Just like all these other reviews, I placed an order in 2022 and never received it. It wasn't cheap and I was really excited about my products. It's 2023. Never got it. Tried to contact them multiple times, commented on their Instagram, reported them, etc and nothing happened. I'm shocked they're still up on the Internet. They should be taken down immediately. They've accumulated thousands of dollars from young vulnerable women without paying a cent of product. I let it go a while ago but seeing these reviews made me angry again. I worked hard for that money and should have received what I paid for.

Since late July of last year, I have been reaching out constantly for a dispute. No tracking information, no replies. Super disappointed and dissatisfied as I had spent a lot of money on this order.)):

I ordered sweatpants from this company around a year and a half ago and have countlessly attempted to get in contact with customer service but have been ignored over my complaints. It is ridiculous to ignore, block and scam someone out of a product. I have still yet to receive my product and don't plan on receiving it either.

I bought sweatpants for a Christmas gift back in November of 2022. It is now almost July 2023 and I still have not received them and they will not return my money. Do not buy from them. They are a scam!

My daughter ordered two preorder items a year ago and she has yet to receive them. Their customer service is non existent. She had ordered before and received them. Funny how they block the comments on Instagram and Facebook. Beware!

I placed my order July, 2022 for my vacation and ordered express shipping to ensure it would come. Soon a month passed, then five, then a year passed. I emailed them tons of times with them replying it'll come soon theres just some delays. A year is pathetic and I wouldn't recommend this brand to anybody. My status on shop.com says they don't have an order number. This shop is terrible and a scam. I'm out over $60 now. Don't buy from them.

This brand totally gets us young ladies and our fashion game. Sure, there were a few bumps in the road, like some delays and USPS losing my package, but let me tell you, the clothes I finally got my hands on were absolutely incredible!

Now, the quality of Shekou's clothes? Mind-blowing, my friend! When I unboxed my goodies, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. The materials used were top-notch, and you could tell they put a lot of love into making their clothes feel and look incredible. It's clear that Shekou takes pride in delivering clothes that not only make you look amazing but also last through countless fashion adventures.

Okay, so the shipping situation wasn't exactly smooth sailing. There were some delays, and USPS definitely dropped the ball by misplacing my package. But here's the thing: Shekou's customer service was seriously on fire! They were super responsive and took quick action to sort everything out. Their commitment to making sure I was a satisfied customer made all the difference and turned a potential headache into a positive experience.

Just thought I'd share how a managed to get a refund back from this terrible business after almost a year from placing my pre-order. Although their "pre-order policy" claimed that they did not issue refunds (which by the way is no longer anywhere on their site...), it is illegal for business to deny a request for refund if they have failed to actually provide the service in the first place. I.e they can only deny refund for change of minds, but cannot deny refunds if they haven't even sent you the clothes at all. This is highlighted under the Australian and New Zealander consumer laws.

After many back and forth emails, I just told them that my lawyer and I would like a copy of their "pre-order policy" since it was gone from the site, and re-iterated the information above. They sent me a refund the next day. Hope this helps!

Ordered and did not receive items for over a year. Customer service was a nightmare; I got rare and unhelpful responses, and never got tracking info that worked. I filed a chargeback and they're now fighting it aggressively. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Spent $60 on some stuff i wanted for a trip in three months. That was over a year ago. Still nothing. Not even a tracking order.

My Daughter attempted to purchase $99.60 worth of clothing Jan 24,2022. She began to contact Shekou and they claimed must wait. After being frustrated at no customer care, she asked me to chase it up. I wrote three times and they claimed by June 2022 that their manufacturing company had delays. Still nothing by 5th March 23. This company are just scammers! Stay clear. They will be reported to NZ Govt agency handling fair trading. I don't even want them to get 1 star but this site demands that.

I placed an order in May 2022. It is coming up on a year and I still do not have my order. They keep blaming it on "Covid-19 in China and its impact on manufacturing and distribution, as well as the Chinese New Year." When I inquire about my order it takes forever to get a response. Save your money and order elsewhere. They refuse to give a refund.

If you should dispute your order, they will ask you many times over to close it in order to help you. I disputed my purchase with the bank because I had attempted contact MONTHS after only buying the "Up in The Air" Pants. They did not get back to me, that is until i contacted my bank. Suddenly there was "an influx in orders and emails and we are doing our best to get back to you. Please refer to the FAQ for more information." I reviewed the FAQ long before contacting them. When they finally responded, they said they cannot change an address (which i had to move from emergently for a personal situation and it had been far too long anyway), and that they cannot offer refunds "as I accepted their terms and conditions at the time of purchase."
I ripped them a new one in one of my emails, and otherwise emphasized that this is a 2 way deal, in which they are failing to fulfill their side. I had accepted the terms and conditions per the time frame of retrieval they had initially provided, which was going to be MAX 2 months. Over the next few months we went back and forth, with them saying i need to close the chargeback before they can send my item. They tried to throw in some free earrings in after FINALLY allowing me to change my address on the order, and ultimately it was intriguing but I reinforced that if they don't have an accurate ETA or even know around when they should arrive, that it's not worth waiting. Eventually the bank allowed me my money back, so it had been cancelled and concluded.

They seem to look legit, with over a million (likely) bought followers on tiktok and verification. But with a quick google search or even TIKTOK search, you will discover that no one is getting their order in a timely manner. It really sucks because they have the cutest clothing listed, but if u can find the items anywhere else, do it.
Shekou is based in New Zealand if i remember correctly. On their website they state that they will win any bank disputes if someone should try, which looks shady in and of itself. Ultimately, this was my mistake for not researching the brands/dropshippers before attempting a purchase. Now I will check any store name i don't immediately recognize. I hope this will be helpful to anyone else. I have blocked out any of my personal info in the screenshots, but I'd like to provide receipts of some of my conversation with them. I left out a few besides the essential but ultimately there were about 12-13 emails that took place over the course of 4 months. Maybe it's not that serious but I'd prefer not to be scammed.

This is the worst company ever! I ordered sweat pants in 2021 and received an email in April of 2022 saying my order was delayed. I still have not received my product. I have been in touch with their customer service. They offered to refund the $15 tip since it's been nearly a year and one pair of pants since they are no longer in stock however, they will not reimburse the full product and cancel the order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware!

I ordered 100 dollars worth of clothes in august, its march THEY STILL HAVENT COME. Anytime i write them they say that theyre facing some delays.

This company doesn't exist. It takes your money and then nothing, no responses to emails and no items ever arrive. Steer well clear.

This website is a scam! Stay far away. They will tell you that they've received your order and never ship it. Then when you try to get them to refund you, you'll be sent into a bot system where you only receive generic replies and never get your money back. We placed an order on 7/28/2022, and on 1/14/2023 asked for a refund since it has not been received. They immediately marked the item as shipped but refuse to provide a tracking number. I'm having to file a complaint with my credit card company and complete a mound of paperwork just to get the money refunded back to me. STAY FAR AWAY!

We placed an order on August 1,2022, our credit card was immediately charged. But, the merchandise never arrived after multiple attempts to get an ETA. After 6 months of waiting for the order to ship, we had to file a fraudulent dispute with a credit card in order to get $ credited. As mentioned, we attempted contacting the merchant NUMEROUS times but it was extremely difficult and frustrating to get them to respond. PLEASE be careful merchant is not the most trusting and reliable.

Ordered 3 pairs of pants December 2021 and still have not received anything other than standard "delays in shipping" emails. DO NOT ORDER from this store.

August 2022. And now it's February 2023. No merchandise. Response from customer service. I'm sorry. High demand, back ordered, no refund or choose something else. And no way to choose another item. Horrible company!
