I absolutely love SHEIN! It is one of my favorite places to shop on a budget and find really cute pieces for every season. However, due to their low prices, sometimes the quality of the items aren't the best and the sizing can be off at times so it's super important to check your measurements before placing an order. I've found that at times the clothes fit awkwardly due to their cheap material. Another issue, is that some pieces are see- through and you have to be extremely cautious of what you wear underneath. Most of the time, I am in love with my purchases and they exceed my expectations, especially for their great prices! I did a youtube video on some clothes that I purchased for the summer season and I was super happy with my purchase.
It has been three weeks and i still have not got it yet that is disappointing great prices but I still want my stuff

I placed three orders and they're all shipped, but have yet to move according to USPS. Like, it's still in the "Shipping Label Created" stage and it's been ages. The first order was placed on April 21st and it's not even in the US yet:(
UPDATE: Still have not received my first order, despite them emailing me assuring me that it would be here by now. It isn't even available to track at the USPS site.

I ordered some clothes, decided i didn't want them. I decided to refund them before they were processed and shipped. Shein told me they would give me my money back in 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours and haven't got anything back. Not a trust worthy website. Disgusting and please never order from here.

I order some clothes from Shein on April 14 and now it still processing. No status update, no notice mail, no message. I ask customer service many times, they always give me the same answer (lack of manpower) and told me they marked my order as urgent so it will be shipped within 24 hours. They are liars. Shein is a fraud. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed an order and was told that on orders $50 and over shipping would be including. To my surprise, I received a call from FedEx saying that I need to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of $55 dollars, therefore, asking me to pay over double what I had originally paid to receive the items. There is NO way of contacting SHEIN to RETURN the order because there only source of communication is a robot. The ONLY way to receive your money back is to make a DISPUTE to your credit card company informing them of the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM SHEIN.

I love the clothes, the are unique, comfortable and cheap. The look great and are true to size. Every piece I have order which is over 30 now I love. Pictures consist of entirely SHEIN clothing each outfit including pant, suit jacket and shirt all came to less than $50CND
I have ordered from Shein before and it was successful, but this time I ordered something they made me think it would come, then they just cancel it 10 days after I order it. I got my money back but still, it's annoying to wait 10 days for an order your never going to get.

I put "shipped" in quotation because Shein claimed they split my parcel into two and shipped one top on 04/15/2020 and I haven't seen any movement since. Now, with everything going on, I expected delays but dang y'all. I expected the package with 17 items to have been sent by now. It's been 11 days since my initial order and it still shows that the other 17 items are processing (waiting to be picked).
Listen y'all, I spent $212.32 on this site because I've had wonderful experience in the past (quick delivery, sizing on point, etc.) but this just doesn't make any sense. If I don't receive my order, cool - I just want all my money back if that's the case. I've "talked" to that little robot on the Shein.com website, I've sent a Facebook message, I've emailed the *******@shein.com, and now I'm here. I'm just more bummed then pissed because like I said, they've never done me dirty in the past but this? This right here? Is dirty.

I ordered four bikinis, all in medium. (I usually order a medium top, and a small bottom from actually clothing stores. But since they came in a set I thought it would be best to order a medium.)
When I opened the package, not only did it stink, there was a dead bug in it. However, each bikini was in separate bags so I just ignored it.
I open up all the bags to see what they look like and honestly they all were disappointing. I bought a one piece and the strap was broken, nor did it fit nicely (There was no reliable review for that swimsuit so ai guess I should've known). Then I open up my tie dye bikinis (which were in slightly damaged and tinted bags). I bought two exact same ones but in different colors. And they are horrible quality... my blue one came with a hole and had terrible stitching while my pink and white one had an orange stain. I was able to wash off the stain but I am still disappointed. And lastly, my cow print bikini. This one was the best one out of all of them, no flaws except for the fact that the bottoms were a bit baggy than I thought and that it smells but they all smell so...
Before I bought all of these I made sure to look at the sizing charts and reviews with pictures for each them so I have the right size. This was a disappointing purchase especially since I had high hopes for them because I heard they were doing better but sadly it's still a poor quality clothing site. And what's even more disappointing is that I can't even return them to get a refund. Debating if I should just throw it away or go donate it. Sad because I was so excited to wear them for the summer.

I ordered 3 bikinis and a blouse from shein on March 27. After waiting very patiently and eagerly for my package to arrive, I was not notified about it until two days later when my package had "arrived". I searched everywhere outside of my house and there was no package to be found. I just want my clothes that I paid for and if I can't get that then I want a refund. And every time I try to contact customer service I am sent to a robot that never has the answer to my question.

UPDATE*** Someone did reach out from SHEIN. They kept me updated on the status of my order and refunded a partial amount and I still received my order. The time it took to get my order with their website reporting Misleading, short delays and being unable to reach them via their website was a huge frustration for me. But in the end, I received my items, partial credit was issued and issue resolved! I have upgraded from 1 star to 4.

I bought clothes from shein and I wasn't too happy with the outcome. I saw on the website it said "Free Shipping" I called customer service because I needed help finding an email address for me to contact to get the return label. The gentleman that helped me had horrible customer service skills and said if I were to return I'd have to pay $15USD for a shipping label. I personally find that to be ridiculous as I already had to pay expensive shipping. He said $15USD is because I don't live in the US and that because I live in Canada I must pay that price. If you're going to buy shein products keep in mind the horrible return policy and not to waste your time with such stupid individuals.

If you want to know the truth about these types of fast fashion such as Shein, Zaful, wish, and other fast fashion brands that are really cheap and seem like you found the perfect online shopping store, listen to this. These incredibly low prices appear to be helping you out by saving you some money and getting a cute swimsuit or top but have you ever thought about the people who work really hard to earn money by selling clothing and other items on here? There are people who have almost no money at all who are working their butts off to make one dollar. That's right. With low prices like these, there is no way for a brand to make money unless they pay their employees almost nothing. The people working so very hard to earn some food for themselves are not getting paid nearly enough money to sustain themselves. It is not ethical in any way so please do not order from this brand or any other really cheap, fast fashion brands who have not come clean about what goes on behind the screen.

Extremely happy with winning the giveaway and my purchases, was confused when I had to pay shipping.
Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
