I have ordered from Shein four times and I have never been disappointed. They send out emails for free shipping often, so when they do I take advantage of that! Always read the reviews about the item you are wanting to order. That helps with knowing what size to get and the quality of the item.
I'm starting to get irritated because I have not received my items after purchasing it a moth ago. I paid a lot of money for it and was expecting great service. I do not recommend buying from Shein if you're South African.
I ordered a faux leather waterfall jacket size was huge. It looked more like a bin liner. Really poor quality & didn't look like the one I ordered..

I have had to rate Shein one star because I didn't have the option to rate no stars. I bought 3 items on 23th of January and they still haven't been delivered, it's now the 17th of Feb! The tracker stated on 05/02/200 that the order is in Hong Kong and it hasn't moved since. I've tried live chat to speak with someone and sent a message but cannot get in with contact anyone! From looking at the reviews, this happens a lot, I should have read these first. Do NOT order from this site!

I bought a pajama set for Valentine's Day back on January 27th. It is now the day before Valentine's Day (double the shipping expectation). I never get updates it hasn't had a delivery scan done in ages and this is so frustrating for a 9$ set of pajamas. Not worth it.

I still don't think it is really worth it to shop here given the issues I've had as well as other similar issues others have had. The only redeeming quality was that the US customer service responded to my review and contacted me very quickly. They refunded my purchase that never showed up and gave me some shein points valuing roughly 10$. I still would not shop here unless you're willing to have the possibility of waiting nearly a month for your purchase to never show up.

I ordered lots of items from SHEIN Canada each showed as $11 cad or $12. Cad I find the price reasonable until I checked my credit card and noticed that they charged my card twice more than what it's was showing in the website. I contacted them and asked to fix the price. The people are in China and they were not helpful at all. I do not suggest buying from this website because the price is not clear. Also I had to pay custom at the end which added to the price that I paid. I was not expecting that because simply I assumed I'm shopping a Canadian website. Be careful with the company and prices.

Although Shein's website is not very helpful, neither the customer services, I was able to track my package via sitejabber and another US review page. I received my clothes after 8 weeks and had to use sitejabber to track it until the end as the Shein website updates are not very helpful. It was a very stressful exercise, but I do love my clothes and the quality is excellent.

This is my worst experience in online shopping, the order took 2 months to get delivered where it was suppose to be delivered in 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order and they didn't allow me. Bad customer service you can only contact them via email and the take too long to get back to you. I don't recommend it at all. This company will bankrupt soon if they keep doing that.

My top arrived in a timely manner, was as pictured, well-made, and at a great price. However, the sizing was off. I am a size 4, and ordered the Large, because the top appeared clingy/tight on the model. When it arrived, it appeared to be a US size small. Even though it is still clingier/tighter than I'd like, I am not planning on returning it.
No customer service phone number no customer service email no return instructions sent with any of the products so they basically just steal your money and they are thousands of miles away and they don't care

My co-worker ordered from Shein and was very happy with her order, which arrived within a week. I submitted an order on January 22 and after I hit submit, something showed up on the screen stating they would not be processing orders until Jan 26 due to the holiday. I messaged them immediately when I saw the message, they assured me my items would arrive. Today is January 27th and I had gotten notice yesterday that my items shipped. Today- nothing. No update other than it's being shipped via DHL. No update on the DHL site or the Shein site. Whenever I try to contact customer service I get the same run around. I spent $200 so I qualified for Express Shipping... my co-workers have ordered things AFTER I did and they have tracking information. I am leaving for a cruise on Thursday and trying to pack. Kinda hard when you don't know if your order will arrive in time. I am very unimpressed. Especially when every time I contact them I get a generic message in return. Oh and not to mention that my swimsuits CANNOT be returned so I'm basically stuck with the order when I get it.
***UPDATE*** DHL shipping was finally updated. My order is due to arrive on Feb 7- this is with express shipping. What a joke. That's over 2 weeks after I ordered. My co-workers that ordered AFTER me will get their items this week. I messaged them via Facebook messenger again (it's the only form of contact that I can find) and yet again, received a robotic message stating "please allow for 2-4 days for shipping". I think Feb 7 is quite a bit longer than 2-4 days. Only after leaving a review on this site has someone really answered me asking for my order number etc. I will probably never order from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and express shipping is NOT express what so ever!

I ordered 10 items from this website. They came in 3 business days. They look like whats on the site for the most part. But when i went to do my reviews, they only let me review the items I decided to keep. I inquired about how to review the items i wanted to return and they told me this wouldn't be possible. When I asked how to edit my previous reviews to inform customers of this policy, they told me this wouldn't be possible. SO ALL THE REVIEWS for items are only from people who are happy with them. The people who hated the items and returned them CANNOT inform others of their unhappiness with the items. SO SHADY! Explains why every item on the site has 5 star reviews.

I received an email that said my refund that I requested was being credited to my card. I never requested a refund and do not know why the order that was in process of being shipped or had been shipped was stopped midway into the process. I have not been able to contact anyone. There is no phone number and no one has responded to my email. There is an option to reorder at a higher price, but I am not even assured that if I do reorder the same thing wouldn't happen again. This was my first order and probably my last!

I ordered several bikinis in medium [i usually wear small bottoms and medium tops]. When i opened the packaging from one of them... the string instantly fell off the ring as i picked it up... the other bikinis came so small... smaller than my hand. They are simply unwearable. I made sure to look at all of the sizing charts and reviews for them to order the right size and it was so inaccurate. Very disappointed to say the least.

I posted a review out of anger yesterday. I would like to change it since my card was hacked. This was not the company. We were both scammed.
I followed the information on the statement, and sent them an email begging them to stop the shipment on that order because it was fraudulent. If it mails out, were both going to be scammed. I'll eventually get my money back but they wont get payment or product back. Fast Foward to today.
The money was back in my account. The email worked. I provided them with everything I could to help them find the order to stop it.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
