I am very disappointed from Shein. I placed my order and couldn't track it for some reason (it said your bag is empty) despite the fact that I have been charged for it and that I received emails saying it has been shipped.
I tried to contact the customer service so many time but no answer.
I will never order from this website again and I do not recommend it.
I bought some leggings from Shein.com
I am 5'10 with a slim build.
I ordered large
When the leggings arrived, they were extremely small
They would not fit my young niece who is 4 ft tall with a slim build
I returned for a refund.
I spent almost $22 and they refunded me $4
Stay away from Shein.com unless you like giving scam artists your hard earned money

I was looking on shein and was looking at girls accesories and not baby and toddler accesories and there was so much baby and toddler stuff and not muc girls stuff. It made me mad that they categoriezed wrong i thought they were supposed to give 100% guaranteed satisfied

I love buying clothes from shein. They have the trendiest collection at affordable prices. They have the size info below every product so I never have any confusion regarding size. The quality is amazing and true to size. Love shein.

It's been 4 days since I placed my order, it still shows processing (to be picked up). I choose to purchase off this site because I needed a dress for an event that I've next week and it said it would be delivered between 4 to 7 days (express shipping). Never will I order from this company Shein ever again Ord'd two Kimonos... one was great and kept the other was way too big. Did not receive a return slip and took a lot of time finding where to send back. Finally got an email with an address to return and have never (one month ago) gotten my refund on my Visa charge... They need better customer service... Never again will I buy from them even though their prices are great and the clothes are nice...

I placed an order back on 2/28 which was over $100. Still to this day have not received an order confirmation. Emailed them and have not received any type of correspondence. They sure took my money right away. Feel so scammed, not a good way to handle business.

I made a purchase and paid through Klarna. I logged into my account 2 days later and my Order is no where to be found. Klarna has copies of my order on their site. They have NO customer service contact number and the email *******@sheinside.com came back as "undelivered ". From reading other reviews this is not the first time it's happened! STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANNA GET SCAMMED!

When ordering on Feb 29, it stated up to 3 days to ship. I personally assumed it'll be business days, however; it's been 7 days, and 5 business days with no shipping confirmation sent. My orders shows " waiting to be picked", which means the order hasn't been acknowledged as of yet. I was able to successfully contact customer assistance via chat while logged into my account. I pasted the chat from chat representative Rowena acknowledging that my order has indeed past the shipment timeframe, but the reason why isn't acceptable. The rep stated they will TRY to ship within 48 hours, it doesn't sound promising. As an Ecommerce platform, this isn't a valid reason or the delayed timeframes should be updated on the site so customers are aware. All orders impacted by the delay should be expedited at the company's expense. I would cancel the order if it wasn't for my son's items, which he is super stoked about. I ordered from BooHoo.com with free standard shipping on March 3, which ships from the UK and it has already reached the US as of today with ETA of March 9th. I hope to get my shipping confirmation soon. I have more items in my shopping bag, but hesitate to order. I really wanted to love Shein!

We purchased two swimsuits and nowhere did the website say they couldn't be returned. I wasn't able to log into my account and sent two emails with no response. I then participated in the live chat and finally got a rep who said my items were not returnable. I am very disappointed in this company and will never order from them again! Warning... don't buy any swim suits from them... they are very poor quality, won't fit and you can't return them!

I often buy from shein the prices are great for what you get ive only ever had to return an item once only because it was too big. They refunded me the day after they recieved it back which is good concidering it says up to 9 days for refund. Some clothes arent as good as the picture shows but if you check reviews first some show customers pictures then decide if you want to buy the item.
Please I have ordered for things which I have spent a huge amount trying to buy from their site. I actually received ID codes which cannot be tracked even on their own website. There is no way to reach customer care either. And no idea when the delivery will be done or which delivery company in Sweden will do my delivery. I actually feel lost and very unhappy. It is not fair at all.

Hi [this review is in response to order # GSHM5H00N000QEB. I used Shein for the second time ever and ordered my daughter 8 bathing suits for a vacation that we are going on. I looked everywhere before ordering and no where did it say that the orders could not be returned. Long story short I spent a lot of money on the site and not one bathing suit fits. I also order two jackets and some jeans for my 2 girls. They did not fit either. The only item the site is allowing me to return is the jeans. Bottom line... I work as a Fashion Teacher and I will never ever order from Shein again. The site is awful no customer service responses and now I am out alot of money with nothing to show for it. All of the clothing is made horribly and does not fit correctly. Shein was a total disappointment. I wish there was a way I could get my money back!

I ordered on Shein and asked my colleagues to join in as it was a site that looked like it had decent clothing, the four of us selected items so we could split delivery cost if needs be. SInce I ordered and tried tracking the order it keeps saying processing order and this is 20 something days back its been almost whole month now waiting on this order with no update. Till this day order is still being processed.

I rating Shein 2 stars because the clothes were fine for the price. However, I've been several days to send Shein customer service a message regarding my return. I get, "Oops, it seems that your network connection is not good, please try again later" message on their site. REALLY? Obviously, my network connection is working just fine. What's up SHEIN?

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
