SCAM! Please do not buy from this store it is so incredibly illegal. I bought a $60 set 6 MONTHS ago. I got a message 2 weeks later saying it was "shipped" (after I emailed them asking for an update) and then they would not reply to the rest of my emails. I've gotten no response other then a computer generated message saying "reply rate are around 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS" AND another computer generated message later saying "they are experiencing delays". There are NO valid reason for these "delays" and I don't expect to ever receive this set unfortunately. They refuse refunds and have just stolen money. I'm praying someone does some legal action towards them because this is a joke. Do not give your money away to these people. All of these 5 star ratings are computer generated or they are being paid to write these reviews because they are all lies. Please don't be gullible and buy from these frauds.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered in June 2022. I still do not have my order 7 months later. They keep giving me the run around about delays with manufacturing. They took my money and refuse to refund me.

All they do is make excuses. My shipment was supposed to go out last August it is now the end of January and no package. All they do is give you excuses. Horrible customer service that doesn't resolve anything. I want my money back.

Ordered clothes for my granddaughter in April 2022, never received them despite emailing them for months & is now January 2023. Each time was given apologies & told they will be shipped but they never were. Asked for tracking number but was never given this either. Terrible customer service & took my money but never got my order. They don't deserve even a one star. Never buying from them again & would recommend everyone stay clear of this under handed deceitful company.

I have experienced the same service! This company is an entire scam! They told me different reasons every single time for why my order has not arrived. It has been almost a year! I spent a little over $500 for my daughters school clothes and have received nothing from my order. I'm gathering other customers who have been scammed as well for a lawsuit. Never buy on this page. My daughter bought two sweatpants and they never arrived. First they told her that was a preorder and that's why was delayed, then because of the pandemic. In short, they never arrived and stole his money.

I purchased clothes almost a year ago and have yet to receive them. When I asked for help, NOTHING. Waste of money and energy spent trying to get anything back. They are a bad business. I only hope others stop buying from them so they can have a dose of well-deserved karma.

Disgusting company. Ordered in March 2022 and still not received. Don't respond and don't offer refunds. In June A2022 they said my order has been shipped, in August they said it was back to being manufactured, how does that make any sense? Have been emailing them frequently asking for an explanation and only get automated emails back or the offer for free earrings - which didn't answer my questions.

Can't reply to emails but can be sat on tiktok working to scam more people! Also don't post their phone number so you cannot report them to trading standards (UK).

Keep your hard earned money and don't waste your time on such a poor company.

I ordered August a package of over $100 and I've yet to revive any update on it being deliveries and they have not answered any of my emails.

I "pre-Ordered" a set of three sweatpants in November 2021 for my daughter as a Christmas present. Site said 6 weeks or so for pre-orders so I assumed that they would be a bit late. L began emailing customer service in late January and have done so at least once a month since then. It is now July of 2022. I get the same response each time - it's not their fault and they are at the mercy of shipping and mail providers. Unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID at the beginning of the year and now my bank can't charge back. This is just so disappointing. I can absorb the cost of this but I think scam companies like this use platforms to entice young people to waste their money and they most likely don't have enough
UPDATE: Now almost September 2022 and still nothing. No more response to emails, no product, and no refund. They are thieves operating under a business name.
UPDATE 2:12/30/22 - I have never received the product I ordered over a year ago. My most recent emails requesting a refund have gone unanswered. The tracking number now goes to a message saying I need to contact the shipper as it is invalid.

I bought from this company nearly 8 months ago (late March 2022). They are a terrible company. I thought that I was getting cute sustainable clothing for a decent price, however I was not. Do not believe the lies on TikTok, Instagram, etc. Those people are often sponsered ambassadors. Eventually I sent them an email in August after deciding that it was taking far too long for my order to be shipped. After they had promised for non pre-order items would ship out in 5-10 business days. They told me they could not refund or cancel the order and that I would just have to wait for however long it would take them to acutally get the product to me. So again I waited. I really at this point did not want the clothing, my style had completely changed and the clothes didn't really appeal to me anymore. I also had heard that the quality (when people acutally recieved their orders) was not good. I eventually sent another email recently in November 2022 and they told me that because of their refund policy they did not have to give me a refund. After reseaching their refund policy which is heavily based off of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, their refund policy and I quote is,We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase so please choose carefully.The sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act, as such we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act." So I looked up the Consumer Guarentees Act and studied it. If you read the act, Shekou clearly breaches several points of the act. I wrote a very informed and angry email to them, explaining how their company had many violations, as well as screenshots proving my points. I also added that if they did not give me a refund, I would involve my lawyer. This seemed to scare them enough to give me a refund. If you are struggling to get a refund on some unwanted clothes, I just would tell you to read up on the Consumer Guarantees Act, and threaten to involve a lawyer (even if you actually don't have one, at least yet). This company digusts me and I hope that they go out of business soon so they will stop stealing money from innocent people. And I guess if you really want the clothes just wait, from what I've seen they might eventually get to you. In about a year or more. Here is an example of what I emailed the company. "According to the refund policy of Shekou company if the Consumer Guarantees Act is breached the company is required to refund the purchase. As agreed when I purchased the product the product was supposed to be shipped/ processed in 5-10 business days. That has not happened. In fact it has been a long time since I purchased the clothing (nearly 7 months). The Consumer Guarantees Act states that if the product does not arrive on time, within the agreed period, or within a reasonable time (if no delivery time is agreed) the consumer is allowed to reject the product and claim a remedy (refund). It also says in the Consumer Guarantees Act if there was not a specified time that the clothing should be made or shipped out, it should be within the time frame that it usually takes for a product to be made and arrive to the customer. I have researched and contacted several businesses to figure out the general time frame of how long it takes to manufacture clothing and most have come to around 1-2 months from start to finish. As you can see from the attached screenshots. As it has been 7 months, the time frame that has been established has been unkept and drawn out. I have tried to be patient and wait for the products to eventually arrive, but seeing how that has not happened I want my hard earned money back. If you do not issue a refund, I will involve my lawyer. This company breaches the Consumer Guarantees Act so badly that I'm surprised it's been in business for so long."

This site said nothing about "Pre-Orders" and when we inquired multiple times the shipping data gets longer and longer. Now being told No REFUNDS. Beware my 13 year old found these on Tik Tok. It is a scam.

I placed a preorder in JUNE, it's now December…I've emailed at least 10 times, most responses were an auto-response…The ones that were from a human keep telling me the same thing " Unfortunately, our manufacturing company are facing some delays with producing some pre order items within their estimated timeframe. Please understand that our team are doing their very best to finish these items off as soon as possible, at great quality to. We are so sorry for any inconveniences the delays may of caused you and thank you so much for your patience throughout these hard times.

Our team do expect these items to be restocked within the next couple of weeks!"

6 months later I finally disputed the charges with my bank and have reported them to the BBB. Do not buy from this horrible company!

I'm going to get down to point don't buy here at all check reviews from here not the actual website thing reviews are fake followers on platforms are fake infract I did some digging on the person who own the company has been known to scam ppl out of money if you don't want to be scammed out of 40 euro like I was and never a received an order that was supposed to come a year ago I wouldn't order from here be very vigilant pay close attention some reviews on the shopping website are very similar cause there all fake I am really pissed because my mum was trying to get something nice for me with the little hard earned money she gets and they never got my order I cant express how upset I am SHEKOUISASCAM

It would be 0 stars if possible. After like the 3 month period, I started to email them. They kept saying give it two weeks or so. Eventually I asked for a refund, and lucky surprise, they don't do refunds! They offered free earrings, and I said I'll take it. It is completely unacceptable for a company to do this. It's been over a full year since I ordered on Black Friday. It's December of the following year. Terrible service. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans.

Not sure what to write here exactly but I'm happy with everything. Only giving 4 stars though because shipping took AGES. However once it arrives I was very happy
