Do not waste your money ordering from this sham of a company. Still waiting on products, lame excuses, won't refund. Save your money and go elsewhere! I had to give 1 star as 0 wasn't an option
Six months and still nothing, I am told there might be delays due to COVID, and my parcel is ready to go; they need to have it collected. Total scammers and no refund policy. What a joke and how is this even legal? Save your money and time; go somewhere else. I mean, they offered me a store credit? Why would I take credit to spend it on something else which I know will never be sent?
Total waste of time and money, items ordered in march, customer service said it was in transit but nothing has arrived nearly 5 months later!
Do not buy from them I have no idea how they can get away with it!
I was influenced by tiktok to place an order for two pairs of sweatpants back in January. Looking back this was definitely the worst purchase of my life. It has been 7 MONTHS and my order has still not been delivered. I have emailed the support team multiple times to receive the same response every time. They say that there are covid delays and that my order is a preorder. I completely understand these delays but it doesn't take more than half a year to ship one product. There is also zero information on the shipping page, giving me no clue as to where my package is. Would not recommend to anyone
I ordered $130 worth of clothing in November of 2021 - it is July of 2022 and still nothing! Won't return funds already sent and they keep saying it's shipped and no tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Terrible. Waited weeks for it to come after 2 months I went to check the website and poof it disappeared 18 dollars wasted! Ordered in May 2022 and it is now July 1st
After over a yr of refusing to refund the rest of my order and lying about when it was being shipped someone finally just resent the package so now I have items I don't want or need anymore after 13 months. Plus the bag design came with a scuff on it. Save your time frustration and money and don't buy from here for the love of god.
I bought the Take Me To Rio dress in purple back in January because it just looked so pretty. They sent me an email saying the order was shipped on 26 January. The last update I got was on 11 February. Its 7 June and I still have not received my order. I would have fallen for the 'international shipping delayed to COVID 19' excuse if I had not gone online to read reviews and realised other people's experiences match mine. The Royal Mail tracking number they gave me for my order was fake, it doesn't work on the Royal Mail website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I haven't gotten an update once and I haven't gotten my order and it's been half a year plus every time I ask for a refund they refuse to give me one amd tell me it's just a delay through COVID which is no legit for 6 months pls do not order from there it's a scam!

(For reference: Ordered items shipping from China on the same date as ordering from Shekou and came in 1 week - no shipping/courier issues.)

I ordered two items 11-1-21. It's been over 5 months. They keep saying "rest assured it's on its way." They send tracking and nothing is found. They will not refund me and I never received my items.
Never received item after months of back and forth with customer service (If that's what I have to call it). Said that item shipped and provided a tracking number that doesn't even exist according to UPS. I believe they just scam people out of money and never ship goods. Do not order!
This might be the worst company to ever buy something from. Purchased 3 pack bundle of sweatpants for my daughter over 4 months ago. Sti have yet to see product or even been able to talk to anyone. Tracking they provide shows nothing. The relies to emails just explain long timelines and no help. When asked Tom provide customer contact number never a reply. Will not refund money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
My granddaughter wanted some items from this so called company for Christmas. I ordered the items October 2021, now it is almost April 2022. Just like the others on here they sent an email saying they shipped it. Then nothing, no items and no response from the emails I sent. Don't order from them. I guess I just gave them money
Ordered from them back in October of 2021. Said it should take 8 weeks at most due to covid, I can understand that. So by the time it had been over 2 months, I emailed nicely asking for updates for my order updates. Only received a generic "long shipping can be frustrating but just wait" email, that had no specific details on my package. Waited until February to email again asking that I know the location of my order or I will want a refund. Got the same tracking number which led me to the USPS page saying my tracking number had expired :| waited 1 more month until I decided to go to my bank and dispute the charge for my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service and you won't receive your package, so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
2 months, no items, claims that the order was shipped but no tracking number. No response from company.
Do not give your money.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and headaches. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS! I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans on August 7th, 2021. Today is January 12,2022. Still no pants. They sent me an email on Dec 3 with shipping info. When tracking the package through USPS and the SHOP app it says there is no information, which means the package has not been shipped. They basically lied. I've been corresponding with them via e-mail for 4 months now about these jeans. Their "consolation" for not sending the jeans was to offer a free pair of crappy $2 earrings. I don't want your earrings. I want the freaking pants I ordered or a full refund to my credit card. I don't want store credit because I will never receive the items I order with the credit. If I could rate them negative 100 stars, I would. Don't shop with them.
Most important they do not refund, only credit notes!
Next most important the customer pays the return postage, from the uk that was £14.90 which was only a pound less than the item cost!
Next important point is it doesn't matter how polite they make their customer service emails they don't answer any questions or resolve anything!
Lastly their sizing is inconsistent so you can't guarantee you won't have to send anything back (see point about cost!) and after 2 wears the joggers we kept developed weird lines on the material so now don't look as nice so quality is an issue.
I'm getting nowhere with Shekou and won't chose to shop there again.
Oh yes and you wait months for these items in the first place

I am a very avid shopper and I understand when company's shipping is behinf but this store just isn't it. It has absolutely the worst customer service possible. I ordered an item in July it is currently December, and I still haven't recieved anything. If you are thinking about purchasing from this store just don't they are a scam and you won't receive your product. They said they can give you store credit back as a refund. In my opinion that isn't worth it because to buy something again from them and it won't come in who would want that?
