and when they finally did respond they offered me 15% of my purchase price back as a refund! When I wouldn't accept that they tried to pass the blame onto the carrier and told me to contact them, when they are not to blame whatsoever! Been over a month now and still haven't heard back!
Still no refund on my in-edible purchase, not even offered a replacement! STAY AWAY

This is a very poor seller and please don't buy from them. This summer I ordered $41 worth of Dark Chocolate from them. Instead of shipping it in a proper shipping sleeve to prevent melting, they shoved it in a bag and it all melted. I contacted the three times before they responded with the poor response of "send us a picture". We photograghed the melted chocolate and sent them the picture. Another several emails and a case opened by paypal they offered to send me my money back on two bags of melted garbage I threw away. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS!

I have been trying to contact shel health for nearly 2 weeks now regarding my order that was damaged and returned by ups. I've sent several emails and called with no response. Shel
Health has not refunded my order or sent me out a new one and they have not returned any of my calls or emails.

Was amazed by the size of the catalog - so many products to choose from. Ordered some breakfast cereal and it arrived on time. Although packaging could be better...

I am so disappointed. Ordered two boxes of Pamleries and they are stall. Absolutely no crunch to them at all.

A one star review is one too many as they don't deserve even that. Ordered 2 pumpkin spice coffee k-cup 12 packs. Paid for priority mail, ie. 2 day. Shipping cost almost as much as the product itself! It has now been 11 days since order placed and site still shows fulfilling. Trying to blame delays on covid, which in itself at this point is a joke and a poor excuse. Billed my paypal IMMEDIATELY. Sent an e-mail stating either ship it or give me a refund. That was 3 days ago, received a email reply about the covid nonsense. Still no refund or shipping. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys!
